Our stay at The Palm House was fantastic! This charming 4-bedroom home, surrounded by lush vegetation, provided a peaceful retreat with ample space for our family of 9 to relax comfortably. The private pool and outdoor grill made it easy to enjoy family time without ever leaving the property, and we loved having a golf cart included—it was especially helpful for those who didn’t want to make the easy 10-minute walk to Dogwood Thyme Beach. When using the golf cart, we could also head to Santa Clara Beach, which has convenient parking just for golf carts. The outdoor deck quickly became our favorite spot to unwind after days spent soaking up the sun. Every evening, we gathered there for family board games, making memories under the stars. The location was also perfect for exploring nearby communities like Seaside, Grayton, Alys, and Rosemary Beach, which added even more charm to our trip. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the management company was great at keeping us informed. The house was spotless! The Palm House was everything we hoped for, and we can’t wait to return for another family getaway! Empress Mica

We've been using Benchmark for several years and they have been wonderful to work with as a homeowner and for our guests. Housekeeping does a terrific job keeping our property spotless. Jack and the maintenance team are a phone call away for any issue and immediately resolve it. The office team is responsive and creative. Reviews from guests have been fantastic due to how well this company takes care of them and our property.

Recently stayed at Beju by the Sea, this cute little quaint cottage was off the beaten path however a short walk to the beach. This charming little home made us feel like it was home away home. We did have some trouble getting on the internet, but when we called to report the issue we had a quick response. A nice gentleman named Jack arrived in a timely manner and he assisted the entire party to make sure we could access the internet. We loved this place and the area and can’t wait till next year.

Very clean, great views of the ocean, everyone one we met from the different states were saying the same thing. There was 4 in our party the unit had plenty of room. The view was beautiful, smack dab in the middle of the building. Got to Watch the Jets fly by, Seen dolphins in the water. Was able to watch the sunrise and the sunset.

This is our second time staying here! We love it! It’s pretty quiet and everyone is very friendly. The house has everything that you need. We will definitely be back every year. We are planning on staying two next year because we love it so much!

This is the first year my family has rented through benchmark and we absolutely love this rental management company!! we stayed at our beautiful beachfront condo for only a week and everything about our rental was amazing the cleans were perfect, guest relations is so helpful in a time of need, we met with one of the inspectors and she was very polite and able to answer all of our questions! we only had one minor issue during our stay but the maintenance team helped us in a mannerly time. we are so appreciative and will definitely be booking with benchmark for our future vacations!!
