In addition to the house itself, it was well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom, and for the beach. The golf cart was a great plus too!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family rented 5 units in this complex for the weekend. It was great all being in the same complex to run between the units. The pool was great for the kids, being on the beach was great. I do suggest that more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom as that runs out pretty quickly with a family of 6. Also, I would suggest putting some darker curtains in the master bedroom as we were up at 5:45 everyday because as soon as the sun came up, the sheer curtains didn’t keep any light out.

Benchmark themselves as a vacation rental company made prepping for the trip incredibly easy - the digital portal with home information and FAQs helped us feel prepared for exactly what to bring and it was a breeze getting checked in. The property itself was perfect. I deeply appreciate a home with multiple king size beds so that everyone is comfortable and 3 full bathrooms was a dream. The house was perfectly clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was a few minutes but I would walk double for the private space - we didn't realize how beneficial it would be to have a private beach but now we would come back just for that! The pool was the perfect temperature for an afternoon dip after the beach as well. It was a quiet community and exactly what we needed. As a group, we would (and may) happily come back to this property!

I just spent a week in Seagrove Beach in newly decorated unit 103. It was a beautiful place to stay while traveling with my daughter and 4 grandchildren. This is a first floor unit and was wonderful. The children could go just outside the door and play in a fenced in grassy area where they could be watched while we were preparing dinner. It was great for them to have a place to play and release some energy!!! Also, with the first floor, there is no need for the elevator. Just walk out of the condo and head straight to the beach!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect and views were amazing, as pictured. The place was very clean as well. Our only complaints were that the listing stated that there was a hair dryer and there was not and we were not provided with a beach access gate code, however when we contacted the management we were provided with one immediately. We would definitely stay here again!

We stay at Laketown Wharf every year, this place was great and super clean! Everything was in walking distance. The only downfall were the elevators we had to walk the stairs most of the time because they were either out of service or took forever. We were traveling with a toddler and a baby which made it difficult butI know the host has no control over it but beware if you plan to book here during peak season.
Other than that the host was super helpful and attentive!!

We had an issue with the coffee pot not working and Benchmark brought us a new one quickly. The sinks drained slowly but it wasn’t a big problem. Other than that, no complaints at all!

It was so nice to the watercolor publix and seaside shopping. I highly recommend eating at the perfect pig. Even though my original condo I booked got canceled benchmark made it right and was able to get me in here. I also loved how easy it was to get in and to check out.

We had the pleasure of staying at this condo, unfortunately for only one night. The room was very clean and very comfy. We were on the 12th floor so we had an exceptional view of the beach. We will 100% be returning for a longer stay. Benchmark has great response times as well!

Location was right across street from beach with public beach access easily accessible with a nice boardwalk. Unit was a good size for our family. Kitchen had all supplies needed. Floors could have used a better scrub and bathroom could use more towel hooks or bars to hang bath towels, but overall we enjoyed our stay!!

Enjoyed our week at the Salty Cru!! Beautifully decorated and clean! Very short walk to the beach, very quiet neighborhood. The backyard pool area was amazing!! Hosts very responsive with any needs. Would 💯 come back to this rental!!!
