Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great!1 cockroach came out from under the kitchen cabinets and we couldn’t get it before it went back in a crack. Peaceful area. Being in law enforcement I stay on guard, this area and home left me feeling at peace. Without a doubt the safest area I have ever stayed in all my travels. Wading through the water to get to the beach was not a hinder for us but can see how it would be for others, there are other passageways to get to the beach though. Was blown away that everyone just left the things on the wharf and nothing stolen. Again really a safe place.

This was a great property. The description is accurate. The location & amenities were amazing. I Highly recommend this place. The place was really clean. The master bedroom shower is great. The two beds in the second bedroom was so convenient for my son and his friend to stay. The property has a market and a restaurant on site. A gym as well. I really enjoyed my stay. I stayed for a week and it was relaxing. When we come back to Panama City, I will definitely look to see if the space is available. They had a bunch of beach equipment to use, which was really convenient!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon pulling in to the gated neighborhood, the houses were all well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and inviting. The employees were quick to answer question about the gate code entry. Upon entering the home, all of the bedrooms and baths on the first floor were clean and stocked. On the second floor, the living room furniture was very comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with all items needed to cook. The primary bedroom and bath were spacious and well appointed. Just a tip for anyone renting the house, the balcony doors will appear not not lock if you open them. You have to close door and lift handle upward to engage lock then turn deadbolt. If you do not pull handle upward, the lock will not lock. This information would have been beneficial ahead of time. The laundry was sufficient for our needs. On the third floor, the bedroom and bath were both a nice size and the bar and fridge was helpful as the guest did not have to go downstairs to get drinks. The house is great for sleeping several people. The house does show some normal wear on the paint, but this did not deter from the beauty of the home or the area. It was conveniently located to several beach options within 10 min walk. There was a cute coffee/ice cream shop within a quick walk. Overall the home and area was such a nice place to stay.

Beautiful house, and loved the great communication from Benchmark Management. Also, was a better deal than going through VRBO. I will definitely look for houses by Benchmark Management in the future.

Have stayed in moon glow multiple times. always one of our favorite spots on 30A. Convenient to beach and food and shopping but still out of the high traffic areas. Hope to be back again. Has been updated since we were here last. Had everything we needed. Appreciate getting local tv. Most vacation units have gone the apps for tv and hard to find any channels for us low tech people. Thanks

This was a quiet spot with a great view and we went to the beach and pool every day. Would definitely come again. The one downside is you either need to drive or ride bikes to get anywhere. It wasn’t too walkable, but that worked fine for us.

The condo was perfect and very nice. However Laketown Wharf is very busy! A little to busy for our liking. The elevators take forever! The walk to the to the beach wasnt bad at all.

Beautiful property, close proximity to the pool and walkable to a few shops and restaurants. Only downside was the closest beach access was over 3 miles and had very little parking but the property can't change that.

We enjoyed our stay with our entire family and a month old baby! Baby gates were accessible lots of kitchen cookware so we utilized that fancy kitchen to beat some of the wait times at restaurants in the evenings! Already trying to book to come back next year!! Great location and walkable area!!

A very well kept and clean bungalow with great management. It’s right across the street from the beach -less than 5 mins from the beach. Everything was great and quiet. We had a great time and will stay again when we return!! Highly recommend this property.

We loved staying at Sands Hideaway! The place is amazing with large rooms and plenty of space! The bed in the master is SOOO comfy! The pool was actually larger than it looked in the pictures and was great for the times we were not out at the beach or exploring. There was a large capacity washer and dryer which was convenient to be able to keep up with the beach towels and suits during the stay.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Mistral 12. The complex is in a fantastic location and has a good parking lot for residents only. The residence was clean, cold inside, and laid out just like the pictures. The management company reached out through text and responded fairly quickly with my one question of the free beach chairs setup. The first day we went down, the chair person was at another spot setting up. The chair company appears like you have to pay but being a resident of Mistral 12 it is included! I never reached out about a separate “issue” but our WiFi never worked on our phones. The tvs worked but it could never work on our phones the whole trip. Cell signal is non existent in the residence but outside it works fine. We didn’t go on vacation to be on our phones so it was not an issue for us. I highly recommend the stay here. Great place and a beautiful location. The free beach chair setup is a massive perk that you won’t want to give up.

This is our second stay with benchmark and has been nothing short of GREAT! Everything was perfectly aligned with the description! Great location, very clean! We had an issue with the shower curtain falling I put in a request and the staff who came, Greg was very respectful and had great hospitality! We look forward to booking with benchmark again!

The property was great. The location was awesome. Right across the street from the beach and a short distance from most eating places. The only mishap we had was at checkin. The letter and number was a bit confusing I5 looked like the number 15 instead of I-5 other than that it was all great

It was easy to walk down to the beach and very nice to have four chairs and two umbrellas provided. Very quite and restful with comfortable bed and beautiful bath.

Family of 13 stayed at this amazing home. Sparkling clean, very comfortable & spacious, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of beds, plenty of parking for 4 vehicles, pool was perfectly clean, golf cart came in handy. We will definitely stay here again.

The house was great. The third floor covered porch is fantastic. It is huge- much bigger and better than any of the other properties we walked by. Plenty of parking. Very comfortable beds. Nice large screen TVs. Plenty of pots, pans and utensils to prepare meals with. Nice gas cooktop. Make sure to bring some olive oil, salt, pepper etc. The house isn’t really stocked with that sort of stuff but I didn’t expect it to be. Easy walk to the beautiful beach and incredible pool. The grandkids loved it. Bring some portable chairs and umbrella (tents are not allowed)- beach umbrella/chair rentals are $50 for about 4 hours. The shuttle around the property is great. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time to 30A. It was an amazing trip. Our home was perfect! It was even more than we expected. The location was great. I could go on and on. Benchmark Management was so informative. They made sure all of our needs and expections were met! I will book with them again!!

This condo was perfect for our long weekend getaway to celebrate my sister getting married! It was clean, spacious and has an amazing view from the wrap around balcony! We will definitely book in the future when heading back to PCB! The management company was quick to reply and checked in often to see if we needed anything! If you book here, I promise you won’t regret it!

We had a fantastic stay on 30A with a condo through Benchmark. The property was clean and as described. The communicated well with all needed info. The condo we rented came with free beach service and two freebie bike rentals. We will definitely check back with them when we get a chance to return to 30A.
