Very comfortable condo on the beach! Super convenient location. If heading from the west, it’s the second turn after Jasmine. Benchmark was responsive via the app, and we had a great stay. Would stay again!

Beautiful corner view directly to the beach, the place was freshly remodeled , very comfy beds and furniture.
alot of cups and dishes.
I would recommend a thicker curtain for the master bedroom... but I think they r still working on the small details.

Last minute booking for spring break. It was the perfect place for the four of us. On the beach, with chairs, heated pool. I love staying in places you can walk places and this place fit. Got the teens bikes to go see their friends up and down the beach. Thought about booking again for summer but the price went way up! Feel fortunate I got such a good deal when I did.

I love this area because it is close proximity to all of our favorite restaurants and beach access is easy too. The condo was perfect. Clean, well appointed, and in our favorite neighborhood.

The place was beautiful, well stocked and furnished. Access to the beach was convenient. I would make one small suggestion, and that is to include a satellite photo so that renters would know in advance that the property is across 30A. Again, access to the private beach was very convenient, but I would like to have known that the unit was across the street.

This was our first time to this part of Florida. It is beautiful and the listing was spot on. One of the best beaches we’ve ever been to and we’ve been to a lot. We already booked it again for next year.

This was a really fantastic stay. The host was very responsive and easy helpful. The home is a great location and if you are traveling with a pet this could not be more perfect! The backyard was huge and great for my my dogs to roam while I enjoyed sitting by the pool. We could see the ocean from the pool deck and that was nice. The location was great for us, just enough removed from the Spring Break traffic but still close to everything if we wanted to venture out. The fourth bedroom is not really a bedroom, it is a bunk room, but for children it is fine. Overall, this was a fantastic find and we will be back. Definitely one of my favorite spots!!

Great location and great views. Loved that the condo came with 2 beach chairs and umbrella that were set up at the beach. Only knock would be that we had to buy some towels for the beach and for the condo. We would definitely stay here again.

My stay at Beach Daze was amazing!!! The location is great with easy access to the beach across the street. They do need to update the stairs and porch as the wood is falling apart and someone could seriously get hurt walking up and down them. I would highly recommend this place as somewhere to stay on vacation and will return!

Very clean upon check-in, condo was in great shape, location cannot be beat and the pool was nice and warm even though it was a little chilly outside. Third floor makes it easy to use the stairs although they're a little dark. One elevator completely out of commission so can be a wait for the single one.

This place was better than I expected. It’s just been renovated, was on a “private” beach, and included free beach chair/umbrella service. Wonderful views from the condo and convenient to everything. Great location for runners too.

Great location on the beach, nice condo, management was great. The street "30A" is busy with lots of traffic. It was difficult finding the exact location the first day - for future renters the building signage says "sand cliffs". We enjoyed our time there!

We really enjoyed our stay. Or only complaint was that the kitchen wasn’t as well stocked as some. No coffee mugs and limited cooking implements. We made do. Overall it was a great stay. The listing said there are commentary bikes, just be aware that you have to reserve them in advance and it’s only 2. We used them a lot and it was doable ride to the beach. Everything is close by including a Walmart and grocery store. The pool area was heated and even though it was cooler the well we stayed, we swam every single day!

Clean, spacious condo with amazing views. Easy direct access to the best beach in America, and a convenient location to walk into town (Seaside) for dinner. We booked this because it was directly overlooking the ocean, and the views did not disappoint. Onsite parking was easy. Living room tv is huge and each bedroom also had its own tv. We had issues with the wifi on the first night, but it was due to a local outage and not the property’s fault. Communication with the property management company went very smoothly over the phone and via text. Would stay here again for sure!

Our family of 10 had the most incredible stay at this property this March. The house is large, beautifully decorated, clean, and well stocked with all we needed for a comfortable stay.
Located next to the community pool, tennis courts, and a 3 minute walk to the beach. Absolutely 5/5 recommend and we hope to return in the future!

Location was awesome! Good size bathroom, bedroom and living room. It would have been nice to have a second lounge chair for outside. My husband and I had to take turns sitting in the “comfy” chair. Maybe we missed it but had a hard time finding the unit at night. Having never been here didn’t realize we needed to go down the stairs to find unit 11. Otherwise it was wonderful.

Our 6-week stay was great; the only issues we had was the dryer took forever to dry. There was a lot of lint behind the dryer which is a possible fire hazard. Either the vent needs cleaned or the power vent might need replaced. Also, the doorbell does not work and hasn't for our last three times renting the condo. We've had service people come to the door, and we didn't hear them knock and the used a code to get in thinking no one was there.Other than that, we total love renting this condo
