Great house, 3 full-sized bedrooms. Great kitchen and bbque grill. Good sized living room too. Location is very convenient to beach and Balboa village and island. Only downside is, it’s right on Balboa ave. I thought it was overpriced at first, but it was Memorial Day weekend, so that could explain it. I would recommend this place though!

This property from Newport Beach Vacation Properties was amazing it was 100 ft from the beach. The property was beautiful and clean and very spacious. Could not be more happy with the stay will definitely be booking a Newport Beach Vacation Property again!

House was beautiful, location was perfect, 1 min walk to the beach. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed and more, beds were so comfy and we felt right at home. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe and the hosts were very accommodating and responsive! 10/10

Was able to put up visiting family from East Cast into a very NICE rental 2 blocks from my home on the Balboa Peninsula. Perfect experience and far better than the hotel option. THANK YOU!

Only a 2 min walk to the beach and a fun front porch to enjoy a cup of coffee. The outdoor shower was great for our teenage boys when we would come in from the beach. Beds were comfy, seating was great for our family of 5.

We had a great time here and would recommend it to anyone. Other reviews were concerned Of the construction nearby but we didn’t have any issues with the noise. Beds were comfortable. Beach was next door, and nearby food / shopping was just a 5-10 min walk. Great location!
