Super close to the beach and in a short golf cart drive to restaurants / shops. Would definitely return.

This is a beautiful home that easily accommodated the 14 members of our family who stayed there for the week. We enjoyed all the amenities, including the pool, the easy access to the beautiful beach, and all the accessories that were available for our use. We would certainly stay there again and recommend it to any others who might want to visit that area.

I am so thankful my family and I had the opportunity to stay here. It was an easy walk to an incredibly beautiful beach and the community is directly off 30A. The location was sandwiched in between all you would want to see and explore on 30A. The house itself was amazing and I was very happy that there was a beach wagon and supplies available for us to use. We will definitely come back.

We absolutely loved this home! The location was incredible so we had a two minute walk to the beach every day and could walk into town whenever we wanted. We spent lots of mornings on the screened in porch and enjoyed every room in the house. We loved grilling on the back patio. The host/management company was also a complete pleasure to work with - so responsive and accommodating. Our whole family loved our stay and we hope to return next year!

We had an awesome time this wee at Sea La Vie house. House was very clean upon check in. Benchmark management was very responsive to some questions we had sent them. Weber Genesis gas grill is a great asset as typically the houses we rented from had cheap grills. Golf cart provided great transportation and easy parking at he beach. Only complaint would be that the house is not stocked with any kitchen staples like salt and pepper, or other spices, olive oil etc. Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom was provided, and only one roll of paper towels in the kitchen provided. Othere than that, I would highly recommended this property.

This is a very nice and clean listing, the location can't be beat with just a few steps to the public beach access and close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The unit had everything we needed. Check in was seamless. One opportunity for improvement would be to place some more chairs on the front porch so larger parties can sit.

The body wash wasn’t filled so we had to use the guest bath soap. I’d like to have blankets for extra warmth in the bedroom or living room because the comforters are super thin. But overall, a beautiful place and super well decorated! The kitchen had so much great stuff, perfect for lots of guests and cooking large meals!

In the email containing the address, if you click directly on that to open maps takes you to the opposite end of 30A. Condo was very clean and bright. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and many restaurants were within walking distance of the condo. The washer/dryer combo located in the condo was perfect! We plan to stay here again.

My family had an amazing stay at Beachwood Villa last week. One of the showers wasn't draining so I texted and someone came out within an hour to fix the problem. I would definitely stay again. Everything was so easy with check in and check out.

We had a wonderful time! The only slight challenge was not having an elevator. Lugging Coolers and suitcases up three flights of stairs was a bit cumbersome, but other than that we loved every second!

Nice and clean place. Kitchen is little outdated but functional. Host provided everything you need for a short beach trip, including beach chairs and an umbrella.
You can walk to the beach. Pier park is a short drive.

This little spot was great for my family of three (two adults and a 2 year old). It was an easy walk to the beach and had almost everything we needed inside. We had to rent a pack-n-play from a third party and were scraping by on the last of the toilet paper provided on our last (fourth) day, but other than that we were set. The house was beautifully landscaped for privacy and outdoor entertainment in the front and back. We enjoyed our stay here.

We enjoyed our stay at Family Affair. Check- in and check- out was super easy. The beds slept comfortably. We enjoyed use of the community pool. Perfect for the weekend hosting three couples.

The house was in perfect condition and extremely comfortable for our group of six. It’s in a great location—just a short drive to Rosemary and Seaside, and within walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches we’ve ever seen. Highly recommend!

We’ve stayed at Crystal Sands 5 times over the last 7 years and always love the beach access and location. They put out chairs and umbrellas for the guests daily, have a nice pool for the kiddos, and are conveniently located close enough to restaurants and far enough from crowds. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

My girlfriend and I have been visiting the 30A area for several years and have stayed in multiple condos, but this property has been our favorite by far. The condo is ideally located—just steps from the beach and within close proximity to local shops and restaurants. It was spotless upon arrival, well-stocked with essential items, and accurately represented by the listing photos.
Check-in and check-out were seamless, and we appreciated the management company accommodating our early arrival. The in-unit washer and dryer added a great level of convenience, and the pool just a few steps from the condo was a nice bonus.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return for future beach trips. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

We had a wonderful time and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Everything was so clean, the AC worked so well to keep the space cool, and there were two fans in the bedroom which were so nice to have. The outside drying rack was also such a nice amenities to have to dry our towels and other stuff. By far my favorite part of the unit was how close it was to the beach access! It was no more than a 5 minute walk and it was a simple straight line from the unit to the beach! The beach itself was also beautiful and not overly crowded compared to other beaches. 10/10 Would recommend and I would definitely stay there again!
