Beautiful view of the Gulf. Condo is immaculate and has lovely furnishings and decor. Kitchen has every cooking item anyone could want. The beach is right down steps and the climb back up the steps is worth it. Quiet complex.

We really enjoyed our stay. The space was the perfect set up for our family of 5. Could not beat the proximity to the beach and the kids loved being able to go from the pool to the beach so easily. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved staying here! Property was very clean, spacious, and a quick drive in car or golf cart to the beach, and beach access is very easy. There’s plenty of restaurants and coffee shops close by also! There Is a great pool for people to enjoy as well. We will be back!!!

This is our second stay in Water's Edge and we love staying here, even over staying actually in Rosemary. The location one street over from Rosemary and across the street from the Peddler's area is why we love the location. Also, the super short walk to the beach and beach chairs included are two of our favorite things. The house was well appointed and spacious. The only thing I wish we had were beach towels. The pool is large and the hot tub was an added bonus!

We noticed that the sofa could be pulled out to sleep 2 more if needed. Everything was clean and the king sized bed was very comfy! The best part was the beach access. So easy to go back and forth during the day. Unfortunately, we only stayed 2 nights bc Hurricane Helene was moving in. I would definitely stay there again though!

If you're looking for a great family house on 30A, the Ocean Pearl is it! It's in a perfect location, with public beach access directly across the street, the neighborhood is quiet and very nice, and the house itself is clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for our 5 adults and one toddler. It was very reasonably priced for so much room and to be so close to the beach. We would love to visit again!

Adorable Unit 2 Beachside Condos in Seagrove Beach. Clean, well stocked, loved the decor! Perfect location to ride bikes to Seaside or Watercolor.

This was, by far, the best property we have stayed at in Seagrove, other than One Seagrove Place. The house is so spacious and was very clean. Everyone had enough space to sleep and the rooms were a great size. We also loved that the kitchen was open to the living room, so that we could all hang out together, even while cooking. It was a very short and nice walk to the beach access, which we appreciated with little ones in tow. Owners were very responsive to our needs during our stay. We will definitely be back!

It was cute and in the perfect location to walk to the beach. Only thing was we wish we had the internet password, it was not written down in the condo anywhere or in the emails.

We really enjoyed this condo. he interior was lovely and clean. We got our work outs in climbing the stairs, but it was worth it for the view. The location was convenient to everything we needed, and access to the beach was easy. My only recommendation for improvement is that we did not receive the code for the gate to the beach before we arrived. That would have been helpful. But there is a public boardwalk we were able to use.

From the day we made our reservation to the day we left, everything went flawlessly. The staff communicated with us regularly to ensure we were happy and that the condo was perfect. Our view from the patio was nothing but the ocean, and the condo had everything we needed. GREAT job, and kudos to Benchmark Management and their incredible customer service.

We have an 8 year old and 4 year old and the walk to the beach was a breeze. 3 min tops. Pool was very nice. Had an issue with heating it. Renters, when you advertise heated pool and charge upwards of 70 dollars a day...heat it and leave it on. That was our only hiccup. WouldI recommend this, yes.
