We just stayed at Beachcrest during fall break and could not be happier. From the day we made our reservation to the day we left, everything went flawlessly. The staff communicated with us regularly to ensure we were happy and that the condo was perfect. Our view from the patio was nothing but the ocean, and the condo had everything we needed. GREAT job, and kudos to Benchmark Management and their incredible customer service.

Updated and new. Beds are comfy, house is in a quiet location and close to the beach. We have an 8 year old and 4 year old and the walk to the beach was a breeze. 3 min tops. Pool was very nice. Had an issue with heating it. Renters, when you advertise heated pool and charge upwards of 70 dollars a day...heat it and leave it on. That was our only hiccup. WouldI recommend this, yes.

Great property! Easy to book, extremely clean and well maintained. Plenty of space. Close to everything, including great trails for running. Really easy to get in touch with the property management company about questions. Will definitely book again!

Most Airbnbs have basics in the kitchen, this place was bare minimum. The building was very very dated and needed some love. The inside of the unit was perfect.

This was my first time going to destin and staying in a condo used by airbnb.It was a nice clean condo with great location.Everything was great they were very friendly and the communtiy was kind and quiet.I enjoyed my stay.

The bed and pillows we very cheap. If you going to want people to stay again and have a good night sleep don't buy the cheapest mattress that feels like sleeping on a board. Most travelers don't sleep well away from home anyway and to add a cheap mattress on top of it makes it not enjoyable.

This was the perfect place for my family and I. In addition, we loved having our dogs with us - perfect place to let them outside with the fenced in backyard. The location is great if you want to be close enough to the beach, but still feel kind of secluded and away from all the commotion of 30A. Loved it! Would recommend and hope to stay here again in the future!

It has an induction cooktop and the curtain rod fell down every time you touched it (in primary bedroom) but other than that it was perfect for what we needed.

Just perfect for two beach buddies wanting separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved the picture window in master bedroom that even reflected thru the bathroom mirror -- looked like a cruise ship view.So close to the beach access, just down the steps and around the corner. Third floor was a little hard on us -- knees not so young anymore -- with no elevator, but the parking was close by so that helped. Love the location, size, and serenity of Beachside Condos. Benchmark Management is very quick to respond to any issues and checked in on us periodically. Not a corner unit so the balcony was a bit enclosed, so got a tad warm without the sea breeze. Furniture and decor had the beachy theme and colors I love. Highly recommend.

A Minute’s Walk is just that! A minute’s walk to the beach, to a great restaurant, and to making wonderful memories. Bungalow 6 is a perfect condo for a small families. A comfortable king sized bed, plenty of clean linens, and a well supplied kitchen, this condo provides all the comforts of home! Beautifully decorated and well maintained, it’s a place you want to return to time and time again!
