I used this unit for a short stay during a recent business trip and as a previous owner, I am a little biased towards the complex.This unit is spotless and well-equipped. I wish I could have stayed longer.You will not find a better price on a unit with this central location.

We were so pleased with our experience at Serene Stay! First of all, it’s clean and needed no maintenance. Had plenty of space for everyone—lots of seating areas and comfortable places to hang out. The location was perfect and we loved having the gold cart to get around to restaurants. It was the perfect set up for our group!

We enjoyed the unit and the property. It was our first time staying in Santa Rosa and we will go back to check out all the places we didn’t make time visit. Nothing to complain about honestly. Bed was a little soft for us but just because we prefer firm. The unit was nice. Just your average wear and tear after a long summer.

We love staying at Gulf Place and to easy access to the beach right across the street. The property is nice. The only negative is that the sofas need to be cleaned and a new rug for the den would be great as the one there curls up and does not lay flat.

I recently stayed at BeachCrest 206, and it exceeded all expectations! The property was impeccably clean, making it easy to feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The management company, Benchmark Management, was absolutely fantastic—professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. The location is perfect for a beach getaway, and I will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend Beach Crest 206 and Benchmark Management to anyone looking for a stress-free, relaxing vacation!

Condo was very nice...with two exceptions. The den furniture was pretty uncomfortable, could use an upgrade. We tried the heater, but doing so created a strong burning smell. The overall facility, the beach and the crew are wonderful, as always. Will be back

My mom, my sister, and I stayed for several days and this perfect condo! The driveway is gated which made it feel safe. The condo was spacious, clean, and had every kitchen implement that you could possibly need for cooking. The balcony overlooking the beach is huge and perfect for watching sunset! There is no tall building on either side so it gives you perfect views of the beach and ocean. Benchmark emailed me a few times to check on our stay but we needed nothing and had zero issues. Great customer service from them. We will be staying here again next year!!

Great and spacious condo. The condo is close to the beach, a very short walk.
Beach chairs can be rented out front on the beach for a daily fee. We ended up buying chairs for the week which was cheaper.
We walked to seaside which was about 1.5 miles each way. We also found groceries very close drive at Publix.
Really safe area, family friendly, lovely stretch along 30A!
Can’t wait to return!

Once we were able to get in the Gate, it was great! Gate had a code that we didn't receive in the welcome packet; however, the gate pad was broken and we needed the key phob that was in the room, so it was a catch 22. Condo was beautiful and Benchmark assistance was very helpful. We will definitely return!

The condo was quiet with a little view of the water. The best part of the property is the beach is right there and NOT crowded like the rest of the 30A beaches. It was a great place to stay!!

Was a very nice condo, was very clean when we walked in. Had decent amount of amenities in the kitchen, etc. We did bring our own beach chairs and umbrella. Would stay there again. Two. Little suggestions would be 1, It would be nice to have a washcloth in the kitchen. And 2, the sliding door is very hard to open and shut

We had a great experience at this lovely property! This was a well appointed home that smelled and looked fresh. Conveniently located with a short ride to the market, restaurants, coffee shops and THE BEACH. The only 'Good to Know' would be for the management to give a heads-up that the cleaning crew would be coming through mid-week to clean/refresh the unit. We weren't prepared for this when we returned from an outing and we had personal things we would have put out of sight. Towels (kitchen and bath) were taken, yet not replaced. All in all our stay was Wonderful!
