This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this condo. It’s a great location and love being on ground floor on the end, you can walk out on the beach within steps or sit inside and enjoy the gorgeous ocean view. The condo is decorated so pretty and is cozy. And Benchmark Management is the best! Will come again!

Was a very nice condo, was very clean when we walked in. Had decent amount of amenities in the kitchen, etc. We did bring our own beach chairs and umbrella. Would stay there again. Two. Little suggestions would be 1, It would be nice to have a washcloth in the kitchen. And 2, the sliding door is very hard to open and shut

We had a great experience at this lovely property! This was a well appointed home that smelled and looked fresh. Conveniently located with a short ride to the market, restaurants, coffee shops and THE BEACH. The only 'Good to Know' would be for the management to give a heads-up that the cleaning crew would be coming through mid-week to clean/refresh the unit. We weren't prepared for this when we returned from an outing and we had personal things we would have put out of sight. Towels (kitchen and bath) were taken, yet not replaced. All in all our stay was Wonderful!

Great location !!!!! spacious, very clean & comfortable beds. Plenty of towels ! Loved having our own pool area. Also love having the security patrolling at night - that extra layer of security means a lot these days.
Management was great as well, they worked with us as we were basing our dates on the hurricane in central Florida.

A great stay! Even closer to the beach than expected - such an easy walk. A great location with easy access to Seaside, Publix and more. A beautiful home with a stunning backyard. We spent the trip saying “we can’t wait to come back!” and “I think we’ll come back with our family”. This was a great home for a peaceful, fun and relaxing girls trip.

We absolutely loved staying at the House of Joy! What a place! We have a large family and there was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax. The location in Seacrest is tucked away, but still convenient, and right next to the nature trail so you couldn’t be in a better spot. The house is so well designed and the kitchen was a dream. We will 100% be back!

Unbelievable view the second you walk down the hallway. The balcony is spacious, and the condo was so cute. Access to the condo, pool, and beach was so easy! Great bed/bath configuration with the bunk situation. The complimentary beach chair rental was amazing! Only 2 gripes, which didn’t deter us from having a great time, are the WIFI was spotty at times when some of us were doing work on laptops, and the kitchen isn’t stocked great with oven mitts, kitchen towels, and measuring spoons. Bring trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and Kleenex - I know those are things you typically have to supply in a rental, so just FYI!

We have used the same condo through Benchmark for the last 3 years, not only because of the location (the private beach is a bonus!), but also the service. We’ve had a couple small issues (a dryer not working and being locked out upon arrival) but they were IMMEDIATELY handled and fixed… even outside of regular working hours.
I trust Benchmark Management to give me great locations, great pricing, and great service.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary supplies. We really enjoyed having a smart tv, wine fridge, comfortable patio furniture, as well as keurig and regular coffee pot options. Having beach chairs and an umbrella set up for us every morning was a huge perk!

Great house, comfy beds and pillows. Easy walking distance to Seacrest shops, a mini market and handful of restaurants. We found it less crowded than Alys and Rosemary, which were also a short walk away. Beach access within 5 minutes walk, just across 30A.

We had an amazing experience staying at Benchmark 30A’s rental on Santa Rosa Beach! The home was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beautiful white sand beaches, and close to great local dining and shopping. The property itself had a cozy, beachy vibe, with plenty of space for our group to spread out and unwind.
The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect for our stay, from check-in to check-out. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like beach gear provided for guests. Overall, our stay was seamless, and we can't wait to return!

They accommodated us with an early check in and you couldn’t beat the location. We were just steps from the beach without having to trek up and down stairs. We rode bikes to all the nearby stores and restaurants.

This was an awesome place to stay for our family of four. There are wonderful restaurants, shops, and the beach all within very close proximity. We easily could have parked and not driven anywhere for several days.
The space is a great layout and a very functional use of space. We felt like we had plenty of room, and the unit was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking. The in-unit washing machine only operates on cold; while not ideal, we chose to make this work vs using the common area facilities.
One word of caution - if booking chair/umbrella beach service in advance, be careful which company you use. There is both public beach access and private beach access (which this unit had access to)close by; however, they are serviced by different companies. We learned the hard way, and after booking with the public beach provider, we discovered the private beach was available with significantly smaller crowds and much cheaper prices.

An absolute beautiful and private oasis! Very short walk to the beach, Thomas’ Donuts/Pizza, and the Carousel grocery store. The backyard of any pool lover’s dreams! The host was extremely accommodating with the pool heat since it is seasonal (Nov-March) but we were having some very chilly days due to a cold front. Our children were in the pool WAY more than the ocean! Great place to stay!!

This unit was very clean with nice furniture and amenities, especially like the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella in the fall . We have stayed at Beachcrest for many years and hope to do so for many more. The only problem we had was with the tv. We couldn’t figure out how to use it and an instruction booklet would be helpful. The property is convenient to many things and our grandson especially likes the donut shop!

Unit 2A has a great location right across the road from the beach. It was clean and nicely decorated. The only thing that we didn't like was the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

This condo was perfect for us. The free beach chairs for the entire building were an added bonus. The beach was not too crowded in this area. We loved the location of this condo building, and this specific condo was nice. The only issue we had was figuring out the door keypad, but the management company was quick to respond on how to use it properly.

The property looked awesome in person! It is in one of the best neighborhoods in Destin. It was very clean, but the floors could’ve used a good mopping prior to our arrival.
There were ample dishes to use, but if you have kids then you should bring your own kids cups. The elevator was super handy and saved us a lot of stress unloading and loading our luggage.
The pool was small, but so cute! It was just perfect for a quick dip to cool off. It is very close to the beach and the walk was very short. We didn’t want to leave! We loved everything about the place.
