Our stay was amazing with the ocean just steps from the condo. The place was spotless, comfortably furnished, and perfect for our three night stay. The management was incredibly receptive and even let us check a few hours early. The sunsets were spectacular and we enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evening. We highly recommend this condo.

Had a wonderful time and would 100% return! The place is gorgeous and the location was perfect. We only had one hiccup getting in (did not have community gate code, only condo door code).

Was great and sorry it had to end.You might consider putting a regular coffee pot in the unit. We prefer our own coffee and had to buy a coffee pot. I am sure that would please your future tenants.

We had a fantastic stay at Village of South Walton 314D! The location made everything so easy — shops, dining, and the tram to the beach were all right outside the door. Housekeeping had the condo spotless when we arrived, and PSA quickly brought us a couple of extra towels when we requested them. Mary from guest relations texted to confirm we received the correct arrival instructions and even shared a shortcut to the closest pool. Benchmark30A’s communication and service made our trip completely hassle-free.
Mary is so remarkable and we'll surely recommend this place to everyone!

Stayed in a Beachwalk Villas unit managed by Benchmark, and the experience was smooth. Benchmark made the check-in super easy. We had a minor issue with the washer, but Mary from guest relations arranged for a technician the same afternoon. Very impressed with how responsive and caring she was.

Benchmark30A was fantastic from start to finish. The condo was bright, clean, and only steps from the sand. Mary helped double-check our door code because we arrived late at night, which gave us peace of mind. Maintenance also made sure our patio door was sliding smoothly. Loved our stay!

Booking Sago Sands 402 through Benchmark30a was a great decision. The place was cozy, the pool calm, and the location ideal. Mary answered every question promptly. There was a small maintenance issue (broken light), but Benchmark Maintenance had it resolved within hours. Very professional.

171 Seacrest Such a beautiful home and the neighborhood was perfect. The housekeeping crew did an incredible job prepping everything before we arrived. Mary followed up the next morning just to make sure we slept well and had no trouble with our codes. We also appreciated the maintenance team confirming our grill was ready for use. Benchmark30A never disappoints.

We enjoyed our stay at this home and in Carillon. It was well stocked, and in a great location. The house had plenty of space for our crew and was as advertised. The hosts were super responsive and we would stay again.

This home was beautiful. It was clean and we had no problems. Loved the experience. Benchmark Management gets 5 stars, too. They stay in touch with you from the time you get there until you leave. The 3 bedrooms on the second floor were very private. Loved the way they were spaced apart. Loved the short walk to the beach and a coffee shop across the street. Thank you owners for allowing us to stay there.

We stayed at BeachCrest 901. Amazing gulf views! Situated perfectly at this time of year to see both the sunrise and sunset.
From check in to departure, it was easy with a keypad. Close to restaurants and grocery stores.

We booked Villas at Seagrove A202 – Sandcastles for a relaxing couples trip. Benchmark gave us a very warm welcome and even left suggestions for romantic spots on 30A. There was a hiccup with the pool key not working, but Mary from guest relations immediately arrange someone to dropped by with a replacement. Benchmark attention to detail made all the difference

Staying at Mon Petit Chateau felt like staying in a boutique hotel. Benchmark hospitality was warm and personal — Penales offered tons of local recs, from breakfast spots to hidden hiking trails. There was a tiny issue with the grill not being cleaned, but Benchmark apologized and had the cleaning team come back first thing. Very thoughtful 🎉🙏😇

Our girls’ trip to A Salty Cru was such a blast. The house layout was perfect, and Benchmark made sure we had clean linens, beach towels, and all the essentials. We encountered a small issue with one of the faucets, but Mary coordinated maintenance quickly, and they fixed it the next morning. She really goes above and beyond.

We booked All’s Well for a family retreat, and it definitely lived up to its name. Benchmark communication was top-notch they even checked in mid-stay to make sure we were comfortable. There was a little confusion about parking spots at first, but Mary from Guest Relations clarified everything quickly and got us squared away. Highly recommend.

Salt Air and Sunsets was absolutely breathtaking. The home sits right on the beach, and waking up to those direct Gulf views every morning was unforgettable. The interiors were beautiful — bright, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated — and housekeeping had everything perfectly prepared when we arrived. Our family loved returning to Eastern Shores 103. Benchmark was welcoming and very detailed in their check-in instructions. A small problem came up with one of the bedroom fans not working, but Mary from Guest Relations sent maintenance quickly, and they replaced the fan the same day. It was seamless and reassuring.

Absolutely beautiful view! So convenient to enjoy the beach and given the area, reasonable value. The location was excellent for what we were looking for, out of the way but close to shopping and restaurant options. The parking area was spacious and we loved having our dogs with us. The condo was handy, comfortable for 10, maybe not more than that. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Loved our stay at Blue Nine 9! You cannot beat waking up to the Gulf just outside your window. The condo was very clean and well-organized thanks to housekeeping. Benchmark maintenance responded quickly when we had a issue about the thermostat. Mary followed up through text, which was a nice personal touch.

We loved our stay at Commodore’s Retreat 104. The unit was clean, comfortable, and just steps from the beach, with beautiful views and easy access to the walking paths along 30A. We also enjoyed being so close to restaurants and the bike trail—it made everything super convenient.
