We really enjoyed our stay at Grayton Grateful in Grayton Preserve. The home was very clean, well maintained, and clearly cared for. The appliances were top-notch, the air conditioning worked great (which is a must!), and there was plenty of hot water with strong water pressure.The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with the basics, including both a Keurig and a standard drip coffee maker, which we appreciated. All of the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows and blankets for everyone.The walk to the beach was very manageable—about 0.3 miles according to my Apple Watch—and if you’re familiar with the neighborhood, you know how beautiful the dock trail is, which makes the walk even more enjoyable.One thing to keep in mind when booking: this home doesn’t include many “extras.” You’ll want to bring your own beach gear (wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler), bikes, spices, and any other little conveniences you might like. We’ve stayed in other homes in this neighborhood that had some of those extras, so it’s just something to plan ahead for. That said, it didn’t take away from our stay at all—just be prepared.The only downside for us was the neighborhood pool. It was quite cold, even the heated one. We experienced this last year as well, so it seems consistent. It’s a bit of a bummer, especially for March stays, and something we’ll consider when booking in the future.Overall, we loved our stay. Grayton is always such a special place, and this fits the magic.

We loved our stay here and we are already planning our next trip. We stayed for a week, our host was checked on us and made sure we got in ok. Very clean and only a short walk to the beach. Loved the decor and location of this townhouse. We walked to the beach almost every morning for the sunrise and evening for the sunsets! We definitely recommend this townhouse and host! 🙌❤️😎

The house is as nice as it shows on the site. Very well maintained ed and furnished. The beds were comfortable and the small neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. I will stay here again if I travel to the area again

We had a wonderful stay! The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. The included chair service was a huge bonus and made our beach days so relaxing.
The home is very well stocked with everything you need to cook and feel comfortable, and we especially loved the multiple balconies for relaxing and enjoying the views.
Communication was excellent throughout—quick responses and very helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Wonderful place to stay in PCB! The condo location was right across from the tennis courts and the heated pool was around the corner. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The beach access was outside the front of the neighborhood. Our kids loved the clubhouse and we played ping pong and pool. The condo itself was spacious for all of us and clean upon arrival. It was great to have 2.5 bathrooms and the balcony connected to the upstairs bedroom. Restaurants and the PCB pier were only about 15 minutes away so we were able to enjoy that area as well. Benchmark was helpful and communicative when we arrived a little earlier than excepted. We will be back! Thank you!!

It was a nice location, there were plenty of pool choices and close to everything. The room was dpacious & clean. We had a great time! We were there for 3 days with 6 guests and they only provide 2 toilet paper rolls. I was not a fan of that but other than that, it was a great stay!

Stayed at Beachcrest for a week in 30A. Great room. Right on the beach. Close to many amenities. Chris on the beach was great. He had our chairs setup each day and was a lot of fun to deal with daily.

Staying with Benchmark was great! It was easy and to get in. We were able to get early check in which was super helpful! We got an extra day at a discounted rate. The responses took 1-2 hours but were always super helpful! The location was a short walk to the beach and about a 20 minute walk to the pier park which had a bunch of good restaurants and shops. The house was exactly as described and super clean. It included all basic necessities, we ran out of a few things such as toilet paper and dish washer pods so we had to grab some at the store but it wasn’t a big deal! The back porch was perfect for having out. The neighbors were so friendly and it was a great private little cove. The ring security and gates community made us feel super safe! Overall we LOVED our stay it was perfect!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Benchmark did an outstanding job of communicating with us prior to our arrival. They also followed up after arrival and was very responsive in assisting with a thermostat issue. I highly recommend booking through them.

We loved staying at Beachside Condos! Its perfectly located for a walk, bike or short drive to everything you need. Literal steps to the beach with chair service available, if you don't want to bring and set-up your own. The pool was a huge plus and we used it multiple times.

This has been our favorite condo that we have stayed in on 30A. The elevator made arrival extremely easy. The view was amazing. I was able to keep track of both of my teenage kids if they went down to the beach from our balcony view. The property manager responded promptly to any questions or requests. Unlike a lot of units, the best part was the furniture and BEDS were actually comfortable. I have stayed in many VRBO's with horrible mattresses and it can ruin a trip. These were great. Will use this unit again.

The bungalows are a great option for small gatherings looking for convenience in location and a comfortable stay. We arrived during an unusually chilly spell and the beds had extremely light weight coverlets not much thicker than a sheet. I called to see if blankets could be delivered and while the customer service agent said the house didn’t come with additional bedding three comforters were delivered in the the morning 😊. The hot tub and pool are in immaculate condition and the property is a short walk to the public beach access. This is a wonderful property for 2-5 guests.
