The condo was nice, comfortably slept 6. Bunk beds were adequate. Excessive sand on the balcony. Having rugs of the tile floor would have been nice

The overall condominium property was clean and well maintained although the unit itself could use some attention to maintenance. It looked clean but had a bad smell in master bedroom area. The bed in front bedroom near kitchen had a very comfortable bed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying at this residence. It was a beautiful view from out the back windows. Right on a private beach, there were quite a few stairs to get down to the beach, but if that isn't a problem for you it's great. Location is right in the middle of the different beaches, so you can easily get to them. Would love to come back again sometime.

I just what show love to Jude from maintenance. My wife and I stayed at a property recently and we had some maintenance issues and Jude showed up quickly and resolved the issue promptly. The property was well maintained and spotless. I would definitely recommend staying at a Benchmark property!!

We enjoyed the back porch and the backyard with the heated pool! This would be a perfect spot during the warmer months lots of shade! The cafe lighting was great! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking even had a crockpot! A great time was had by all!

I own a short term rental property in Seacrest Beach Since I live out of state, having a reliable rental manager is imperative ! Mary French @ Benchmark has been my go to person from day one ! She always answers my texts/emails in a timely manner. If I need maintenance or if a renter has a problem , Mary handles all of this quickly. Knowing Benchmark & especially Mary , are truly “managing” everything puts my mind at ease on a daily basis . If you’re looking for a rental management company , I highly recommend Benchmark ! ❤️🏖️

I recently stayed at Grayt Fun on 30A and had a pleasant experience overall. The property itself was beautiful, but I encountered a small issue with the AC unit during my stay. I contacted the property management company, Benchmark 30A, and they quickly sent over Jonathan from their maintenance team. He arrived promptly, was courteous, and handled the issue with professionalism. The AC was fixed in no time, and the rest of my stay was seamless. I really appreciated the prompt response and great customer service. I’d definitely recommend both Grayt Fun on 30A and Benchmark 30A for a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Jenna is the guess relations department is a true asset! A few had questions about the amenities and nearby attractions about seaside community, and handled them with such ease and professionalism. Title: An Unforgettable Family Getaway at Sand's Hideaway! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sand's Hideaway, and I can confidently say it was a five-star experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff at Benchmark made us feel incredibly welcome and ensured that our needs were met throughout our stay. Our accommodation was simply fantastic, with cozy rooms that felt like home away from home. With the best part being a short walk walk to the beach where we enjoy breathing in the fresh ocean air, and soaking up the sun, along with having the pleasure and comfort of the private pool at the property. No matter where you are or where you're from, the sunset is a beautiful sight. Though, nothing is better than enjoying an evening at the beach with friends and family, watching the colors of the sky, from yellow to orange to pink, and purple, views from the shore are still like no other. The local area was vibrant, filled with great restaurants and shops just a short distance away. We loved exploring, trying different cuisines, and meeting friendly locals. Overall, this trip was everything we dreamed of and more. It was the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Thank you Benchmark for a wonderful experience.
