We had a wonderful time and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Everything was so clean, the AC worked so well to keep the space cool, and there were two fans in the bedroom which were so nice to have. The outside drying rack was also such a nice amenities to have to dry our towels and other stuff. By far my favorite part of the unit was how close it was to the beach access! It was no more than a 5 minute walk and it was a simple straight line from the unit to the beach! The beach itself was also beautiful and not overly crowded compared to other beaches. 10/10 Would recommend and I would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful home with pool conveniently close to the beach; our family of 14 had no issues with space or comfort. There’s a nice shaded area with swing next to pool, along with grill, table/chairs and lots of pool toys. We enjoyed our stay and certainly recommend it.

Great House for the money! Newer home with newer house smell. Every bedroom had its own private bath! Cons. Pool was in shade most of the day.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean, updated and happy. The view was beautiful,especially for a first floor unit. We loved parking by the door and being just steps to the sand! Having two bathrooms was a plus for a one bedroom. Would love to stay here again.

I booked this condo for mini getaway with my mother, and we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Clean and safe accommodation with the beach just mere steps away, and being able to control the temperature of the condo was greatly appreciated. The location is perfect for access to shops and restaurants. This is my second experience booking with Benchmark and I'm already planning my next trip!

We had a great trip at the Lifeguard Loop rental. The house was clean and we really enjoyed the private pool. The house was within walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. We would definitely return!

This is the second time we have stayed at Frankly Beach'n. We love the proximity to the beach (easy walk) , community pools, proximity to stores, porches and nature trail. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and provided adequate space for our 2 families.

I loved the outside private shower! We didn’t realize how important that was to have until coming back everyday from the beach! And the neighbors that live next door in the beautiful tall house are EXTREMELY NICE! They made us feel welcome the second we arrived.
It was a little too far for us to walk to the beach with all of our chairs and umbrella and cooler and bags BUT…the drive is literally only 2 minutes! And parking in front of the beach was never an issue.

Our family stayed at the end of July and absolutely loved it. The home was beautiful with plenty of space and everything we needed. The ice maker and wine fridge was a wonderful bonus. The space was fantastic for our 7 people (including 4 teens and 1 9 year old).
The beach view was stunning. We loved sitting on the porch. The neighbors is peaceful, well kept. Great access to the beach that almost felt private at times because it wasn’t busy. We used the pool every day. We will absolutely look I. To staying here again.
We are at some amazing restaurants, biked to the cute shops right around the corner from the house. We also loved the ability to visit Seaside and Rosemary beach because we were conveniently located in the middle of both.

This condo was in great condition! Great for our family of 5. We had no issues at all. Host was very responsive and condo is in a great location and has a tiki bar in the pool area. We will definitely return!

Enjoyed our stay in 341 at Pinewood! Location is great, everything was clean, and being on the 4th floor was lovely. My only suggestions would be include more toilet paper and paper towels than one roll of each.

The location was good. The room was nice and very clean. The water pressure was a little low and the mattress in the bedroom is very soft could use a new mattress. But would stay there again.

Overall we had a great time. The house met our needs and was in the location we wanted. It’s the perfect size for our family of 6.
As for the management, I had asked in advance if we could PARK at the house prior to check in, (like 2-3 hours before check in) so we could walk to town or down to beach… they said absolutely! Come arrival day we went to PARK at the house but the cleaner was parked in both spaces. I called and kindly asked if they could ask them move their truck so we could park per prior conversation … apparently that was the wrong thing to do and we were unable to park there a few hours before check in. (If you are familiar with a Seaside vacation, you’ll understand my minor inconvenience). That is my only complaint. The person I spoke to/texted upon arrival date was clearly inconvenienced by me and was not at all accommodating.

This was a great home for our family vacation! We were walking distance from the beach, which was super convenient. We also loved the pool and all of that additional games the host had available. Home was clean and looked just like the images! Would revisit.
