What a great place! Just as described in listing except for the fact that the pictures do not give the view the credit it deserves! From the downstairs patio to the upstairs porch, it is stunning and only steps to (what feels like) a private beach! We went during spring break, wanted to stay away from the crowds and this was perfect! Great communication, easy check in and checkout…beach chairs set up for us every day…minutes drive to everything. 100% will book again!

We loved the balcony. super close to the beach, is just across the street. beautiful beach and water. we fit six people comfortably, but it is a single room so it is cozy. the door lock took a little figuring out so be patient with it. definitely recommend as an afordable spot in a nicer location!

Location was great, like a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach and close to the grocery store and coffee shop. Inside the house was very clean and stylish. The backyard and pool was perfect for our kids to play and great for our dog.

Check in was super easy and the owner/property managers were super communicative and helpful when we had questions. The cottage was clean, well outfitted and so cute. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a great convenience. We especially loved the wraparound porch. The location was also perfect, just a few steps from the beach and a short walk to the town square. I would definitely stay here again!

From reservation to the end of our trip everything was amazing! Would highly recommend and for the price to literally be two min walk to the beach was spot on! Having the pool was a plus! Plenty of space! Love it here can’t wait to visit and book again! Thank you for giving my family and I the best time on our first ever Florida trip!

Pros:Clean throughout; well stocked kitchen; very comfortable beds; excellent location; responsive management; beach perks; cleaning tools and vacuum available.Cons:Could use a bit of TLC: Carpet from first to second floor needs a good cleaning; trim around regularly used doors could use a scrub; a couple broken items we noted from previous year still broken; street noise can be a bit intrusive at times for the street side bedrooms.

We had a spontaneous getaway for my daughter and I. Last minute reservation. The condo was in a great location and Very CLEAN! The property management was on site.. introduced himself and followed up daily for any needs or concerns- which we had none. Would definitely recommend and will book again!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The place was truly beautiful, and you could feel the care and love put into every detail of the home. It had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it so easy to prepare meals just like at home, and the bathrooms were spotless and very well maintained. Everything was impeccably clean, organized, and thoughtfully prepared for our arrival.
You can tell this home is cared for with love, and it made our experience even more special. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived, and it quickly felt like a home away from home. Everything was good! Wasn’t crowded at all! Pool had plenty of space to play and not accidentally bump into someone. Beach view was amazing! Location was good!

We enjoyed our stay. The master bathroom was a little small, but overall the condo was a great place to stay and very near Seaside. The complex was inviting and quiet. The response to our air not working was fast and the maintenance team fixed the problem within an hour. We would stay here again.

We spent four nights in 1101 and it was fantastic! It’s a convenient location along 30A with lots of parking. The condo itself was perfect for the two of us with a big master bedroom and a smaller bedroom with double beds. The bathrooms were spotless. And the kitchen was modern with plenty of space. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place to stay in PCB! The condo location was right across from the tennis courts and the heated pool was around the corner. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The beach access was outside the front of the neighborhood. Our kids loved the clubhouse and we played ping pong and pool. The condo itself was spacious for all of us and clean upon arrival. It was great to have 2.5 bathrooms and the balcony connected to the upstairs bedroom. Restaurants and the PCB pier were only about 15 minutes away so we were able to enjoy that area as well. Benchmark was helpful and communicative when we arrived a little earlier than excepted. We will be back!

Great place overall. Beach was amazing and it was a bonus to have 2 free chairs and umbrella each day. Coffee shop across the street was great. A few fun places within walking distance. View from the balcony is amazing. Felt the cleanliness could have been better but we would recommend overall. 30A is beautiful!

This property was as described in the listing and photos. Very clean and the kitchen was large and well stocked. Fairly close walk to the pool and beach. Nice quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed our stay. My only complaint would be that there was only 1 towel and washcloth per bed/person and they were small (but the laundry set-up is nice). Also, no beach towels provided or any beach gear. Just be prepared to bring your own. I would recommend this property.

Location is perfect! Easily walkable to multiple beach towns and steps to the beach. Would be nice to have some kitchen staples like salt/pepper and things for cooking, but otherwise an ideal property with plenty of outdoor space and charm. Renting from Baby Quip made our stay more convenient!

We had such an enjoyable stay. Great location! The family suite was perfect for us. Loved the balcony and decor. Kids loved the bunkbeds. All essentials were provided for kitchen and bathroom.
