This is the 2nd year our family stayed in this house. Overall, everything was very comfortable a d enjoyable.
My only suggestion is to note that no beach towels are supplied so people will know to bring their own.

Wonderful home. Clean and comfortable. Had everything needed to cook some meals (utensils, cooking pans). Nice location. Bikes and beach toys available in good condition. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at the condo! When we weren’t at the beach, we enjoyed spending time on the balcony people and sea-life watching! We spotted dolphins most afternoons. I was a little worried about waiting for the elevators being on the 12th floor but it really was never a problem. Having toddlers, it was so nice and convenient to be right on the beach— no long walks with all the toys/gear! If we forgot something, it was no problem to run back up to the room. We utilized the xplorie benefits to get two free bike rentals for the week which was really convenient for exploring the area.

Amazing place to stay for my husband and 2 kids. Everyone enjoyed the condo and amenities. It was very convenient to everything in 30A. We loved every bit of it. We will definitely be back!!!

This was our last vacation as a family of 3 before our baby girl arrives next month. Our first time in Santa Rosa and the location was absolutely perfect! We even traveled to PCB one day to visit Zoo World which was only about a 40 minute drive. The condo was beautiful and the close beach access was great!! Be mindful that no tents or canopies are allowed before packing as we were not aware. One other thing to be mindful of if you have littles is that the hot water gets scalding hot. Our favorite restaurants were the Bay (beautiful waterfront view), Grayton Seafood company and Shunk Gulley. Steamboat Grill was also a hidden gem!! We will definitely be back, and would highly recommend 🥰

Very nice multi-level place that's a few minutes from beach access! The 2nd floor is more the main floor with the kitchen and living room, and the ground floor has the indoor game room and access to the driveway and swimming pool. The covered lounge area by the pool is where we spent a lot of time, the backyard not so much because of its exposure to the sun. Note that getting around via stairs is common (in case someone has mobility issues).
The host was responsive to our requests throughout the stay, very nice people. I provided feedback that some of the kitchen dishes could be replaced (as some were chipped), and that a few more fry pans and kitchen towels would be helpful. For future guests of large groups, I recommend bringing in 5-10 dishwasher tabs, napkins and dish soap (if there isn't any left by a prior guest). There are plenty of dishes, bowls and glasses (both glass and plastic), and almost all the types of utensils/kitchenware you can think of.

It's nicely updated, and the kitchen has everything you'd need to cook a great meal. The beds are comfortable, and the screen porch is a bonus. There's a cabinet full of beach toys that are great. When I had questions, the management team always answered them promptly. I highly recommend this property and Benchmark.

We stayed at Beachcrest 702 last week and everything was great! Our unit was clean and well stocked, the beach and pool access was perfect for our family with young children that needed afternoon naps. The area is perfect, so many great restaurants and shops close by. Benchmark was responsive during our stay and frequently checked in to ensure everything was going well. They also gave us opportunities to extend our trip based off availability which we really appreciated! We are already looking to book our next trip in the fall!

This place offers everything for a relaxing vacation. We loved the convenience of the location and the unit proves all the necessities and more. The property management team is very responsive and checked on us almost daily to ensure our needs had been met.

We had an awesome family vacation here! Great location and right on the beach. Was so easy to get on and off the beach. We have small children so I loved being right there in case they needed the restroom. Private beach so we had zero crowds which was plus! We were a few minutes walk from restaurant Camille and the food was great!

Very very very good place to stay. We had a family of 6 and this house offered plenty of space. The Beds were very comfortable after a long day of running and at the beach. The bikes came in so handy to go to the beach which is just right down the road. The kids loved the pool and we had many cool outs with the grill provided. Had all the beach toys and a couple of umbrellas and also a wagon. Very convenient!! Definitely will stay again! I’m so ready for next summer

Great cottage in a conveniently located community. The space was perfect for the four of us (2 adults and 2 teen boys). Perfectly located steps from the pool and a 5-minute walk to the beach. Easy to bike to other communities, coffee, ice cream, etc. The place was very clean and the management company was easy to communicate with. Would stay here again.

This place felt like a home! It was the perfect 5 night vacation spot for me and my husband—comfy bed, clean and cozy space, and the beach was right across the street. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and we loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. Would absolutely stay here again.

We so enjoyed our stay at this location! It was beautiful, clean, quiet, and the whole complex seemed new. The unit was larger than anticipated and was extremely comfortable. Communication with management was seamless and check in/out was very simple. Would love to stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We especially liked that the private beach was a short walk and never crowded. Also, the swimming pool on the property was very nice - we used it quite a lot . The other plus was the bike paths were accessible from the property. The kitchen functioned well and had everything we needed and the a/c was very cool ! We would recommend this house.

This property was absolutely amazing. The check-in process was super simple, the condo was extremely clean with updated furniture that looked amazing. The convenience of walking to the beach was perfect allowing us to easily transition the kids from the condo to the beach or back to the condo for lunch. The communication with the property manager was amazing and super simple and they were extremely responsive. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to come to this area. My family and I will definitely stay here again.

The location was excellent, the beds were comfortable, the condo was spacious, clean, and well appointed, and we would definitely stay again. Getting to the public beach access was easy. Tip... As a guest of Beachwood Villas, you can park anywhere in the parking lot, so we would drive closer to the main entrance so our walk to and from the beach was much shorter. At the time of our stay, the condo had four assorted beach chairs, an umbrella, sand, toys, shovels, and a beach wagon. We used a combination of the provided equipment and our own, so it was nice to have that option.

We absolutely loved the balcony and just how much room the condo had. We loved the location and how we didn’t have to drive farther than 3 miles to get where we wanted to be. We loved the security it had. You need a code to get into any door, it made us feel secure. Honestly, nothing. It was perfect.

This has truly been such a wonderful breath of fresh air. I feel like I can trust this management company to take care of me and my family from start to finish during our stay.
