We had the best time with Benchmark Management! They were responsive and helpful. The Airbnb was clean and in the best location with tons of amenities. We wish we had stayed longer to enjoy everything the area had to offer. I would definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back here one day.

Great stay overall! The location was perfect—close to the beach and in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. The home was clean, spacious, and well-equipped for our group. Check-in was smooth and everything matched the listing. Would definitely stay here again!

First time in Santa Rosa, and it was a nice experience. We had plenty of room for games at the table, plenty of living space, and it was clean and clutter-free. While we prefer to stay on the beach, it was still convenient. The pool and pickleball areas were not crowded at all, and we enjoyed those areas very much. The bathroom by the pool was also very clean. Good price. We enjoyed more of a low-key crowd.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was perfection. Dog friendly for our Doodles! The backyard was a great place to be at the end of the day. Walking distance to the beach was so quick and convenient. Host was responsive and so friendly! We can’t wait to come back!

Great stay! Lovely condo. Very clean upon arrival and attentive rental company making sure we had everything we needed. Steps away from the beach. Restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Communication with Benchmark was excellent! The house on Santa Rosa Beach was very clean, comfortable beds and a stocked kitchen with all the essential cooking ware! We had a great time!

We stayed at their 117 East Lakeshore Dr home in Laguna Beach, April 2-April 5. The last four days were nothing less than amazing. The home was perfection! Communication with the company was fast and efficient! We will be back and look forward to staying in some of their other properties!!

Location location location!! This home is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Seacrest in between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. You can walk to everything!
The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, the master bed is very comfortable, and the guest cottage is a game changer for your trip! We would absolutely book this home again!

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay over spring break. The space was perfect for us and the backyard was amazing! We loved the pool and hot tub and the patio area was perfect for eating and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

Truly a stunning 1st floor condo with an incredible view of the gulf. It is the only unit on the ground floor with a view of it. The jacuzzi button does not work but the furnishings & size of this condo give it a luxurious feel. The private beach was a treat considering how busy the public access gets.
One hiccup was that there was a miscommunication regarding the beach chair service-we did not have the service until day 6 of our 7 day trip due to an owner/management issue. Kind of embarrassing since they literally kick you out of the chairs. If it hadn’t been listed as included, we would simply have brought our own gear. Instead we had to make our own arrangements at our own cost after days of back & forth between chats-we also would have made our own arrangements on day 1 if Benchmark had laid out the root problem differently. Regardless, this is really a wonderful place, gorgeous town, and we would highly recommend this property. We’ll be back to 30A!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean, so was the pool and hot top. The location was perfect, 10 minutes away from the beach and restaurants. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again!

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at the building and the first year in this particular condo. The actual setting is perfect with a great view from our balcony of the beach and the ocean. The pool is really nice and the beach is great. Sunnyside town square is a short bike ride or walk down the bike path.

Beautiful place and location. The pool was warm and offered shaded areas. The beach was a short walk. The condo accommodated our family of 7 very well. We were able to make simple meals with the kitchen supplies provided. We enjoyed our stay here.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Tidewater Beach Resort Condo 1313! The ocean view was incredible to wake up to each day, look at while making a cup of coffee, or just relax and look at while sitting on the balcony! The condo was clean, nicely decorated, spacious and felt like home! Beds were incredibly comfortable as well! Benchmark Management was responsive to any inquiries and needs. I highly recommend!

Me and my family adored staying here. There was enough space for three families and three bedrooms. It was comfortable seating arrangements for watching a movie together. The views are just the best part, though!
The only thing that I would recommend is this: the paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, bath soap, etc. The small things seem to be a little low or run out pretty quickly. Having a few extra of those supplies would be nice and a little bit more convenient, especially for people staying there for a week. Maybe if you're staying there longer, you get a little bit more of those types of things. We did have to go to the store for all of those things throughout our trip.
Overall, we will be coming back! Love this place and love 30A!

This property was amazing for a spring break with my daughter and three of her friends. The loft space is perfect for teen girls who want to stretch out and enjoy their alone time with the master room having two queens, plenty of room, the amenities, and all that things provided were amazing this place gets a 1000% from us. We will definitely stay here again

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beach is beautiful and the complimentary chairs/umbrella on the private beach were a bonus. The location was easy to navigate and easily travel to restaurants, Seaside, Alys beach and Rosemary beach by bike or car.

Fantastic place! The newly updated kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, and our family especially loved the bunk beds—they were a huge hit with the kids! We had such a great stay and will definitely be back!!
