Cassine Village is a beautiful quiet neighborhood. We stayed with another family, so the two rooms with king sized beds was nice. The walk to the beach was easy for 5 kids between the ages of 2-8. (We had our stroller wagon for the littlest). The house had everything we needed for a great beach trip. The kids loved the bunk room and the beds were comfortable. We skipped the beach one day and used the neighborhood pool, which was nice and clean. We cooked and prepped all but one meal, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The pots must have been changed since the last review, because they were in good shape (only one had a lot of leaves scratches in the non-stick surface. We did bring our own knife, so I don’t know how sharp those were. Some rentals we have stayed in with previous companies have had basic spices left by previous renters, but there are none, so be sure to bring your own or add it to your grocery list. The outdoor shower had warm water, making it easier for the toddlers to get cleaned up after the beach. And it was nice having a beach chairs and some toys available to use with a wagon to load it all in!The washer and dryer were good enough. You just may need to run the dryer twice to make sure everything is all the way dry.

The unit looked to be recently renovated (beautifully done). The weather was great. The building has just 25 units so the beach was not crowded. I liked that although this unit was on the first floor, it was above ground level due to the parking under the building. The beach was very accessible - no steps.

I have stayed with Benchmark rentals many years. Never have I ever been dis-satisfied. Great location, clean and well maintained, exceptional customer service. We love Hidden Beach Villas. Will be back and will recommend this property to others. Thx again for a supper vacation!

The rental was beautiful and just as described. It was located in a very quiet neighborhood. It was easy to get to the beautiful beach, recreational activities, and restaurants from the rental. The host was easy to contact and responded to any questions promptly. We greatly recommend this as a great place to stay when visiting Santa Rosa Florida.

Great view…. condo was clean with plenty of supplies bath towels, wash cloths etc. large comfy bed, ice maker in fridge actually worked unlike my previous 2 vacations with another management company… and no bugs seen during my entire stay…hope to return next year to same unit

Could not if asked for a better location! Right across the road from the beach made it easy to load up the wagon and head over. It was also next to great restaurants, which limited the amount of driving needed once arrived. Great space and very responsive hosts!

Ournstay was wonderful! A great location for visiting the panhandle of Florida. The accomadations were beautiful. The only problem is that the showers need grab bars to get in and out of since there is no walk-in shower. Besides that, the house is wonderful.

Location was great and the golf cart made getting to the beach easy. There is golf cart parking both at the private and public beach entrance. The neighborhood was quiet and calm, and the pool was clean and a nice reprieve from the beach. Having temperature control on both floors was a plus. Kitchen was appointed with everything you’d need for a beach vacation, except for a cutting board. Would, and most likely will, stay again!

This quant condo directly on the beach was perfect for a couple's week vacation. The condo was updated compared to other units. It had a gorgeous view and easy access to the beach. The only recommendations I would suggest is cleaning the couch and providing some throw rugs throughout. I would stay again.

The condo is a really nice size and beautifully updated. It’s a small gated community, only steps from the beach!! We loved having a garage for our car and bikes. Benchmark communication was superb, and their responses were prompt. We will definitely come back!!

This house was so cute and the location was perfect. Pool was wonderful and right outside the back door. The beach was very close. We put all our beach stuff in the wagon and took the short walk. Very manageable. The house was decorated so cute and it had all we needed. Will definitely stay here in the future if possible.

We had the most pleasurable experience of staying in a rental we have ever had before. It was clean, had a beautiful set up, and was just as described. Area was quiet and it was easy to get around the area. Great restaurants within the area too. The host were easy to contact and quick to respond.

This is our 3rd time to stay at Eastern Shores. We love the simplicity of the complex and the easy access to the beach from our condo. This was our first time to stay in unit #103. It is not fancy, but provided everything we needed. We have booked again for next year!

We love staying here, close to the beach, easy walking distance to Seaside Town Center, pools. It was updated recently. The 6 person dining table on the screen porch was the best addition. I recommend highly. Just keep it our secret!

We have stayed in many units at The Palms at Seagrove and this one is by far the nicest. Completely updated unit and was very clean at our arrival. Open concept kitchen and living area and you cannot beat the views of the ocean from inside and on the balcony. The property is kept up well and the walk out to the private beach is great. Perfect for watching the sunsets.
