Our experience with Benchmark was outstanding. My family has been coming to 30a for more than 30 years, this was our first time using Benchmark. Vicki stayed in contact with us to make sure everything was perfect. The home was clean and they even had the air conditioning on and lamps on to give it a perfect atmosphere upon arrival. Good job Benchmark, we will call you again for our rental needs and advise in the future. Thanks again!!

Beautiful view. Enjoyed the free beach chair and umbrella setup. Pool was a great temperature. Not crowded. Good food options nearby.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Wave & See - BeachCrest 302 and had a fabulous and relaxing stay. Benchmark Management was on site and very friendly. The condo unit is updated with newer LVP floors, new kitchen and bathroom cabinets and countertops and newer subway tile. We loved the cozy beach decor and the shiplap walls made it feel very on trend. The beds and furnishings were comfortable. We loved the convenience of daily beach chair and umbrella service. Perfect location and amazing oceanfront views. A few minor suggestions: the kitchen was well-stocked, however, I would suggest having an additional set of stainless silverware added as some of the set is missing pieces. The main screen door to the veranda/outdoor porch was difficult to close and needs oiling or adjustment. While the TVs are updated SMART TVs with streaming capabilities, it would be nice to have the owners provide a streaming service with local channels- YouTube, Hulu. We had no problem logging in with our own streaming choices but would have liked accessing local channels. Overall, I would highly recommend this unit.

Reviewer Comments: Lovely, clean condo. 15 minutes from Rosemary Beach with an abundance of shops and restaurants, and less than 10 minutes the other direction is Central Square with more shops, restaurants, etc. Beachside service provided chairs and umbrellas, and the balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee outlooking the ocean. Condo came equipped with all amenities you would need.

I have stayed with Benchmark the last four years and I could not be happier as they are my go to every time. Each time the cleans were perfect and each property had amenities staged. One time, the door code wasn't working but they had a maintenance tech out immediately to assist. I've met inspectors and techs throughout my time staying at Benchmark and I could not be more appreciative for their willingness to provide an excellent vacation and lasting memories. Hands down the best company from PCB to Destin!!

Absolutely loved booking a Benchmark home. You can tell that their homes are cared for by people who want to make a vacation as relaxing as possible. Everyone that I spoke with were very nice and ready to help with anything I needed!! Definitely will be using Benchmark next time I come down.

My family has rented from Benchmark for the past four summers in a row. Each year we have rented a different unit and each unit has exceeded all expectations. Our most recent stay we arrived to the condo early and the inspector let us in once she completed her inspection. It was clear she paid close attention to detail because the clean was great and we couldn't find a thing to complain about. A ceiling fan stopped working two nights into our stay, but their team was fast to respond to our messages and gave us a call back very quickly. Their maintenance guy was very nice and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes once he got there. The views from our condo were beautiful and we will continue to rent through Benchmark because they always ensure we can relax on our vacation and just enjoy the beach.

Benchmark is an awesome vacation rental management company! The team truly does a great job with ensuring guests have the best vacation experience. They communicate with you before your stay to ensure you have all the necessary codes and everything, during the stay (just to check up on you and to ensure everything is going great) and even after the stay! They are available if you need assistance with anything and even have an answering service for emergencies when they close. They truly have guests’ satisfaction as their priority!

My condo was nothing less than perfect for my trip to Santa Rosa Beach, FL. It was clean, lovely, and had everything I could possibly need during my stay with the only exception being a fly swat; which I would not have even noticed if I didn't end up having a battle with one fly. I won, nonetheless.

We stayed at Bella Vista in Sea side! We had a wonderful time. The property was in a great location making bicycles a great way to get around. Also within walking distance to the beach as well as the shops and restaurants in Seaside! The home was clean and had several recent updates. The only problem we had during our stay was a toilet clog, which when we called in the staff was friendly and helpful. Maintenance showed up shortly after our call and took care of our problem quickly. Before leaving they offered their knowledge of some local restaurants and gave us some tips on everything they knew about the home we were staying in, making our stay trouble free! We would all definitely stay here again! The staff at benchmark was amazing!

Spacious and clean beach house for a quick weekend getaway. Short walk across 30A to access beach however, easy to do even with 2 small children and an infant. Great communication with the property manager who was available at all times to answer questions and respond to concerns (although there were none :)). Neighborhood was quiet, not crowded, little traffic. Highly recommend! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Immediately the back porch has a six top table and two lounge chairs where you can watch the dolphin play in the ocean or the sunset in the evenings.There is also a hidden Storage room where we could place our Strollers.Two of the bedrooms had private bathrooms, and the other bathroom was just outside the door of the twin over a double bed. A large pantry will store all of the snacks. TV’s are large and some games for all ages were available. Will definitely be putting this unit on our return list.

There were some minor delays getting checked in - this was explained as a possibility, but it wasn't clear why. We had to have some back and forth before we got a code that let us in. Once inside, we had an issue with the toilet being clogged and it took quite some time to get assistance. After that, the rest of the trip was great! The proximity to the beach was incredible.
