Host was very responsive and accommodating. Communication was frequent and clear regarding the hurricane. The unit was clean and spacious. Very close to beach and pool was amazing. Place looks like it did in the pictures. Very happy we went there. We will be going back!!!

Benchmark was wonderful to deal with. They are so thorough and text with arrival information a few days before as well as the day of arrival. That is very much appreciated! Thanks for a wonderful stay 😀

The unit was nice looking with pleasant furnishings. The location by the pool was perfect. Having my dogs with me was great and extra dog fee was so reasonable.

Dune Villas is a great location! The condo is roomy and convenient to everything. It was mostly clean. There are some signs of wear since our last visit. The views are so restful & inviting. The Bathroom has been remodeled with a wonderful new shower! Very nicely updated. The new vanity is interesting-no room for toiletries. The closet also remodeled-liked the style, shelves were used for needs not available in bathroom. As always, the staff at Benchmark was very accommodating. We will be returning! Thank You.

We had a wonderful time! We had to leave early due to Helene and Benchmark did a great job communicating with us throughout the storm. The condo was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed and was in an excellent location!

We loved our stay here! We have two littles and the proximity to the beach was perfect. My 4 year old was so excited to sleep in the bunk beds she did better than normal going to bed with no issues and sleeping on her own. Would definitely stay here again!

Easy access to the beach and the hustle around Rosemary and Seacrest and just far enough away to be quiet and less traffic. Perfect for the whole family- plenty of room and privacy.

Couldn’t have been any happier with our vacation for our family of 5! We’ve stayed in this condo complex before but never in this exact rental. We were extremely satisfied with this unit because of how clean it was and with all the amenities. I have 3 younger children and the location of the pools (20 feet from the elevator) and the beach/shops (everything within a 5-10 min walk) made everything so easy stress free for us. Such a beautiful location!

Our family of 5 (us, toddler, & grandmas) enjoyed our stay for 8 days in Sept 2024.
Loves:
Very Clean; well maintained; great amenities; as pictured
Great layout inside & out
Well stocked kitchen & bath towels
Great location. Seagrove public beach access 5 mins walking (no parking). Cassine Cir ideal for kids to play. Goatfeathers close. Publix 7 min drive.
Benchmark very responsive before & during stay

We did not use the pools or communal things, so no comment
Grill worked. Construction behind property no bother
Stock up on amenities; only initial supply provided
NO beach supplies: towels, chairs, tents, umbrellas, toys, totes, cooler, wagon, or regular umbrellas supplied. Brought own.
No accommodations for babies/toddlers;
brought own
Ring camera is by kitchen door; can’t see shower. Just don’t come out naked & you’ll be fine.
Can park 2 vehicles in driveway without blocking. Anymore can line up in driveway.
No street parking.
Side yard right of the driveway very soggy with rain.
Minor areas of improvement:
Need more kitchen hand towels; had only 1
Need more blankets & pillowcases. Only had bed sheets & bed covers. Plenty of pillows.
Need broom & dustpan for daily cleaning; the Dirt Devil’s exhaust blows a lot of the debris around.
Need cleaning sprays for daily cleaning. Many are particular about cleaning products, so best if the host provides.

We had a very nice time and it was the second time we booked BeachCrest 402. Overall it was clean and in good order. The guest bath sink did not drain because the stopper in the sink couldn’t be opened. And the Kureig coffee maker wasn’t working properly. We could have used more wash cloths. There were only 2 in the primary bath and none in the second bath.Those are fairly minor and didn’t hamper our stay. We love the location. The beach is beautiful. We love the balcony facing the ocean and the pool is always nice. Enjoyed it for the second year in a row.
