Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I planned my sister’s bachelorette & we found this house and immediately fell in love! Location was PERFECT, 4 minute walk to the beach, right next to town, it was perfect. The community was super inviting and everyone was friendly. The house itself - when we showed up there was MANY bugs, but we learned that’s just a Florida thing. There ended up being only 8 of us, so the house was nice and cozy for the group of us. Easy to go to and from, and overall beautiful :)We did have to call a few times about a few issues, our golfcart was dead the whole weekend. There was nothing to help get that charged unfortunately and no one was able to come until the day we left (literally showed up as we were pulling out. We also had to call about a dead smoke detector that was beeping 😅 the guy who came to fix it was SUPER sweet and fixed it. We were given the wrong pool code so we didn’t get to use the pool until the maintenance guy told us the actual code. Everyone was super friendly when we had called. Overall: It was an amazing experience despite some small issues, I would book again for sure!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: With relatively short notice, my husband and I decided to get out of B'ham and go the coast. We usually stay in Navarre but decided to look further east. We found this gem and booked an offshore fishing charter and had the most beautiful and relaxing weekend! The condo supplied all our needs and was within walking distance to both the beach and Cafe 30A (a fantastic restaurant!). I was able to find a lovely trail run within steps of the condo which was an unexpected bonus. We will definitely be back!

Benchmark Management is incredible! From the day I booked until the day I decided to stay longer in the condo to the day I checked out their communication and help was outstanding. On the day we arrived we did notice that a kitchen light was slightly coming loose - no big deal but i did let them know in case they thought we had some wild party and were swinging from the lights 🤪. The next day they had maintenance stop by and fix it! I cannot say enough good things about them. I would definitely book with them again and again. And the location was perfect, as was the condo.

This place was fantastic! Perfect location, easy to find, right by beach access and a few minutes from Seaside. Everything was very clean with plenty of instructions for everything, and the owner was super helpful and communicative. Can't wait to return for another visit!

My family and I stayed at "Happy Ours" for a week. It's a beautiful home in a wonderful, private neighborhood. The beach is a short 10-15 minute easy walk from the house. If you desire, there are two pools which, are only a 5 min walk from the home. The house is decorated very well and had everything we needed for our stay. The backyard was slightly smaller than the pictures illustrate and needs a little attention. The small patch of grass near the fire pit was overgrown and the fire pit / bistro table were both pretty rusted.
Benchmark made check-in and out very easy and I feel confident that if needed, they would have been very attentive to our needs. Overall, we had a great time and I would highly recommend staying at this home.

The house was very clean and enough space for my family. The kids enjoyed the pool in the backyard. Benchmark Management was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. Would definitely stay here again

This day experience blew my expectations away. The bedroom view of the ocean from your upstairs balcony is absolutely breathtaking as well as the view from your own living room and outside hangout area. The beach was pristine clean, and your stay even comes with complementary chairs and an umbrella this was truly a remarkable experience and we cannot wait to come back soon. We will definitely be booking this day again.

We loved our stay! The unit was clean and close to the beach! One morning our water was not working and we sent a text to Benchmark and within a couple of minutes they let us know what was going on and it was resolved quickly! We would definitely stay at this property again!

The location of this property was great. We were just steps away from shops and restaurants, and a trolley took us to the beach. We also ventured out by car to Inlet beach and Dune Allen beach to cover the entirety of 30A. At night we were able to walk to the bar for drinks togo and return to relax on the screened porch while enjoying live music from the circle. We had trouble with the burners on the stove not working during our stay. The facility maintenance responded quickly to address the issue but parts were needed by 3rd party repair. The property management was quick in response, however, we were limited to half of the range top during our stay.

This is my first experience renting from Benchmark and the online booking process, pre arrival communications, texts on arrival day to during and post stay check-in’s were all outstanding. We had a 3rd floor 3 bedroom 3 bath oceanfront unit for family time of 3 adults and 1 toddler. Elevator and luggage carts were a big help for moving items in and out. We enjoyed quiet beach time during our Sept 20-26, 2025 visit. Parking for one car is assigned on property side and Tranquillity has a designated parking lot directly across the street for the second car we had. Parking pass were waiting for us at entry hall table upon arrival. Every detail and very appreciated by all of us. We had 2 minor issues - ice maker was a block of ice and not dispensing - a quick text and appliance company showed up in a day and Benchmark brought a bag of ice to hold us over until repairs was made. Toilet in front of bath was running almost constantly. A repair ticket was placed and tech arrived several hours later. Even with 2 issues, Benchmark was on it and I believe is worthy of a 5-Star review.

Would definitely return. Perfect location and beautiful beach. Overall the campus is beautiful and well maintained. Unit was clean, comfortable and homey. Only comment is none of the bedroom light switches seem to work but certainly not an issue. Full mattress in far bathroom might need to be flipped or replaced. Will definitely be recommending to friends. Enjoyed our sisters getaway!

Great location! Room overlooks the beach. Condo was quiet. The condo is in major need of some repairs/upgrading for future use. We did not have any specific problems, but there are things that need improving. The couch is stained and worn out. No comfortable seating options in the living room. The master bathroom smelled of a foul odor. The bathroom was cleaned very well, but I think it was urine in the grout. There was a large gap in the sliding class door that allowed a large draft. Again, didn’t bother us, but definitely an efficiency issue. Management company was very easy to communicate with and very responsive which was much appreciated. Overall, would stay there again. These issues are minor when compared to the view and location!

The location was beautiful, right on the beach. The condo was clean and updated. It felt like staying in someone’s home instead of a hotel, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming.
I had confusion about how to operate the gate to the beach and benchmark staff were immediately available to help me. I appreciated that they checked in occasionally through text to make sure my stay was going well. I would stay here again and hope to do so in the future.

The property was just as pictured—very comfortable and nicely decorated. Plenty of space for our family. The AC works perfectly which is great for Florida ;) Very quiet on the top floor, right next to the pool and tennis which is very nice! It’s a short walk to the beach access which wasn’t busy at all in Sept. It’s also a very short drive to the Santa Clara beach access which has parking and a ramp and even more space to spread out. You can walk or bike to donuts, pizza, gas station, surf shop, restaurants. We also biked to Seaside which was fun. The property was extremely clean and well maintained and the management communicated quickly with us. Highly recommend!
