We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and exactly as the pictures show. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. It's a quick walk to the beach. I was really thankful for the private beach access because the public beach area gets really crowded. The ocean became full of seaweed and red flagged after a few days into our visit, so we were really thankful to have free access to three different swimming pools to relax and cool off. Walmart is about ten minutes away to purchase all your beach supplies and other necessities. You can also rent chairs and umbrellas on the private beach. This area is more low key if you want to avoid the big city. If you do plan to visit Destin, it is a 40-50 minute drive depending on traffic. I would love to stay here again.

Wonderful condo extremely close to beach with amazing views from kitchen, living area and master bedroom. Spacious balcony. We had 4 adults and had plenty of room. We had an end unit near stairs and on 2nd floor so didn’t need elevators except for luggage. Quiet condominium complex. We had a great time!!

My two sons and families joined my wife and I to celebrate my 70th birthday, by spending a week in the house and at the beach. The kiddies enjoyed the pool immensely, more than the beach, but still we spent some relaxing time playing in the sand and waves. The beach access is simple and short. The outdoor shower made rinsing easy. There is a grill, which I took advantage of by grilling chicken, then burgers and dogs.The house was clean & odor free, I loved the bed I used, and there were no complaints about the rooms or facilities from the families. Although there are TV’s in each room, very little use was made of them except for the toddler shows.We made all our meals on the electric stove with the good cookware present. Fortunately, we took our rice cooker with us. Plenty of bowls for salads, glasses, flatware & utensils. All-in-all, we had a wonderful time and plan to repeat the visit next chance we get.

Stayed at a 4 bed 3 bath house in Panama City Beach in the Sunnyside beach area. We had a great experience with not one single,e issue with the house. Very clean and nice. Pool was great and all the furniture nice and super clean and modern. We couldn’t be more satisfied. Thank you for the great place to stay while vacationing!

Absolutely the best! Super clean condo and all of our extended family had plenty of room. Beach access immediately outside and the pool was bonus. We will certainly use this great company again.

We loved our trip and working with Benchmark made everything smooth and easy. They are super responsive and helpful, from the time we booked until we checked out. The condo was amazing, clean, homey, nicely decorated, great views and great location in Seacrest. The gated parking was nice and the beach access was great. We would highly recommend and would stay there again.

The property was perfect for our long weekend! We loved the location, the pool was fantastic, we loved being able to bring our dog, and the price was good too.
For a long weekend, it was just fine for four adults, but had we stayed a full week I feel like it would’ve been too small.

The condo was very nice and clean! Everything looked updated and we really enjoyed staying there. I would recommend this place to anyone who doesn't mind being off of the beach. It was still close to beach with various restaurants near beach. Although shuttle service was down for us that would be the best way to go when staying. Overall is was fantastic!

Had an amazing time here. The place was super clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect close to everything but still felt quiet and relaxing. The host was great and super easy to communicate with. For the price it honestly couldn’t have been better. We’d love to come back next year if it’s available. Definitely recommend.

Nice place with beach views. Good restaurants within walking distance. If Seaside is a place you want to go I suggest transportation, at least renting a bike. Benchmark did a great job of communicating all instructions and made things super easy. Overall great experience.

For 2 adults and 1 young child-this was just enough space. The main bed was highly uncomfortable and the sheets didn’t fit properly so we were fixing them in the middle of the night. Benchmark was very helpful throughout our stay. The location is great and beach access was perfect!

Peaceful area. Being in law enforcement I stay on guard, this area and home left me feeling at peace. Without a doubt the safest area I have ever stayed in all my travels. Wading through the water to get to the beach was not a hinder for us but can see how it would be for others, there are other passageways to get to the beach though. Was blown away that everyone just left the things on the wharf and nothing stolen. Again really a safe place.

This was a great property. The description is accurate. The location & amenities were amazing. I Highly recommend this place. The place was really clean. The master bedroom shower is great. The two beds in the second bedroom was so convenient for my son and his friend to stay. The property has a market and a restaurant on site. A gym as well. I really enjoyed my stay. I stayed for a week and it was relaxing. When we come back to Panama City, I will definitely look to see if the space is available. They had a bunch of beach equipment to use, which was really convenient!

Upon pulling in to the gated neighborhood, the houses were all well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and inviting. The employees were quick to answer question about the gate code entry. Upon entering the home, all of the bedrooms and baths on the first floor were clean and stocked. On the second floor, the living room furniture was very comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with all items needed to cook. The primary bedroom and bath were spacious and well appointed. Just a tip for anyone renting the house, the balcony doors will appear not not lock if you open them. You have to close door and lift handle upward to engage lock then turn deadbolt. If you do not pull handle upward, the lock will not lock. This information would have been beneficial ahead of time. The laundry was sufficient for our needs. On the third floor, the bedroom and bath were both a nice size and the bar and fridge was helpful as the guest did not have to go downstairs to get drinks. The house is great for sleeping several people. The house does show some normal wear on the paint, but this did not deter from the beauty of the home or the area. It was conveniently located to several beach options within 10 min walk. There was a cute coffee/ice cream shop within a quick walk. Overall the home and area was such a nice place to stay.

Beautiful house, and loved the great communication from Benchmark Management. Also, was a better deal than going through VRBO. I will definitely look for houses by Benchmark Management in the future.

Me and my family stayed at Southern Grounds and had a problem with the TVs. Thank God for Jude because he literally saved us & our vacation!
