We rented the entire property for our family vacation celebrating our 50th Anniversary and birthday milestones with our kids and grandchildren. The kids had a great time using paddle boards, kayaking and sailing in our little Sabot…always enjoy taking the smaller kids to the Fun Zone crossing on the Ferry….a must. It was plenty of room and well stocked for the 13 of us!! The staff and communication at Newport Beach Realty was awesome and we’ll be back!

We love Balboa Island, and this property did not disappoint. We rented both units for our large group and it worked out just great. Plenty of space, close enough to the ferry and bay but quiet and secluded.

Property was a great fit for our family. Three separate sleeping areas was perfect for our extended family. Kitchen worked out well, and the location was close to all that we wanted to do and see. Thanks so much!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Anyone booking this property should know that it is actually 3 separate units, which we did not realize when we booked it, but this actually worked out perfect for our families needs. The living space in the lower unit was a little tight for the times when our families wanted to hand out together and our older parents could have used hand rails on the front steps, but other than that we loved our stay. It was close to the ferry and to the walking path that goes around the island.

EXCELLENT location!!! Close to the ferry and the water, far enough away from the main drag that parking wasn’t difficult. This is a great house for a larger group to have time together and then spread out. My grown kids and their spouses and my 5 small grandkids were able to all be together, and also break up into one of the 3 units for our own space. We loved the private king bed suite with a fireplace to get away from the group at night for our own down time. It was really nice to have a garage, and we had no issues with additional parking for other cars. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great experience renting the cottage & bungalow. It allowed for privacy when wanted and then a space to all come together. Location was perfect to walk the island, grab the ferry & enjoy the Holiday Lights!

Great location- easy to get to ferry,. We used our bikes to get around since the streets gets busy and we had no problem parking by the unit when we arrived. Set up was perfect for our large group using both units.
