Our experience with Benchmark Management was amazing! Makenzie made the entire process so easy from start to finish — from booking to check-out, she was incredibly helpful and responsive. Communication was phenomenal, and every question we had was answered quickly. The condo itself was in excellent condition and had the most beautiful view. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend booking with Benchmark again!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The unit was as pictured, the amenities were plentiful and the direct access to the beach was amazing!
I would definitely stay again!
Previous reviews mentioned issues with the elevators, but I guess I came during a slower season because I never had to wait more than 30 seconds.

We stayed at beach crest condominiums for a few days me and my wife enjoyed it immensley.It was like a second honeymoon for us. It was very clean and spacious. Thier staff member Emily was such a great help.We really enjoyed our stay cant wait to come back soon.

Perfect for us! Ease to beach and loved the elevator and carts for bringing up and down our belongings!! Very clean and pretty condo! We will be back again! A week was not long enough!

Had the best time and will definitely be back! Backyard area was beautiful and we utilized it everyday. Beach was within walking distance and house was close to area restaurants.

This condo was beautiful and convenient! It was very practical for our family with three kids. I was extremely impressed with the communication throughout our stay. They even contacted us a couple of hours before check in to let us know the condo was available if we wanted to go ahead in. I was very appreciative of this because we were traveling with a two month old!

This condo was the perfect fit for my group of seven to stay.
Plenty of space and bedding for everyone (including the bunk beds, which my two older kids loved). The balcony was a great size and made for some beautiful sunsets over the Gulf. The pool was a nice change of pace from the beach. Speaking of the beach, the access was amazing. Easy to get to and very private.
Overall, it was a a lovely stay that my whole family and I enjoyed!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We had an absolutely delightful stay at this place. It has an open concept which was great for entertaining and family dinners. It has a private cul-de-sac feel nestled behind tall palm trees, but within walking distance to the beach and snack shack. It was super clean and the communication was very responsive. The communication from start to finish was TOP NOTCH. Working with benchmark management was an absolute breeze and very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked again for next year. This place was absolutely well worth every single penny. We received excellent customer service and the experience was award winning! 🏆

My husband and I stayed at Sana Rosa Beach a one bedroom condo, beachfront and it was perfect. The condo was exactly as advertised and the pictures were accurate. Benchmark Management made the reservation process easy and were available when you called with questions. I would definitely use Benchmark Management when booking my next beach trip.

Verynice the bath in the west upstair bathroom did not drain well making it uncomfortable to shower. Just about all the batteries in the tv remotes were bad. We found one remote we had to use for all tvs

Really nice condo with extremely easy and private beach access with free chair service. Made the experience feel luxurious. The views from the two balconies are beautiful (the high chairs are actually key to a nice view over the railings). There were two lower chairs on the top balcony not shown in pictures. The unit is very specious, comfortable and relaxing with an endless supply of towels, fast wifi, and functional kitchen. (Note the kitchen layout does have a few clearance issues - fridge door and drawer next to stove don't open fully). If you plan to cook bring all condiments, salt/pepper, cooking oil… as there was nothing provided. Bed had nice linens and was comfortable with a great view of the water. Location is great for beach access with restaurants and towns a short 10 min bike ride. The two bikes provided for free through the rental partner were delivered to the unit and communication from that company was easy.
Overall a really great stay and would recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely beautiful condo! One bedroom, ocean front with great views. Décor was done with great thought. Insets in pantry, bathroom and closet made easy way to put your personal items on the shelf and out of the way. The patio was so comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen has all updated appliances and love the selection of coffeemakers too. The condo and surroundings were very well taken care of and even the beach was nice and clean. No worries of trash or peoples pets leaving their deposits. You can rent bikes right across the street and I also thought that the traffic when crossing the street was very pedestrian friendly. The management was very helpful if you had any questions. This condo would be great for two people or even if you had young children. I do want to add that the pictures of condo are accurate.

My wife, dog, and I have stayed here for the last 2 years on vacation and plan on it again. The location is great, a very short walk to the beach (not 5 min), and close to everywhere we like to go. It's very clean and comfortable and Benchmark is always easy to reach and helpful.

Beautiful condo with nice amenities. It was well stocked, especially compared to other Airbnb’s where we have stayed. The daily beach service included was wonderful. The location, view, local restaurants were amazing.
The management company was extremely responsive, proactive and friendly, a better experience than we have had elsewhere.

Everything was great. Only minor complaint is that Benchmark could have been more helpful when we inquired about where to park a golf cart. They knew that the complex was less than 1/2 occupied & there were plenty of open parking places plus guest spots. Instead they told us to park on street or pay at a facility.
