Amazing location very convenient to the pool and beach. It was nice to be able to jump in the pool after the beach. Great location close to shops but without the congestion of the other areas of 30A

Good place, 10 mins from beach. Would have been great if a Beach umbrella was provided….not a showstopper. They did provide chairs though. Overall good experience.

The house is very nice. We loved the private pool. It was an easy walk to the beach. We had a few issues that I sent to the Management Team to address. Overall, we would stay here again. The beds are a little firm for us but not unbearable. Make sure to bring your own towels for the beach and pool.

This condo is just as described. We have stayed in another unit in Dune Villas before and love this complex. We had a small issue upon arrival related to linens, but it was resolved by the end of the day. Condo is beautiful and location is great. There is some water damage in the condo due to humidity it appears and the guest shower leaks around the glass doors, but not a deal breaker. We will be back!

We loved this beach house! It was close enough to the beach to walk but the golf cart made it even easier to manage! We also rented an extra cart since we had 3 families in the house and still had room to spare!

Amazing property for a large family. There was a balcony on every level and another out the master bedroom. There is tons of room on the second floor to hang out with everyone. That space was extremely useful when the makeup and hair crews came in for touch ups prior to my daughter’s wedding. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is a great condo with amazing ocean view right on 30A in the middle of all the action. Very budget friendly compared to other properties in the area, but the location is unbeatable and the condo was in perfect condition with all the necessary amenities with direct access to the private beach. The included beach chair rentals were such a great bonus! I would definitely return again.

Beautiful place and exactly as described and accurate to pictures. It would be helpful to have a description on the listing about the private beach is the closest beach access and including the golf cart shuttle number as well. The amenities in the community is a really nice tough. I would definitely recommend friends and family to this place!

We loved our stay at the Pilot house! It’s a very beautiful property, clean, and exactly as described. Location was great - in the middle of everything. Winding down on the porch after a long day at the beach was our favorite. Will for sure consider booking again!

Our Pinewood rental was excellent. The rental was very spacious. It was extremely clean. The beds were comfortable, and the bathtub was very large and perfect to soak in. The building was clean, and there is an elevator, which made it easy to get our stuff to the second floor for our stay. The pool and hot tub are fantastic and very spacious. This location is perfect for multiple fun things to do in the area- ice cream, restaurants, beaches, and more. My husband and I would 100% stay there again and recommend this stay to anyone.

Such an amazing time at Leo’s Hideaway! The pool and yard were perfect for our family. The beds are incredibly comfortable. We were able to use the beach wagon, umbrellas and chairs for our stay. Just a short walk to the beach! Will definitely rent again.

Fantastic location! Property was extremely clean and recently updated. I would rent this place again. Kitchen is surprisingly well stocked. I do want to leave the following comments for future guests so they can have a great stay / not be surprised: 1) the listing states that a golf cart is included with the unit, which is not true; 2) the listing states that complimentary beach service comes with the unit. This IS true (2 chairs and umbrella daily), but you'll need to go down in the morning and talk to the attendant on the beach to make arrangements; 3) bring extra towels, trash bags, and toilet paper if you are staying more than 3 days; and 4) if you plan to use the pull-out couch, be sure that appropriate bedding is in the unit. We had a heck of a time getting Benchmark to deliver bed linens for the pull-out couch (had to speak with 4 people over the course of 2 days to finally get some help). All-in-all, a great property that I would highly recommend!

We had a great stay here, all the beds were comfortable, the house was clean and the neighborhood was peaceful. This is a great location if you have a boat, the ramp is right across the street and you still don’t have traffic here..

The rear balcony view was absolutely breathtaking—truly a sight to enjoy every day. From the moment we entered the unit, the experience was everything we hoped for. Even up to the day we checked out, it remained one of my favorite places to stay.
The unit is thoughtfully designed with both comfort and professionalism in mind. From the cozy couches to the well-appointed bedrooms, everything was clean, inviting, and beautifully arranged.
