Everything was perfect. We stay here every year! Had 6 people all together 5 teens plenty of room. Ill be back again for sure.

This was our second time in this same condo and it is a really great place to stay! It was clean and the air conditioner is nice and cold! The check in and out process was a breeze and Benchmark kept in contact via text throughout the whole process. You just can’t beat the beautiful view from the balcony! This place was very cozy and we can’t wait to come back soon!

This beautiful house is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Perfect for our needs. Walking distance to the beach though there are many steps down! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay here! I loved the decor inside. Very elegant and beachy! It’s a very quiet and peaceful area. It was close to everything - 30A, Seaside, Rosemary etc.

We had a wonderful time at our condo on Panama City Beach! The condo was very clean and the communication from Benchmark was great! They stayed ahead of us every step of the way with information about the arrival and departure. This is our second stay at the same condo and we can’t wait to stay again!

It wasn’t an over the top place, but that would have been really expensive. We are tired of 500plus a night places. This was perfect for us. Fresh and clean. Nice amenities. The best part was the access to beach. Our unit was right there. Never been closer to the walk down so it was so easy to just run up for lunch. Definitely would stay there again

Second time at this specific property and not the last. Always clean, plenty of space- easily sleep 6, 5 mins or less walk to the beach, walkable to several restaurants, 5 mins drive to Publix, 5-7 mins to Seaside. Plus, Benchmark is 10/10 every time we stay on a property.

The absolute perfect condo for my family of 6 and our friends family of 3!!
The unit was clean, so very spacious, and full of useful items such as kitchen appliances, additional blankets and towels, and lots of beach items for adults and children! Benchmark was wonderful with quick responses, we checked in on Sunday afternoon and noticed that the lock on one of the balcony doors was locked, they had maintenance there the very next morning to replace the lock. Overall a great experience! We will definitely look into staying here again next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Benchmark was quick to offer acceptable solutions/accommodations as needed due to unexpected elevator maintenance resulting in new couch and love seat not being delivered prior to our stay. There were plenty of extra chairs available in the unit and Benchmark reached out to rectify the situation prior to check-in. The furniture is now scheduled for delivery on 10/27/25 and elevators should be back in service this month.
We love this unit's layout, amenities, accommodations and appreciate Benchmark's hospitality so much that we already booked the same unit again for Fall Break 2026.

My wife and I had a great stay here in early October. Unit is exactly as pictured and described. Everything is up to date and the bed is very comfortable. Having the beach chairs setup each day was so convenient. Will definitely be looking to book again next year!

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation and enjoyed this location so much! The house was beautiful and had plenty of space for our group. The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil, gadget, pan and dish we needed. The smart TVs throughout the house were nice to use to relax. There were several games available to use. There was plenty of seating in the dining area. The ceilings were tall and the rooms were big so we did not feel cramped at all. The garage was stocked with bikes, beach chairs, sand toys/shovels, floaties and noodles for the pool, and more. We brought extra soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and such since the listing indicated that only minimal of these items were provided so that worked great. I didn’t see any cooking oils or spices or anything like that but that was fine because I brought what I needed.
The pool was just a few houses down which was nice and the beach was a short bike ride or drive. Overall we loved and would stay here again!

It was our third time staying at this location! The combination of easier access to the beach and location for bike riding fits our family so well. The downstairs living is also great for housing grandparents for when they tag along!

Great location. Gulf Place has plenty restaurants and shops. No need to leave unless you just want to explore 30A. Stayed in this unit 2 years in a row for Fall Break.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful beach house. We will definitely stay again. A few things to note for future renters: No beach towels so make sure to bring your own. Also, no hangers nor dressers in the house. Very limited space to place clothes so be prepared with hangers or to live out of your suitcase. Laundry pods are not provided so throw a few in your bag. Lovely beach access!

Just finished a stay in the Florida panhandle and benchmark was great! They always have the place so neat and ready! They’re always willing to let us in early if the rental is available and the communication is great!

This is the second time staying in this condo building. It is so convenient to Goatfeathers, Publix, Restaurants and of course the beach! We love staying on 30A. This condo has recently been remodeled and is very pretty, comfortable and has a well stocked kitchen. There is a spectacular view from the porch!

The condo at Emerald Coast was beautiful! The entire place was spotless when we arrived. There were plenty of towels and linens. The beach chair set up was super convenient and the pool was the perfect temperature. I would highly recommend staying here, in fact we are looking to book again next year!

We had a great stay on the beach on 30a! Condo was as described, clean, 2 beach chairs included made it easier and the location was great! We had a slight issue with the door lock one day and the team was responsive and took care of the problem before we got back from dinner! We look forward to booking again!

Great place to stay! Clean and roomy house. Quiet neighborhood and close to the beach and other stores. Benchmark was always quick to respond when needing assistance. Definitely would recommend this place for a bigger group traveling together!
