If I could give Benchmark Management 6 stars I would!! They were quick to respond to questions and their customer service was top notch. Our rental was steps from the beach, just as advertised and was spotless! The home was well stocked and having bikes included was a great bonus.

Our family loved staying at this eclectic beach cottage. It’s just a short, easy walk to the beach. It’s also walkable to restaurants and the seaside shops, which was nice because parking isn’t very easy in seaside. Our favorite place to hang out was on the front porch.

Property was very cleaned and well maintained.No ammenities other than the pool, which was very nice.Super quiet place to relax and disconnect.Beaches in the sorroundings are private, the rental came with access to one of the private beaches, it was little crowded due to the small available beach area but again nice people. We requested early check-in but was not available / could not accomodate. Overall five-stars for the price, highly recommended.

awesome stay and I'm glad we choose this location. miramar has the best beach and this stay is 45min from Panama and about 25 min from destin and all other beaches
also lots to do within 7min drive

We were able to spend quality time together without feeling cramped. I was pleasantly surprised to find all the kitchen tools available. The beach set up was fantastic!!! It's so nice to have the chairs and umbrellas set up everyday. Our only issue was with the pool. We were there the second week of May and it had rained a lot. I requested to have the pool heated for an additional fee. When we arrived the pool was filthy!!! I called and messaged Benchmark but wasn't getting a response. We drove down to the local office and were told there was a "known" issue with the pump and they would send someone out. The second day, around 4 pm, we still hadn't seen anyone. We again drove to the local Benchmark office. Everyone there was super nice! They again stated there was a "known" issue with the pump. Luckily the guy we spoke to said he'd be right down. He came within 15 minutes. The pump was not working, so the water wasn't being filtered, plus all the leaves and debris that were in the pool. He did something and was able to get the pump working. Within three hours we were able to see improvement to the color of the pool water. We skimmed the pool and cleaned out the filters to removed all the debris we could. The pool company came the next morning to vacuum and clean the pool. By Tuesday afternoon we were able to use the pool. That's almost 4 whole days of pool time we lost, not to mention we cleaned all the debris out, plus the frustration we'd been through and time dealing with this. I called Benchmark and asked for a partial refund, the pump was a "known" issue and had been having problems for some time. I was told a manager would reach out to me, but no one ever did. Would we stay at this home again, absolutely YES. However, if Benchmark is still managing the property I will look at other locations.

We stayed in Beachwood Villas in Seagrove (30A) and had a wonderful experience with the facility as well as Benchmark agency. Easy check in and check out and great rates!

Its updated,clean and has all the eminities you need and Its maybe a 5 min walk to the beach also.We had no issues but management stayed in contact with us throughout our stay to make sure we were accomodated! We've stayed in 4G before and this will be the only condo we rent in this complex from here on out.

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay at Gulf Place. The condo was beautiful and functional and importantly, so close to the beach! Good coffee and donuts were just a 5 minute walk from the door. The host was very quick to respond anytime we had a question. Wonderful, restful stay. We can't reccomend this place enough!

I would suggest darkening or black out shades/curtains for the bedrooms. Above condo noise can be a issue, but we just went upstairs and reminded them people were below that could hear everything!

The location was outstanding. Directly on the beach. Our family had a great time. The supplies of toilet paper (3), trash bags (2), paper towels (1), dishwasher tab (1), etc. were definitely not enough for a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom unit rented for a week.

Quick weekend get away.

Short walk to public beach and restaurants! Lots of space for our family of 14!

This was a lovely house in a walkable area, close to many restaurants. The community amenities (shuttles to beach, pool) were nice and the management team was responsive over phone to a few questions we had. Overall I would recommend!
