The beds were great. All of the furniture is so comfortable and the decor is very tasteful.

We have just reached our year anniversary with Benchmark as our property management company. Kriston Williams is our property manager for our short term rental at 34 Chateau Rd Panama City Beach FL and we could not be happier!!! She cares for our little piece of paradise as if it were her own! Kriston and Benchmark both have been quick to respond to any question or concern that we have or need, and more importantly, what our guests need. Our house is always nice and clean and any issue from sign in passwords to broken appliances, Kriston is taking care of it immediately regardless of day or time. We live out of state and it is so comforting to know that we have someone there that we can trust and know that our house is in good hands!!

Enjoyed 5 perfect days …the property was exactly as described. Highly recommend the unit. Would stay there again. Comfortable beds. Plenty of beach chairs toys etc. kitchen had all the amenities. Only suggestion would be that unit should provide coffee filters. View was amazing. Unit was updated and spacious.

We appreciated the support we received working with benchmark. The particular condo building was under a complete overhaul. We were traveling off season and it is expected to some degree. I would definitely recommend anytime after February 2025 when construction should be done.

We stay 21 days and enjoyed our stay, the view is amazing. lots of fun things to do walking or a short drive. They keep the pool and spa area clean. The staff are all super friendly.

The condo is beautifully furnished. We truly enjoyed our time on the balcony with a gorgeous view. The location is wonderful! We would love to stay in this condo again and would highly recommend.

Perfect location to Alys and Rosemary. The home is gorgeous and exactly like the photos. Overall our stay was amazing. A few tips - The back door is the address to tell Uber to pick you and drop off not main address. The back lock is tricky and needs to push the door in before it will unlock ( we figured it out day 2). No beach access with this house- so that was the only disappointment. However, we still were able to ride our bikes to another area. Loved the local restaurants and overall peaceful community. I would recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at "Walking on Sunshine" in Inlet Beach, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the stunning property and its inviting atmosphere. The main house is beautifully updated, spacious, and perfect for our large group of 14. Each bedroom having its own private bathroom truly added to our comfort. The open-concept living area and kitchen were perfect for family gatherings, and we loved enjoying meals together at the large dining table and the bar. The private pool surrounded by palm trees was a fantastic highlight, and we spent many evenings grilling on the patio and dining al fresco, soaking in the warm Florida evenings. The second-floor family room, with its floor-to-ceiling windows, offered stunning glimpses of the Gulf waters. The kids had a blast playing on the Xbox One, while the comfortable furnishings made for a relaxing atmosphere. The carriage house was an absolute bonus. It had its own entrance, making it a great retreat for our teens. They appreciated having their own space with the twin daybed and Smart TV, while the king bedroom upstairs was cozy and well-equipped. We also want to give a huge shoutout to Jenna! She was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed and answering all our questions promptly. Her hospitality truly made our experience even better. Overall, "Walking on Sunshine" was the perfect beach getaway, and we can’t wait to return! Five stars all the way!

We had an amazing time. We loved our morning walks in the quiet neighborhood and the pool was so close to the house! It was awesome to take the kids to. The house itself was in a great location and the rooms were comfortable. They did not provide trash bags or any detergents or extra toilet paper, which was a little bummer either way We will definitely be rebooking. Awesome home

The location was great, so much in surrounding area and so close to the beach access. The kitchen was small but top of the line appliances if you enjoy cooking like I do, even while on vacation. Loved having both patio areas. Nice set up overall at the condo. Pool was frigid but open and used daily. A little disappointed that a credit wasn’t offered when we had no hot water but that situation was handled professionally by the management company.

This is a great location. The sounds of the waves make it very relaxing. Property is clean as described. Those who plan to cook, know that there is nothing stocked, not even salt or pepper or even coffee filters. In addition, the management team seems very strict, threatening charges if not checked out by 10am (we got out at 9:56), or disposing of trash. They also locked the thermostat, though it was still cool enough for us. They seemed very concerned, that they only provide one roll of paper toweld and limited toilet paper for guests. The master bed mattress needs replaced as the divot in it made my wife sleep with her head at the foot end. It had about a 4 inch foam topper that made it very soft. Whoever cleans or preps the rental were fantastic! The place was spotless, and the attention to detail on things like folded linens etc. was delightful.

We had brought a pack and play but found one in a closet, they also had a baby tub which worked well for our 3 month old. My 2 year old loved the new bunk room. Close to the pool but not so close you could hear the noise from the pool. Plenty of space for all of us.
