Great clean vacation rental that gave us the ability to explore the beach, lake and local shops and restaurants all within a short walk! The house provided everything we needed and it was nice having a pool to enjoy after a long day on the beach!

This is our second stay at Beachside Condos managed by Benchmark Management. We can’t get over how affordable it is to stay beachfront in Seagrove on 30A. These condos have everything we need for our family of 4 and they are updated. They had even painted the exterior and built new stairs since our last visit. We love the location and that the beach isn’t super crowded. Benchmark checked in with us throughout our trip and were very available to help if needed.

This was the first time we’ve been to the 30A area and first time renting from Benchmark Management. Everything was outstanding. When I arrived the code for the door didn’t work. I called and spoke with Mary. She confirmed the rental was ready, remotely changed the code and I was able to get in. She even followed up to make sure the new code worked. Fantastic rental experience.

We had an awesome stay! Exactly as described and photos were in comparison. The host was responsive when we had questions and the condo was in a great location and close to the beach. Beach access took a moment to find, but once we found it was about a 5 minute walk. Thanks for a great stay.

My family loved our stay! We had such a great time walking over to the beach and Pineapple Willy’s, but we LOVED the resort and all it had to offer. The kids had a blast! Great memories!

We had a great vacation! We have been before to PCB and our accommodations from Benchmark30A, were so much better this time than last time we came! I will definitely recommend Benchmark to my friends and family! The response when we had a problem, was awesome and prompt! I felt well taken care of! Thank you!

Very nice place with a fabulous view of the ocean. 3 sisters taking a time out from our busy life. We found peace and relaxation here. Would return.

This house was perfect for our family. We had 9 adults, a 10, 6, and 1 year old. It had everything we needed for our family vacation. The pool was awesome. The location was great. The golf cart was nice to get back and forth to the beach quickly. There was a baby gate there for our little one. My only recommendation would be a highchair. We had a great time here! Would highly recommend.

Pros: The condo itself is wonderful. The view is amazing. It’s on a far end of the building away from all the main traffic. The space was great for the kids to spread out and play.
There were two extra beach chairs in the closet that came in handy.
There were plenty of towels and wash clothes for everyone plus extras in the closet.
Toiletries are provided like the hotels do with the travel size stuff.
Helpful Tips:
1. It gets very busy between the hours of lunch time & 8pm. When an elevator opens up you need to get on no matter which direction it’s going. This will prevent you from waiting long periods of time. This method worked well for us.
If you are checking out in the morning try taking what you can to the vehicle the night before. The elevators are pretty much free and empty after 8pm.
2. There’s a pizza place directly across the street. The food was very good. Pizza & salads were great!
3. There’s an elevator right by the room not not many we’re using, use that one
There were two extra beach chairs in the closet that came in handy.

We’ve loved staying at Emerald Hill the past two summers, but this rental really made that easy! I traveled with my 6 month old and we could have left so much at home because the rental was already equipped with a pack and play along with chairs and some toys. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and dining supplies. We found the place clean and well-suited for 4 adults and one child. The dryer vent tubing had a hole in it which made any laundry take longer to dry, but that was the only issue we had the whole stay!

We had an amazing time! The Air B&B was beautiful and have everything we needed. We were across the street from the beach! We enjoyed our stay and the benchmark management was on top of everything. Any questions we had they answered quickly. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We had a wonderful weekend anniversary getaway! From the beginning, communication was excellent—Benchmark Management even reached out to let us know the unit was ready early so we could check in ahead of schedule, which was a huge plus.The location was perfect! Just a short, easy walk from the room to the elevator and straight out to the beach. Even better, the beach was peaceful and not overcrowded, which made it all the more relaxing.The condo itself was beautifully decorated and felt like a true coastal retreat. The furniture was very comfortable, and we immediately felt at home.A special shoutout to the management team for going above and beyond—they contacted me after our stay to let me know I had left something valuable behind before I even noticed it was missing, and they’re shipping it back to me. That kind of honesty and care is rare and so appreciated.While there were a couple of minor hiccups—the master shower didn’t drain well, so we used the guest bathroom, and the dishwasher wasn’t working—these things didn’t take away from the overall experience. Everything else was so enjoyable and well-handled that we would absolutely stay here again!Highly recommend this condo and Benchmark Management for anyone looking for a smooth, relaxing beach stay.

This property was super clean, and exactly what we were expecting. If you’re a light sleeper, the foot noise from the above unit could be bothersome. But property management was very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay.

This was our third time to stay at this specific condo. We are a blended family and love the fact it is on the beach with great views of the ocean. We love that everything you need to make the stay is within 10min, so it makes it easy if you need groceries/restaurants/etc, are close by. Property description is spot on. There were only a couple of things that would make the stay better is having the oven recalibrated as it cooked on the cooler side and bigger skillet, not a deal breaker as we will be back next year, if at all possible!!! This place should be booked YEAR ROUND! Spacious, clean, and comfortable! Really appreciative of the working elevator! Everything was perfect! Beach items available! Ample parking. Very cute new condos! Hoping they keep this up and we will come back next year!Bring extra toiletries!!. Santa Rosa beach was packed! Go to the state parks instead! Overall book this place!!!

Very nice, clean, and comfortable place. Description said there was a shuttle to the beach, but I learned from a previous review and then checked with the management company to find that the shuttle was not running. The location is nice though and very close to restaurants and multiple beach access points.
