We fully enjoyed our time in this condo. It was beautifully decorated, super comfortable and the extras (gulf cart, bikes, little carrier wagon, beach chairs) were all a plus. The pool was amazing and location was great with The Chill nearby. We found a great beach to go to. It was great!

This was our second year in a row we stayed at Monterey C301. We love the location, easy access to the beach and proximity to Alys and Rosemary. Condo was clean...Only recommendation..time for New Towels, they are old and worn. WE WILL BE BACK!!

This was our second time renting a place in Gulf Place. This condo was perfect for our family of 4. The location really can’t be beat. The bed was really comfortable and our girls loved the bunk beds. Our girls loved coming to the pool after the beach and we enjoyed eating breakfast on the patio. Everything seemed to be well maintained.
There were plentiful linen and kitchenware. Management was very responsive. Having the beach chair, wagon, sand toys and umbrella were very nice as well.
Just a heads up, if the first day of the month falls on your stay, the beach access code changes. The public entrance is just a few more feet down so not really a big deal. We would definitely consider staying again in the future!

This was a perfect stay for our son’s first beach trip. The location was perfect as it is right across the street from beach. Not far from restaurants and other great areas like Seaside as well. The interior matched the pictures and description making things very comfortable. Will definitely recommend!!

Overall we had a great stay. The kids had a blast in the backyard and the home had plenty of beds to accommodate 3 families with 7 kids, we could have easily added 1 more family of 4 believe it or not.
We’d love to stay here again as the value is better than Rosemary Beach homes since you get quite a bit more backyard space and still walkable to the beach and downtown Rosemary.
Suggestion to renters, bring beach towels as those are not included (but they do have a lot of beach gear just maybe need some buckets for little kids).
Overall, great stay, great house for entertaining adults and kids.
We’d love to stay here again as the value is better than Rosemary Beach homes since you get quite a bit more backyard space and still walkable to the beach and downtown Rosemary.

We loved our stay! Overall super clean— upstairs bedroom with balcony overlooking the driveway could use a new shower curtain and liner. Also clear there was some sort of party by the group before as there were cans in all the garden beds and behind the property wall. Nothing that would keep us from coming back! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. We rented a golf cart which made beach access with children much easier so highly recommend as it is quite a hike esp with chairs etc. super accommodating to our family of 8 adults with children.

Right on water, easy access. Perfect for a couple by themselves or with a child. Walk to commerce and restaurants, with bike or drive to much more. Loved it!

Amazing condo, very good use of the square feet, clean, prompt communication from management. Keep in mind that it only comes with 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, that was a little off taste for us to have to visit the gas station for extra TP for a 3-night stay. AMAZING PRIVATE BEACH!

Very clean and peaceful property! Slept very well, was exceptionally clean, very quiet, and the townhouse had very tasteful and calming decor. I suggest this townhouse as a relaxing retreat!

The house was nice and clean, and the property management was very responsive, especially in keeping us updated due to a hurricane and we delayed checking in until it passed. Seacrest was not effected by the storm.
There are a few good-to-know details that aren’t listed in the description: the pool can only be heated starting in November, so keep that in mind if you’re visiting before then. Additionally, the house has two coffee pots—a Keurig and a drip option, which was a nice touch for coffee lovers. One small downside is that there’s a limited number of washcloths. If you’re traveling with a large group, you’ll either need to wash them frequently or bring extras. Overall, the house is in a fantastic location and was a great fit for our stay!

Used this place as a home base for a 4 day fishing charter in the area. Place was fantastic, close enough to the main roads and yet right on the beach for R&R time. Cleanliness was spot on, and the complimentary goods were perfect to keep from having to make trips to Publix too much. Loved the unit, wish I could have speant more time in it, will save this one for future use.

Amazing stay! We thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The location was perfect and seeing the beach outside our patio truly took my breath away. We got to see the sunrise everyday because it was truly 2 seconds to the beach. The location was perfect in regard to walking distance from black bear and turbo coffee! The hosts were responsive, and the airbnb was so cute, clean, cozy, and fully stocked! So grateful we found this gem to celebrate our 2 year wedding anniversary!

This property is located perfectly on the beach. It was just as described in the photos. The property management company was very responsive before our arrival and during our stay. I really enjoyed the beach chair and umbrella service that's included in the rental. We will definitely return again.

My mom and I stayed at Beachcrest and had a great vacation! The condo was so nice and modern. It had everything we needed. The balcony views were awesome! We loved that our stay included 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. The Benchmark team was very helpful and quick to respond via text. So thankful we got to stay here!

Great location, close to the beach and Seaside for fun. The house was spacious and clean, a good kitchen and a grill for cooking meals. They also have a lot of beach stuff, toys, chairs for guests- it was great to entertain kids while we stayed. I will definitely come back to stay here.

Had the best time celebrating my 40 yr. Anniversary. Room was so nice and had everything we needed. We hope to go back and hopefully get the same room. Had to check out early because of Hurricane Helene, but what a time we had!

This apartment is absolutely fantastic with loads of room and beautiful views of the ocean. The beds were super comfy and everything was lovely and clean. We would certainly stay here again. It was very helpful having beach chairs and an umbrella in the apartment and we also found that you get two complementary chairs and an umbrella on the beach if staying at this apartment.
