This townhome was absolutely perfect! Spotlessly clean, quiet, and tucked away from the hustle—yet still close to everything. The layout was ideal for our family: our 13-year-old loved having a private bedroom with a door, and we appreciated the private bath with a separate toilet room and a gorgeous walk-in closet-style shower (hello, spa vibes and dreamy water pressure!).
The space was full of light with beautiful windows, high ceilings, crown molding, and a modern beachy farmhouse feel. The balcony was bug-free (yay!) and the entire home felt spacious and peaceful.
We loved the included golf cart and bikes—it made exploring Rosemary and the Big Chill so easy. The neighborhood felt very safe for our teen to ride around.
And as a bonus, it was super pet-friendly, complete with a cozy dog bed our pups adored. Truly had all the comforts of home. We can't wait to come back!

The unit was exceptionally clean and well maintained. It was tastefully decorated and the view from balcony was fantastic. Communications from the management company were exceptional and the check in/check out extremely simple. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved everything about our stay at Emerald Hill #9. Can’t beat this view! Benchmark was a great company to rent through. We had 2 very small issues (fan and dryer lent trap) maintenance was there so quickly to resolve both! I really appreciated that. Highly recommend this rental company, we will be using them again.

Beautiful place and location! The pool was just feet away from the front door. That was extremely convenient for my daughter (with special needs).
Beach was a short walk away! The (very minimal) issue we had: only 2 rolls of TP and no extra garbage bags. So, we had to purchase those items. Otherwise - this was a perfect location and stay and would stay there again!

It was a perfect place! Fit everyone comfortably. There was 7 of us! The walk was short and easy to get to the beach! And it was only max 10 mins to get to seaside!

As a family of four this is a great place to stay! The pool is awesome and the on site restaurant/coffee Cafe was amazing!

Place was clean upon arrival and very beautiful. Communication was a solid 8.5/10 make sure you double check with them or call the number that's texting you so all things and problems are covered. Inspect everything before using anything because they we had one small issue with the couch it was damaged before we got there. Other than that check in was easy check out was also easy no problems at all 10/10. Price was great for almost last minute for us. Recommended.

We had a wonderful day great location. Our host was amazing great communication, very responsive. We had a great time. The house is very spacious. The garage was full of beach stuff for us to use. The house had everything needed would definitely book again.

My stay here was great. The communication was pretty fair. Besides when I wanted to extend my stay a little bit longer, but they were very flexible with earlier check-in and everything I would most definitely 10 out of 10 recommend!

Wow! Deja Blue was fabulous! Very spacious, completely equipped and clean. The entire condo was so beautifully decorated. Red Fish Village is convenient and the property is excellently maintained. We have already discussed coming back on our next vacation. The only suggestion that I would make, would be to have beach service included or at a reduced rate.

Beautiful and charming home! Great AC; well-stocked with everything you need; lovely decor; quiet neighborhood; commercial washer and dryer (such a great touch!) stovetop a little wonky; ice maker needs attention. Close to Publix; and not too far from beach access. Great Pool access!

We had a great time vacationing. The walk to the beach was rough, there was a free trolley but to get to the ocean you had to walk a pretty far ways through the sand either way you went. The cleanliness of the property was okay. The floors were slightly dirty, we had to wash most of the dishes prior to using any, there was hair on some of the Lenin’s, and there was a large stain on one of the pillow cases that looked like spaghetti sauce. There was also a lot of confusion about parking. We understood there were two passes provided, but we had a third vehicle. It took 5 phone calls and a tow notice for us to understand that the “overfill” spots were not overfill and needed a pass as well. Any other cars had to be parked about ten minutes away at a self storage facility. Had we known this we would have planned better.

Dock of the Bay was the perfect getaway for our families. We had everything we needed and more. The screened in porch looking over the bay was our favorite spot the entire vacation. There were so many comfortable seating options for lounging and relaxing. We loved that the dock was lit up at night so we could see the fish in the water. Dock of the Bay was so clean and comfortable and close to the beach and restaurants. It was a perfect stay for our families and we can’t wait to go back!

We had a great stay at the very cozy 3 bedroom-Quietude. Super comfortable for our group of 3 adults and 3 kids. Very convenient location to walk to restaurants and beach access Plenty of beach amenities available at the house. Great service as well

Really enjoyed our stay. It was noisy from the street last night but that was not the resort’s fault. Enjoyed having easy/ secure access to the beach with chairs/umbrellas available. The property was perfect for the 2 of us.

We really enjoyed this condo. It was walkable or bike-able to restaurants, shopping and ice cream shops. The beach was a short walk away and the private beach was nice and not crowded. We highly recommend!

We stayed here for a quick weekend beach trip. The home was a perfect set up for 2 adults and 1 little kid. Everything was clean and as pictured online. A nice location and quiet space. We would stay here again and recommended to friends.

Great little condo. Perfect for a couple’s or parent/child’s getaway. The beach is within a reasonable walking distance, though as others have commented, the boardwalk to the beach is narrow so I wouldn’t recommend bringing a ton of beach gear with you unless you have enough hands to navigate it all down a couple of sets of stairs (at both the condo & at the beach) & the narrow walkway. Thankfully I had read about that in other reviews prior to arrival so was able to prepare & know what not to bring with us. Everything was clean and tidy. The condo was quiet & comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay!
