House was beautiful, location was perfect, 1 min walk to the beach. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed and more, beds were so comfy and we felt right at home. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe and the hosts were very accommodating and responsive! 10/10

We had a great stay with my husband and daughters. Very close to the beach and boardwalk. Spent most of the time riding bikes and we had so much room in the side yard to store our bikes and even charge them. The house was just as listed and all three rooms were cleaned and the beds were super comfortable. We felt super safe and had a great time. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Location was short walk to beach. House located to a busy intersection, great for people and car watching. House is very large which was great. Will definitely stay here again.

Was able to put up visiting family from East Cast into a very NICE rental 2 blocks from my home on the Balboa Peninsula. Perfect experience and far better than the hotel option. THANK YOU!

Only a 2 min walk to the beach and a fun front porch to enjoy a cup of coffee. The outdoor shower was great for our teenage boys when we would come in from the beach. Beds were comfy, seating was great for our family of 5.
