Benchmark Management has been such a great company to work with! This past year has been crazy with the challenges of a new linen supplier, but they’ve handled every bump in the road with grace and professionalism. They always make sure their owners and guests walk into clean, well-stocked properties, no matter what’s going on behind the scenes. Makenzie, in particular, has been such a huge help—she’s always quick to answer questions, call maintenance for issues we find, and helps everything run smoother. Benchmark truly cares about the people they serve, and it shows.

This was a very nice unit that fit our needs perfectly. One master bedroom with adjoining bath and another larger room with a kids room/bunk beds across. Everyone has their own private space. Beds were comfy, amenities were as described, and we heard very little noise from other units. The balcony is spacious and very nice with an ocean view. The pool area was very neat and clean with a great walkway to the beach. It is walkable to restaurants with a walking/bike path right outside the gate.
The beach chair service was a very nice addition! Setting up the chairs was a little confusing for us but once we got ahold of the company, they had them set up for us every day. I would recommend communicating with the host about getting these set up for your stay with the rental company prior to your stay. We would stay here again!

Benchmark was great to work with-very responsive, very organized, great with communication. Our condo was very clean and well appointed. Loved that they provided guest bags with dish soap, laundry soap, a sponge for the kitchen and then shampoo, conditioner, lotion for the baths. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our long weekend stay. This is such a cute little house that is clean, quiet and bright. We loved having the bikes too. Make it so quick to get to the beach down the block. Only downside is we had to buy chairs, umbrella and beach towels the night we flew in. We are used to homes that provide all of those things. We left them on the porch so hopefully the next guests can use them! We’d love to stay here again in the future!

Location was PERFECT, 4 minute walk to the beach, right next to town, it was perfect. The community was super inviting and everyone was friendly. The house itself - when we showed up there was MANY bugs, but we learned that’s just a Florida thing. There ended up being only 8 of us, so the house was nice and cozy for the group of us. Easy to go to and from, and overall beautiful :)We did have to call a few times about a few issues, our golfcart was dead the whole weekend. There was nothing to help get that charged unfortunately and no one was able to come until the day we left (literally showed up as we were pulling out. We also had to call about a dead smoke detector that was beeping 😅 the guy who came to fix it was SUPER sweet and fixed it. We were given the wrong pool code so we didn’t get to use the pool until the maintenance guy told us the actual code. Everyone was super friendly when we had called. Overall: It was an amazing experience despite some small issues, I would book again for sure!

We usually stay in Navarre but decided to look further east. We found this gem and booked an offshore fishing charter and had the most beautiful and relaxing weekend! The condo supplied all our needs and was within walking distance to both the beach and Cafe 30A (a fantastic restaurant!). I was able to find a lovely trail run within steps of the condo which was an unexpected bonus. We will definitely be back!

Benchmark Management is incredible! From the day I booked until the day I decided to stay longer in the condo to the day I checked out their communication and help was outstanding. On the day we arrived we did notice that a kitchen light was slightly coming loose - no big deal but i did let them know in case they thought we had some wild party and were swinging from the lights 🤪. The next day they had maintenance stop by and fix it! I cannot say enough good things about them. I would definitely book with them again and again. And the location was perfect, as was the condo.

This place was fantastic! Perfect location, easy to find, right by beach access and a few minutes from Seaside. Everything was very clean with plenty of instructions for everything, and the owner was super helpful and communicative. Can't wait to return for another visit!

My family and I stayed at "Happy Ours" for a week. It's a beautiful home in a wonderful, private neighborhood. The beach is a short 10-15 minute easy walk from the house. If you desire, there are two pools which, are only a 5 min walk from the home. The house is decorated very well and had everything we needed for our stay. The backyard was slightly smaller than the pictures illustrate and needs a little attention. The small patch of grass near the fire pit was overgrown and the fire pit / bistro table were both pretty rusted.
Benchmark made check-in and out very easy and I feel confident that if needed, they would have been very attentive to our needs. Overall, we had a great time and I would highly recommend staying at this home.

This day experience blew my expectations away. The bedroom view of the ocean from your upstairs balcony is absolutely breathtaking as well as the view from your own living room and outside hangout area. The beach was pristine clean, and your stay even comes with complementary chairs and an umbrella this was truly a remarkable experience and we cannot wait to come back soon. We will definitely be booking this day again.

We loved our stay! The unit was clean and close to the beach! One morning our water was not working and we sent a text to Benchmark and within a couple of minutes they let us know what was going on and it was resolved quickly! We would definitely stay at this property again!
