Beautiful condo. Just as described. Great location. Highly recommend. Newly remodeled kitchen and baths. Plenty of room for 5 ladies enjoying a weekend girls trip.
Benchmark was very responsive to texts and messages. Very professional and friendly. I would rent properties with them again.
Future guests should note that they just started building a parking structure next door. Not sure how long it will take but it’s noisy and the condo building vibrates during the working hours. Also, no beach towels or coolers are provided so you will want to bring your own. There were beach chairs. Only a 1 item starter supply available. Depending on length of stay you will want toilet paper, hand soap, garbage bags, shower soap, paper towel, etc

First off, trying to reserve a place from 1000 miles away with only pics to go on sometimes raises your blood pressure, especially at the prices things are now, so it had to be nice and it had to click off 3 MAJOR items for us right off the bat. We had stayed with Benchmark on another place nearby so we knew it was going to be nice. 1-CLEAN, 2-NO ANIMALS, absolute DEAL BREAKER for us, 3-NO SMOKING. These three things ensured a nice place for us. A few things we were surprised on though. No hot pads, only one dish drying towel and only a Chinese sponge for dishes as we hand wash dishes, and some of the dishes and utensils had dried food on them. Minor details as we washed everything first anyhow. A great place, we would go back at that price.

The best part was being able to reserve beach chairs and umbrella with no hassle of having to pack our own. It saved so much time & being able to walk straight down to the beach was a plus. Location is great & the place is spotless.

Great location and nice pools and laundry room. Beach was about 5 minutes but very easy access. The condo was clean and as represented. It has a good amount of cooking utensils but nothing else such as salt and pepper, coffee etc.

I celebrated my 65th Birthday with a group of girlfriends and had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful. Great location. Walking distance to the beach which was also beautiful.
It would be nice if the property provided beach chairs and beach towels as we were coming from Connecticut. A few dirty plates in the cabinet but overall a wonderful place to say. I highly recommend it.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for our group of 10. It is well equipped in the kitchen even down to a blender and toaster which a lot of rentals don’t have. Only other feedback is the front door lock gave us problems at the beginning so we stopped locking the door to avoid being locked out. The WiFi was also spotty and was down most of our stay. The process to get wristbands was unclear as well but we figured it out. Overall, it was a beautiful weekend.

We loved our stay - the property was beautiful and close to the beach. Very clean and the beds were comfortable - the porch was lovely. Only concern was the wifi - if you need to work while you’re there I would suggest a mobile hot spot - otherwise a fantastic place!

The house is in a great location and has plenty of space. Loved having all bedrooms on the second floor so there was plenty of room to entertain on the first floor. The screened in deck was a great feature as well along with the outdoor TV.

Loved our stay! The location is amazing being right on the beach and walkable to so many restaurants. The condo decor is so cute and it’s fully equipped with all necessities. And the beds were very comfortable. It was perfect for our girl’s weekend!

The home was spacious and beautiful and fit our families needs very well. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We were even greeted with a family of deer out the front window one morning while having coffee. Management was super helpful and responsive. We hope to return again next year for another stay!

We’d been to 30a several times before. The location is fantastic and the house was perfect for us with three bedrooms.

The view from this unit is stunning! The easy beach access was also just perfect. We really enjoyed our stay in paradise!
We really enjoyed the close proximity to some restaurants, the souvenir store, the donut shop. We could walk to many places within a mile.
The dishwasher is physically broken (door), but it also does a very poor job at cleaning the dishes. Requiring re-washing everything.
We could not get some cycles on the washing machine to work.
The management company is responsive, but we were disappointed to learn that they would not honor the listing saying you get credit for beach chairs. If the listing says it, you should honor that. When choosing our accommodations, that was a factor, so Benchmark’s response left us disappointed. In general, there’s a disconnect between benchmark and the Airbnb app: checkout procedures, wristband use, lack of credit. It’s confusing.
We still had a great week because of the stellar views and perfect beach days!

We absolutely loved the apartment. It's spacious, with a wide balcony overlooking the beach. Sunrise and sunset can be seen right from the balcony. There was an issue with a noisy toilet but it was resolved as soon as we complained. The frying pans were not usable, but were replaced as soon as we asked. The responsiveness and communications with management was outstanding. The beach is clean and wide and you can fish right from the beach. One suggestion I would make is adding guest beach towels, umbrella and beach chairs. It's possible to rent from an outside company, but it's expensive at $60/day per two-person set-up.

Our stay was wonderful - the location was fantastic and the home was just a two minute walk to the beach. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella, as well as the comfortable porch. We did not use the pool given the beach proximity, but the pool was clean and not busy at all. There were plenty of linens, towels, and amenities to make it feel like home. We will definitely be back for future trips.

We were so pleased with our experience at Serene Stay! First of all, it’s clean and needed no maintenance. Had plenty of space for everyone—lots of seating areas and comfortable places to hang out. The location was perfect and we loved having the gold cart to get around to restaurants. It was the perfect set up for our group!
