This was the BEST place ever! It was 3 bedrooms PLUS 2 bunk beds in a cute little hideaway in the hallway. It was super easy to access the beach so we were not worried about carrying everything at one time. We absolutely cannot wait to go back!!!! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!!

This is a beautiful condo at a perfect location. We arrived after dark and went one driveway too far, but that was easily rectified. It was clean and better than the pictures, actually. I'm not sure how they keep it free of sand! Loved the balcony, but it was cold while we were there, so it wasn't used, sadly. The beach is easily walkable as well as a few restaurants and ice cream places (I was traveling with a 9 year old). Parking was never an issue and I often fret about that, especially around spring break. We had a pup with us and there was plenty of grass nearby. Seems pet friendly in Destin. My daughter LOVED the bunk beds, and I loved the comfy bed. My questions were answered quickly. I guess I'd just remind people it's a second floor unit, so be mindful with unloading and loading. I would highly recommend this place.

We loved staying at this unit. Had private beach access that was about a 5 minute or less walk. The unit was clean and well maintained making us feel right at home.

My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay! Condo is beautiful and the views are spectacular 🩵 Management was responsive when we had a little fire alarm battery issue. Maintenance came right away and fixed the issue. Two things I would recommend to guest or even a management change. One roll of TP per bathroom for 5 people is a bit scarce. Also extra blankets would be a nice accommodation to have as guests. Other than that, highly recommend! We plan to be back next year!

The unit was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Located on a beautiful and clean beach, and it was perfect having access to the beach chairs and umbrella that are put out each Morning.
My family enjoys staying in this area as you're very close to Seaside and all of the restaurants and shops, but you're also a quick drive to Alys Beach, The Big Chill, and Rosemary Beach.
We didn't have the easiest check-in as we were not provided the check-in code until after I called on our arrival day (pre-check in instructions state you'll receive a code 3 days prior which never happened). Once we were provided the code it didn't work and it took a couple of times for the person on call to reset the code. There is an opportunity to improve communication with check-in.
All in all we had a great stay and would recommend to others.

Loved where we stayed. The inside was super cute and coastal, clean, and super responsive if we needed anything. It is a few minutes of a walking distance to the beach and a restaurant. But you can still watch a sunset from the balcony in one of the rooms

Overall this condo was very nice. There was a weird smell that I never found the source of. It smelled like urine/cat pee. I did report via text to the mgt. The view here is amazing and I loved being right on the beach. The condo is very small and older and could use some updating. The popcorn ceiling over the master shower is peeling and needs to be fixed. The bedrooms are very small but plenty big for 4 people. I would hesitate to put 6 people here as it says unless several are kids. The location was perfect and the office was staffed each day if you needed anything. The pool is small and in the summer I would think would be very overcrowded. For spring break it was fine. The furniture could use a good cleaning. It was dingy and needs to be refreshed. I gave this condo a good rating because the issues I noticed are small and easily fixed. I am a previous condo owner and would like to know these things if I were the owner. Loved having chairs each day and the walk to the beach was not long at all. I would stay here again and recommend this condo to others.

The location was great. Not too busy and the beach was amazing. Not crowded and family friendly. The chair service is until 5pm as we did not know our first night but not a big deal. The heated pool was nice due to it being cold most of our trip.

We had a great experience here. The location was ideal -- away from the crowds of seaside but close enough to bike 5.5 miles and 1-2 miles from Alys Beach and Rosemary beach. Unit was clean and communication from management company was great. We had an overflowed toilet on a Sunday afternoon and they brought us new towels and sent housekeeping within a few hours. I would stay here again. The beach chair set ups every day were a really nice benefit. We had bikes delivered from the rental places that offered one free set as well.

Priceless! Our stay was amazing! From the moment we walked in, it spelled clean and the pictures do not do it justice. The view is better than you can imagine. We had coffee on the balcony each morning and our kids loved the bunk bed room. They have renovated and it is better than the pictures. We drove to Destin and surrounding areas and agreed we would not want to stay anywhere else. Thank you for our stay and we will definitely be staying here again!

Great location, just a short walk to the Chateau la Mer beach access. Though if you have young kids, I recommend a wagon to tote all your beach gear. There are stairs down to the beach, but it was easy to carry the wagon down the stairs with 2 adults. Our kids also enjoyed the playground across the parking area. The condo worked out great for our family. Couple minor comments on the description - it states that a starter kit is included to get you through your first day but is not very clear on what exactly is included. We weren't expecting to have to purchase garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. but would have brought them from home if we knew in advance. It also took us an embarrassingly long time to find the washer and dryer outside by the back patio. It would be nice if the description said exactly where they are located or if the cabinets were labeled. Overall we enjoyed our stay, would recommend to others, and thought it was a great value for the location!

I have been to this area multiple times and always enjoy my stay. This time I decided to try a new place with my boyfriend for a quick weekend getaway. The private beach access being so close to the room was worth every penny. We didn’t need that big of a place as we spend most of our time out and about. If we were to be a little picky, the only thing we may say is that the bed was not very comfortable. But overall would recommend booking this unit if you were wanting a place that’s right in the middle of 30A with walkable/bikeable stores and restaurants nearby. You won’t be disappointed with the beach access either. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time during our stay. We were a little far from seaside to walk but close to the beach and had our own access. I do wish the listing had mentioned access to rentable bicycles and golf carts so I wouldn’t have booked in advance that was a great convenience. We would stay here again!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The property itself was beautiful and perfectly located, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. One of the highlights was the view—it was truly amazing. The sunrise and sunset were absolutely breathtaking and made each day feel special.
The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. We did have one issue come up during our stay, but the host and management team were incredibly responsive and resolved it quickly, which we really appreciated.

Beautiful home and neighborhood! It felt so peaceful and quiet. The house was spotless and was the perfect spot! The golf cart was so nice to run out to the beach and get around the community with! We definitely hope to be back sometime!

This place was perfect for our family beach getaway. The beach access was just a 2 min walk away. Great restaurants near the location and just a 12 mins bike ride to the food trucks and downtown. Balcony was perfect for coffee and soaking up the sun. Rooms were clean and they had everything we needed. Nature walks were nearby and pool access was easy to get to. We really enjoyed this place and look forward to booking this place again.
