I honestly think that the customer service made our stay a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The location was great, the amenities were convenient and the surroundings were peaceful. I will definitely reserve with Benchmark Mgt again! Thanks.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Sand Cliff condos on 30A. The condo was clean, modern, recently updated, but still had a nice beach vibe. The condo complex was very quiet; we only saw a few other families at the pool and beach. The gulf was nice, and private. First time on 30A. Great restaurants and shopping. The location of the condo was perfect. We will be back for sure!

I would stay at this home again and again! The neighborhood is private, close to the beach, and gorgeous. The house self is truly beautiful. The door code didn’t work for some reason upon arrival, but the property manager was quick to resolve the issue. The property manager went above and beyond to communicate quickly, conveniently, and clearly throughout our stay.

The property was clean and nicely decorated. The view was terrific. Access to the beach was excellent. Also, the complementary beach chairs and umbrella are an added bonus. Loved it and will probably book again next year! Highlt recommend.

The condo was in an excellent location. Overall, the condo was nice. The beds slept well, the kitchen was a nice size and overall the condo was clean...a little wear from the salt air but I feel that is something to be overlooked. The only draw back is the furniture. It really only seats three people (adult or child) and was not very comfortable. The couch was a love seat. The furniture needs to be more substantial.

We loved our time at Frankly Beachin'! This was our second time to the Seagrove Beach area, but first time in this specific house/neighborhood, and we would definitely stay there again. We had four young kids with us (ages 2-6), and this space was perfect for them. The pool is just a short walk down the road. The screened in porch was like an extension of the living space. And we frequently walked to the beach or to ice cream in the evenings. Unfortunately, the closest public beach access point was under construction during our stay, but the next closest was walkable, and the Santa Clara access was just a short drive so it really wasn't a problem at all. The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Overall, the house was perfect for our trip, and I would highly recommend Frankly Beach'n.

This condo was great! The place is as described. The view from the balcony was beautiful! Only downside was the private beach. We had to walk a little farther down the beach to set up, but we heard that could be changing by law for the better. We plan to return to this property in the future.

This property is perfect in location and affordability. It is a classic Old SeaGrove house and nicer than I anticipated. I saw a review that you should plan to get more toilet paper and bring your own beach towels. This is true, but I’m happy to do that when I go back. I’ve stayed at a few SeaGrove properties, and this is my all around favorite. I used their bike and didn’t have to rent one. They have a good washer and dryer. I’ll definitely be going back to this property.

Our family absolutely loved our stay. There was plenty of space for all 9 of us to hangout together both inside and outside. The back patio was perfect for our cookouts with plenty of room to eat outside. We also enjoyed both the upstairs and downstairs screened porches. The home is a very short walk to the pool and a 10 minute walk to the beach. All in all a great vacation was had here and we are looking forward to going back one day!

The condo was just right. Clean and up to date. Benchmark Management was awesome to work with and very attentive. The view was wonderful and the beach access was only a short golf cart ride away. The Beachside Villas provided the shuttle service and they were super nice and responsive when we called. A great trip!

Great vacation rental. Very nice quiet neighborhood. The home was very beautifully decorated and well appointed. The golf cart was nice to have as part of their rental. The only issue was getting it off the little ramp. You have to pull all the cars out or go around the house which we did, but it was difficult. All in all 10 out of 10. There were rent bikes in the shed in the back of the house and a charcoal grill. Which we did use.

Truly a great experience! Everything was spotless and in perfect working order and we had a great time. The power being out in our first unit turned out to be a bonus: they bumped us up to a two-bedroom! Truly a great experience with this company.

Check in was easy. Communication with Benchmark was exceptional. When they say check in is at 4pm, they mean it:). We arrived at 3:30 and the code to the door would not work. A quick call and they remotely unlocked it, but it was electronically set to not work until 4 pm.The house was PERFECT!!Clean ,spacious, beautifully decorated.The golf cart was charged and ready to go. In the house details or check in instructions, it would be good to know that the key for golf cart is in kitchen drawer with the scissors etc.,with a white tag on it. The label is illegible.And, you will have a challenge getting it out if you choose the route around back of house which we did rather than move 3 vehicles .(don’t be afraid to back up into what looks to be a good place to bog down)Bikes and floats and boogy boats in the shed.Charcoal grill.Back porch nice evening hangout if not too hot.Short walk to public beach access. I suggest going ahead and renting at least two chairs and an umbrella, that way your place on beach is set.Not golf art parking,must walk or ride bike.Hokulia shaved ice is LEGIT!!Overall, wish I lived in that house and neighborhood:)One and only suggestion besides cold cart instructions,leave maybe more that two dishwasher pods?4 to give us time to get to grocery and 4 garbage bags. :)Small things

We had a great stay at this home- as long time Seaside visitors we are familiar with the town and knew we wanted to be near the beach and an easy walk to the town center since we have small kids. We also appreciate the history of this house. The screen porch was great to have as we had several rainy days. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed having an outdoor shower with some privacy that led into the indoor shower. It helped us not to track sand and water in. Having one level and no bunk beds was safer for our kids as well we felt.We did inquire about the availability of kids toys or chairs before arrival and were told there were none but were pleasantly surprised at a closet full of beach toys and a couple of small chairs. Only complaint was not having a blanket for the sleeper sofa and having to use a beach towel over the sheet for our son at night. It would be great to have a blanket on a shelf for use if needed. We were happy to have the amenity of free bikes through Xplorie and it was easy to arrange drop off for the week. Thank you for hosting us!

I really enjoyed my stay at Palms of Seagrove. The view was spectacular and the condo was clean and had everything you needed. The location was also great within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The only drawback was the four flights of stairs.

Just got home from a stay at Beachside Villas in Seacrest. Condo was great and the view was awesome. Everything was clean and up to date. And, Benchmark was a great management company. They were informative and available and helpful. Highly recommend!
