My family of 6 really enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was good in terms of beach access and we loved being right by the pool. The house was very clean and comfortable with all listed amenities. Having a washer and dryer was especially helpful! We would definitely like to stay here again!

We had a family of 10 (6 adults and 4 children) and we had plenty of room to hang out together. The house and the neighborhood was beautiful. The large pool was amazing, the kids loved it. The private beach was walking distance but is a small portion of beach and fills up quickly and was covered in the benchmark chairs and umbrellas during the day. It's nice in the mornings and evenings. There are plenty of public beaches all around so it didn't bother us not to use the private beach. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. We enjoyed the stock of puzzles to do for some downtime. Great location!!

Great place to stay! Had all the WaterColor amenities and right around the corner from Camp WaterColor, which was great for our 4 kids. There is also a shuttle that can pick you up and take you into Seaside so you don’t need to rent bikes or a golf cart. Would stay here again!

Can’t beat the location or proximity to the beach! Beach below is private to condo which was nice to avoid overcrowding. Optional chair and umbrella service for daily fee. Convenient bike rentals across the street for riding to dining or nearby towns on the trail. We are a family of 4- and plenty of space. Nice sized living room and plenty of space for sleeper sofa plus an air mattress for our teens.

Reviewer Comments: Our stay at A Whale's Tale in Florida was an absolute delight, and we can't recommend it enough!The location was a dream – just a quick 6-minute drive to Santa Clara RBA (hello, easy parking!) and even closer to all the fantastic Seaside restaurants. Being within walking distance to Publix and the Dragonfly pool was incredibly convenient for our family.Inside, the home truly shone. The spacious bedrooms, kitchen, and living areas meant our group’s four kids had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy themselves without ever feeling on top of the adults. It was a perfect setup for relaxation and fun!We were also thoroughly impressed with Benchmark. Their team was incredibly communicative and responsive to all our questions, and a huge bonus was that our property was ready even earlier than expected – truly fabulous!We would absolutely love to stay here again on our next Florida getaway!

Great location! Literally just steps to the beach with a nice walk down and shower upon exit. The area around is very bike friendly. The complex was quiet and check in and out was great.

The private beach and ability to stay away from the crowds was exactly what we needed. I would stay here again. The home itself we loved, the resort, the pool all of very clean, friendly people, 10/10. The ONLY downside was the poor communication from management. There is a locked gate, we didn't know about so, we had to call and get the code while blocking the entrance. The gate code changed three times while we were there, and no one ever informed us. There is a pedestrian gate, we never knew about, there are no maps, no communication on where the home was located inside the resort and it took us a while to find it because there was also no office staff, the communicated company for beach rentals was also wrong, the had a display in the home with a number to rent beach chairs, wrong. There are no cleaning implements, no brooms, no dustpans...if you are bringing kids with you, you know sand, so a broom would have been nice. It says "free tickets" that is also not true.

We stayed at a home they manage in Grayton beach. The house was great for us. We had 4 adults and 2 kids but had room to spare. What really sets Benchmark apart was their customer service. They emailed and texted several times leading up to the trip and during to make sure we were all squared away and enjoying ourselves. Their customer service is available 24-7 which was great and they were very friendly.

The house was perfect to accommodate our entire family of 17. Me and my husband slept on the bottom level which we loved, it was like we had our own place. The bunk room was great for all the kiddos. The beach was just a few minutes walk away and not too crowded. The garage game room was great for the teenagers to play games in. It was very easy to communicate with the host through text messaging. We would love to stay there again in the future!

Had a wonderful girls trip. Pool is a little small but big enough to cool off in and you’re right on the beach so you have the whole ocean. All the rooms and beds were comfortable everyone enjoyed our time here.

After taking a day trip to PCB, we were so glad we stayed in Seagrove. It was a very safe, clean, and family friendly area compared to PCB and Destin. Would definitely consider returning.

You do have to get out early to get the beach chairs that are included due to how the beach service works. The condo is on the second floor and right above the pool. We didn’t have any noise issues, however.
