My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Tidewater Beach Resort Condo 1313! The ocean view was incredible to wake up to each day, look at while making a cup of coffee, or just relax and look at while sitting on the balcony! The condo was clean, nicely decorated, spacious and felt like home! Beds were incredibly comfortable as well! Benchmark Management was responsive to any inquiries and needs. I highly recommend!

This place was absolutely beautiful! The views on the water are phenomenal!
Me and my family adored staying here. There was enough space for three families and three bedrooms. It was comfortable seating arrangements for watching a movie together. The views are just the best part, though!
The only thing that I would recommend is this: the paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, bath soap, etc. The small things seem to be a little low or run out pretty quickly. Having a few extra of those supplies would be nice and a little bit more convenient, especially for people staying there for a week. Maybe if you're staying there longer, you get a little bit more of those types of things. We did have to go to the store for all of those things throughout our trip.
Overall, we will be coming back! Love this place and love 30A!

This property was amazing for a spring break with my daughter and three of her friends. The loft space is perfect for teen girls who want to stretch out and enjoy their alone time with the master room having two queens, plenty of room, the amenities, and all that things provided were amazing this place gets a 1000% from us. We will definitely stay here again

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach is beautiful and the complimentary chairs/umbrella on the private beach were a bonus. The location was easy to navigate and easily travel to restaurants, Seaside, Alys beach and Rosemary beach by bike or car.

Fantastic place! The newly updated kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, and our family especially loved the bunk beds—they were a huge hit with the kids! We had such a great stay and will definitely be back!!

We had a great stay at Magnolia Breeze. The house accommodated our family well and was conveyed accurately in the photos. The main level has an open layout, with well-connected public areas. The kitchen was very nice and easy to access next to the front door. Tall ceilings and lots of natural light make the main level a nice place to spend time. The neighborhood was very pleasant and quiet, and central to many 30A towns. We used the bikes every day to access the bike path, beach access, shops and downtown Seaside. We also used the community pools and basketball court often. We would recommend to other families looking for a quiet spot along 30A.

The dwelling was exactly as advertised. Perfect for a couple and accessible to public beach entrance, dining etc. Updated and well maintained. We enjoyed our short stay.

We stayed at Edgewater 2107 in PCB. We were stunned walking into our unit and continued to be surprised through our stay. It had everything we needed and more. Very clean. Very quiet. Perfect for our family of 5. Short walk to the beach. If you want something in the heart of the action, this isn’t for you. We were 100% okay with that!!!! We will definitely be back!

I rented a beautiful house on Canal Street in Santa Rosa Beach. It was a five bedroom six bathroom home with a heated pool and high ceilings upstairs and downstairs plus screen porches very convenient to walk to shops and the house was very clean and comfortable. Four of the bedrooms had king beds, and all of the bedrooms had bathrooms. Benchmark was excellent with quick response for anything that was needed. I highly recommend them and would definitely rent from them again. The kitchen was amazing with a gigantic island and plenty of seating as we were a family of 12.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The team at Benchmark Management was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions, only enhancing our experience. It's located in a great location on 30A. It was peaceful, and you're only steps away from the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay. As a couple others have mentioned, the couches and mattresses could use an update, but you really cannot beat the location and ocean view. Everything else was perfect!

This place was exceptionally clean, new, lots of amenities and pet friendly. Neighborhood felt safe with friendly neighbors. Initially had concern as property is listed actively for sale and this was not disclosed. We discovered this after booking and inquired about it to make sure no showings would be scheduled during our stay since we were bringing our dogs. We were initially told to contact the realtor which we didn’t feel was our responsibility. After much back and forth they confirmed no showings were scheduled. We didn’t receive any info about the discount activity tickets that were included with the booking. Overall a nice property and our stay was comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay in Watersound! The community and home were beautiful. Getting to the beach and nearby shoppes was so easy on the provided bikes and golf carts. The home was gorgeous and had everything we needed.
The management group was very helpful and prompt with information and response time.
We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Everything was great but I’d encourage the property manager to adopt a recycling policy. And perhaps a policy where items visitors didn’t use could donate in order to reduce waste.

We stayed with my four daughters, their spouses and four grandchildren. It was perfect in every way, each bedroom has an attached bathroom and then there was a half bath down on the main floor between the living room and the front door. All my family enjoyed it very much. And would be happy to rent it again. It was perfect with the heated swimming pool. Four bedrooms king size beds that are very comfortable, and then there was a bedroom that also had two sets of bunk beds. I love the high ceilings on the main floor and upstairs there is a nice bedroom with bath on the main floor for us older people. It’s my favorite place to stay. All my family agrees.

What a great place! Just as described in listing except for the fact that the pictures do not give the view the credit it deserves! From the downstairs patio to the upstairs porch, it is stunning and only steps to (what feels like) a private beach! We went during spring break, wanted to stay away from the crowds and this was perfect! Great communication, easy check in and checkout…beach chairs set up for us every day…minutes drive to everything. 100% will book again!

We loved the balcony. super close to the beach, is just across the street. beautiful beach and water. we fit six people comfortably, but it is a single room so it is cozy. the door lock took a little figuring out so be patient with it. definitely recommend as an afordable spot in a nicer location!

Location was great, like a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach and close to the grocery store and coffee shop. Inside the house was very clean and stylish. The backyard and pool was perfect for our kids to play and great for our dog.
