We've been to Santa Rosa Beach 3 summers in a row, and this was our best experience as far as property management and hosting goes. Communication was easy. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Benchmark will be my first choice when choosing a vacation rental.

The Benchmark property in Marimar beach was exceptional. The house was very clean, well decorated and had the all the essentials needed.
The location was perfect along with the view from the balcony which was cozy. The company checked in with me several times during my stay and offered suggestions and were willing to answer any questions. I've rented many Airbnbs throughout the past few years and would highly recommend this company's rentals. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable vacation stay!

My girlfriend and I had a great time. We have stayed at Beachwood Villas before, but this was the best unit I have ever rented. Very clean, comfortable furniture and a full washer and dryer! We would rent this unit again!

We stayed at “ Our Seaside” and it was nice. The location was great and we all had a great time at the beach and in the pool at our place! We did have an A/C issue but Benchmark Mgmt took care of it promptly!

This is the second time I have booked with Benchmark and they do an excellent job. They kept communications open through the entire process. The house in Laguna Beach was perfect for us. All one level, easy beach access as it is gulf front. The only problem I had was when we extended our stay for one more day, the company that handles the beach chairs and umbrella did not set it up for us. I called Vacayzen twice to request the set-up and they never came and did not call us back as they stated they would. Since the beach set-up is included in the rent, I feel I am due a refund of that portion.

Location was decent walking access to beach. Place was spotless and convenient to many restaurants. Was really pleased. The only thing I didn’t like was the noise from the guests above and I guess the sprinkler that goes off multiple times in the early morning. Very loud. Would definitely be back and possibly book again in the future.

The property was perfect for our group. The pool was very nice when we were too sunburnt for the beach. The beach is an easy walk but I do recommend renting a golf cart to haul chairs etc and when little legs are too tired to walk. Very well stocked with kitchen utensils.
