The condo was a perfect fit for our beach front vacation. The location was a more peaceful setting than others along 30A. The condo furniture was in great condition, the kitchen had all the necessities, Bathrooms were very clean and well-stocked (could use a few more washcloths than 2/bathroom). The beach was well managed with the chairs/umbrellas ready and available first thing in the mornings. There are many stairs to manage getting to and from the beach - just to be aware that some guests may not be able to do this.

We had the best time at our stay with benchmark. They were efficiently communicating with us prior to our arrival and throughout our stay to ensure everything ran smoothly. We loved the property and will definitely be back to stay at this house again! It was perfect for 3 adult guests.

The Grand Playa complex is one of our favorites. Bike to Seaside, plenty of restaurants nearby and the pool sits beachside. 3 bedroom condos are spacious and well-decorated.

We loved this condo at Eastern Shores. Very comfortable and spacious for our family of 5! The balcony had great views. And my kids loved being so close to Eastern Lake. It’s in a great central location to many restaurants in Seagrove. And a short distance to Seaside and all the neighboring areas.

Perfect place for 2 guests! Very convenient for beach access. 2 beach chairs and umbrella set up for you everyday. Great location and access to Seacrest and Rosemary beach. The only downside was we were provided 1 roll of toilet paper, if you need more you have to supply it yourself. Also, the pull out couch mattress had a few stains and looked dirty. Overall, a great place to stay and we would stay here again!

Excellent communication with the property managers. Very helpful. Clean and tidy place. Beautiful view from the balcony. Close to pier park so you really don’t have to drive over. Staff was very helpful and amazing. All the facilities and amenities were a plus. All together had a great stay. Would stay here again!

Lovely and comfortable, updated and clean. Top-notch decor and brand new kitchen and bathrooms! Love the porch with the view and sounds of the ocean. Note this is a third floor unit and no elevator. Easy walk to the beach. Great parking. We were in the area for a wedding at Watercolor. Thank you!

We had a wonderful visit at Sea Echo. The house was clean and very spacious making it relaxing for our family. Very close walk to the beach which was great having a private area that wasn’t overly busy. I highly recommend and would return without hesitation! Thank you for allowing us the time here.

This was our second year in a row we stayed at Monterey C301. We love the location, easy access to the beach and proximity to Alys and Rosemary. Condo was clean...Only recommendation..time for New Towels, they are old and worn. WE WILL BE BACK!!
