This was the perfect place for my family and I. In addition, we loved having our dogs with us - perfect place to let them outside with the fenced in backyard. The location is great if you want to be close enough to the beach, but still feel kind of secluded and away from all the commotion of 30A. Loved it! Would recommend and hope to stay here again in the future!

It has an induction cooktop and the curtain rod fell down every time you touched it (in primary bedroom) but other than that it was perfect for what we needed.

Loved the picture window in master bedroom that even reflected thru the bathroom mirror -- looked like a cruise ship view.So close to the beach access, just down the steps and around the corner. Third floor was a little hard on us -- knees not so young anymore -- with no elevator, but the parking was close by so that helped. Love the location, size, and serenity of Beachside Condos. Benchmark Management is very quick to respond to any issues and checked in on us periodically. Not a corner unit so the balcony was a bit enclosed, so got a tad warm without the sea breeze. Furniture and decor had the beachy theme and colors I love. Highly recommend.

We were visiting this area for the beaches so that being said, it is a drive to get there. However, we knew that going in and wanted to be in a nicer, more private home rather than walkable distance on this stay. We went to both the Ed Walline beach access (public beach that does fill up as the day goes on with limited parking) and Deer Lake State Park. We took an Uber to Seaside to visit there for an evening, eat at the food trucks and enjoy the sunset. Cost a bit more than driving, but not having to negotiate traffic on 30A and finding parking in that area was worth it to us. As far as the house, the houses are all close together and the back porches open onto a shared grass area, but it was very quiet and I rarely saw anyone else. There are basics to get you started, but if you're a family, you'll likely need to bring/buy toilet paper, garbage bags (there was only one for each can and we had to take the trash to the curb twice while we there) and laundry detergent.

Once we got past the door code problems and locating the unit the place was perfect. This area is amazing walkable to everything. Look ahead for beach access it’s a little tricky until you learn it. Very busy during fall break but still very enjoyable. People feel like they are in the Truman show here. Everyone, visiting and local and so help and pleasant. We will be going back

We have stayed at this place several times. It is very clean, well decorated, and has plenty of room for family of 5. Location is good. If you want to walk to seaside plan on 20min when in busy season. I would definitely stay again.

Loved the place we stayed in. The beach entrance suggested was a private beach & had to walk .5 miles with beach equipment due to us not being members. Would recommend different/public beach entrance.

Rooms are well maintained and mgt. is promptly on site when needed. The beach is just steps away with a view of the ocean and the sound of the surf.We liked C5 on the ground floor and no steps to climb with all our bags. The 2 chairs and sofa in living room need to be updated. Bed was good. Extra toilet tissue would be good. Overall a quality experience. We will be booking this room again in 2023.

The view was spectacular and everything we hoped it would be. The bed was firm and very comfortable. The kitchen had every necessity... even a regular AND keurig coffee maker. The location of condo was great for getting to many different restaurants without being amid the busyness some other areas present. Getting to the beach was super easy (although lots of stairs - just be aware), and having the chairs and umbrella sets as a part of the condo fee was great. The management company stayed in constant communication throughout our stay, although we had no problems that needed attention.

My stay here was wonderful! My favorite part of the home was the kitchen and living room. So comfy and they had plenty of board games and books. My family loves to go to the fish market and cook fresh seafood while we were in town. Which the fully equipped kitchen made easy to do. The management company was very responsive as well :)

Benchmark did an excellent job, I was very tired after the drive and Benchmark was patient with my questions, which most were user error. The house is set in a beautiful location and we really enjoyed the beach chair and umbrella service. The furnishings are worn as were the appliances. House could stand some upgrades but there was nothing that we couldn’t live around for the week. Thanks again Benchmark for an enjoyable and uncomplicated stay.

Absolutely perfect! The condo was perfect for my husband and I and our Boston Terrier, Oakley! Everything we needed for a lovely stay was there! Located across the beach and within a short walk to a wonderful restaurant! Highly recommend!!!! Hope to come back soon!!

The condo was a perfect fit for our beach front vacation. The location was a more peaceful setting than others along 30A. The condo furniture was in great condition, the kitchen had all the necessities, Bathrooms were very clean and well-stocked (could use a few more washcloths than 2/bathroom). The beach was well managed with the chairs/umbrellas ready and available first thing in the mornings. There are many stairs to manage getting to and from the beach - just to be aware that some guests may not be able to do this.
