Loved this place! We only stay at Blue Tide every time we come down to the beach. Very cute, super comfy bed. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a very nice time and it was the second time we booked BeachCrest 402. Overall it was clean and in good order. The guest bath sink did not drain because the stopper in the sink couldn’t be opened. And the Kureig coffee maker wasn’t working properly. We could have used more wash cloths. There were only 2 in the primary bath and none in the second bath.Those are fairly minor and didn’t hamper our stay. We love the location. The beach is beautiful. We love the balcony facing the ocean and the pool is always nice. Enjoyed it for the second year in a row.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Villa La La - Everything was beautiful, The location is fabulous, I love that it is tucked away and it quiet Neighborhood. The beach access was so easy & Few stairs to get down to the ocean! Benchmark is a really amazing group to work with. They are quick to answer. They are quick to show up and we will be booking with them for our third year in a row next year.!!! The house has everything you need. It is wonderful for large families!!

I stayed at Beacons 1 with girlfriends and we had a blast. The location can not be beat!! So convenient to be able to just run up to your room from the beach and grab a drink or a bite to eat! It was clean, comfortable and the communication from Benchmark management was fabulous. Checked in by text and email to make sure we didn’t need anything! We will definitely be back!

This was our first time staying at Made in the Shade cottage. We loved this rental. It reminded us of old Florida. The eclectic decor is so fun. It may be an old cottage, but it magically met all our needs. If you need high gloss, modern, this is not the house for you. But if you love the old Florida style, this house is a gem. The screened in porch is where we spent a lot of time. It is a easy walk to the beach and Seaside. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds. The kitchen is not modern but met our needs. We will definitely return. Love, love, love this cottage.

Cassine Village is a beautiful quiet neighborhood. We stayed with another family, so the two rooms with king sized beds was nice. The walk to the beach was easy for 5 kids between the ages of 2-8. (We had our stroller wagon for the littlest). The house had everything we needed for a great beach trip. The kids loved the bunk room and the beds were comfortable. We skipped the beach one day and used the neighborhood pool, which was nice and clean. We cooked and prepped all but one meal, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The pots must have been changed since the last review, because they were in good shape (only one had a lot of leaves scratches in the non-stick surface. We did bring our own knife, so I don’t know how sharp those were. Some rentals we have stayed in with previous companies have had basic spices left by previous renters, but there are none, so be sure to bring your own or add it to your grocery list. The outdoor shower had warm water, making it easier for the toddlers to get cleaned up after the beach. And it was nice having a beach chairs and some toys available to use with a wagon to load it all in!The washer and dryer were good enough. You just may need to run the dryer twice to make sure everything is all the way dry.

The unit looked to be recently renovated (beautifully done). The weather was great. The building has just 25 units so the beach was not crowded. I liked that although this unit was on the first floor, it was above ground level due to the parking under the building. The beach was very accessible - no steps.

It was a very nice, clean condo and as close to the beach as you can possibly be across the street. I could throw a rock to the beach from this property. Close to everything else too and reasonable cost. We'd go back
