Overall, we had a great stay — the location is unbeatable! The place had everything we needed, and the hosts were very responsive and communicative. One thing to note, however, is that the stairs could be a safety concern. They appear to be uneven, with one side higher than the other, and one of the steps is significantly narrower, requiring you to turn your foot sideways to step on it. It may not be up to code and could be hazardous, especially for young children or anyone with mobility issues.

Perfect location! Great places to eat within walking distance. Had trouble with gate code to the beach access, and my door code did not work when I first arrived. Used a public beach access down the road but really needed the code to work on gates - heard other complaints from other guests as well. Overall, the property is perfect! I will book again for sure.

Emerald Hill 30 was a fantastic property to stay at with my wife and son. Perfect, central location on 30A to be able to get to Rosemary Beach and Dune Allen easily. Great location in relation to the pool and just a minute walk away from the beach. Clean space top to bottom and stocked with all of the essentials for cooking, cleaning, etc.On top of that, Benchmark Management was great to work with and helped us out tremendously by getting us in earlier than check-in time.

We’ve stayed in 306 before, and it is a nicely updated, well-equipped, clean unit. The view can’t be beat, and the inclusion of two beach chairs and an umbrella in the condo rent makes going to the beach more enjoyable, instead of a chore. Also, Beachcrest is a quiet, clean, well-located development. Hope to stay in 306 again.

Benchmark? Did an amazing job staying in communication? Keeping me informed and getting back to me anytime.
The owners of the unit, on the other hand need to replace the master mattress as you feel the Springs when you lay on the right hand side of the bed period there was no spatula to flip. Eggs period The master shower needs attention as it is not connected to the wall. Period and uh, the I of the stove needed to be fixed period and there was one cracked glass other than that, we had a lovely stay great location. Easy walk to the beach and it was a very clean unit. Thank you all very much for your efforts. The Miller family.

Location overall condition of property
Didn't get link for wristbands and parking took close to 2hours to check in lady at desk finally had to call to get it sent since lady at benchmark kept saying she was sending and never doing it desk clerk took my phone called on her phone and waited till she could confirm it was sent for me to proceed with check in other than that it was smooth sailing I like the unit because I come off elevator right at my door this is my second stay in 834

Clean, easy access, close to everything, well equipped kitchen.
Walking to local places is challenging as while there is a sidewalk on the other side of 30A, it is also used by a lot of cyclists. Not the properties fault but wanted to mention for others.

The Condo was perfect, facing the beach/ocean, patio with full view of beach, and comfortable bed. The private beach with chair and umbrella set up was Wonderful! We enjoyed our first time in the area and plan to return.

We have stayed in multiple units in the Beachcrest complex and this unit, by far, was the best we've experienced! It was extremely clean and well appointed. Bed in primary was comfortable and nothing was lacking. The only suggestion would be, somehow, having 2 loungers (or similar) on balcony as the table seating wasn't super comfortable to hang out in evening. Otherwise, everything was great.

We had a great stay at Pinewood30A 323. The management company was great to work with and were always communicating either through email or text. This made the whole process super easy. The bedrooms are spacious and the unit was clean and well stocked with things we need for a comfortable stay. The location was super close to the beach and local restaurants and shops. The pool in the complex is fantastic with a Zero entry and sitting shelfs. It was a great place to cool off from the sun. The only drawback is there must be a full timer above the unit but other than that it was a wonderful stay. I think we found our new "go to" for long weekends at the beach.

We came for the Sun Sand and Soul Music Festival and our condo did not disappoint. Everything was exactly as expected/ described. The unit was clean, well equipped, and even had a clothing steamer for garments. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the balcony was a great size and spot to enjoy early mornings and early evenings. The location of the complex is conveniently located to the beach, the venue for the concert, as well as grocery stores and several dining options. We would absolutely book this condo again when we come back next year.

The rental experience was absolutely wonderful. The condo was beautiful and the decor was amazing. Every detail was planned perfectly and we really loved that about this particular unit. The absolute ONLY thing that we had issues with is the keypad. We had to call at least three times because some numbers did not work. It was a hassle, but benchmark tried several times to help. The maintenance guy was there to help as well. We have never had this issue at any of the other units we have stayed in there. I would highly suggest a new pad for future use.

We have stayed at this fabulous Condo multiple times and can’t wait to return. There is everything we need, very well appointed. Plenty of space for everyone and very comfortable accommodations. Such a quick walk to the beach! The sand is pristine and the water is stunning shades of turquoise. We love the variety of restaurants and activities nearby. We highly recommend staying at this Condo for your family beach vacation.

This place was magnificent! The photos matched the home perfectly and my wife and I couldn’t be happier. Secluded area and the beach was within walking distance (approx 10 min). Great restaurants within a few minutes. We will definitely be staying here again.

I am happy with our stay given the good price on this Airbnb, but there are multiple things that could use improvement. Nothing that would prevent us from returning and staying here again though!
There was no cooking spray, and the salt and pepper shakers were completely empty- so for a group who enjoys cooking, that was disappointing. There was only one roll of toilet paper provided, and with four guests, we ran out and had to purchase our own during our 3 day stay.
If you’re looking for a more personalized vacation, this rental may not be the best for you as it is run through a local property management company and messages are automated and very repetitive.
Benchmark 30A seems like they really care about their customers, and I know they will take this feedback and make great improvements! The property matched the photos and was in a great location with easy public beach access just a short walk away. Great price and would overall recommend!
