We love 30a but parts of it can be really busy with lots of traffic. We decided to stay here for a little more peace and quiet and I’m so glad we did! I loved early morning coffee on the balcony listening to nature and having the pool tucked backed into the trees made for a very relaxing experience.
The beds were comfy and my teens loved the cool bunk room. It was a great hang out spot for them with the TV and their own bathroom.
Lots of room to cook in the beautiful kitchen and we made breakfast each morning and even had a nice seafood meal one night..
We had a really great stay and our kids even said they’d love to come back and stay there again one day! We had a great time 😊

We loved this condo it had an extra large balcony and was a corner condo with a beautiful view. The condo was clean and had plenty room for 5 adults and 2 children under 6. The 2 pools were huge and the walk to the beach was just across the street 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be back.

The location is PERFECT. It is right across from public beach access and within a 2 minute walk to Pompano Joe's for drinks and an evening meal. We are a couple with 2 small pets so we didn't use the sleeper sofa or the bunk beds. The porch has a swing, a glider rocker and two hightop chairs with a view of the ocean and pool.

We have stayed at this complex 4 times before and this was our first in this particular condo. Well equipped, beautiful and remodeled. We love the 3rd floor because of the views and we have almost older kids so the stairs aren’t an issue. We just love the proximity to the beach, the pool, and distance to seaside. We can’t recommend this complex enough!

This was the perfect place to stay with our little family. So close to the beach, easy check in and check out, and the management company was really easy to work with when something might have gone wrong. Highly recommend!

This booking was awesome! It looks exactly as pictured. It was spacious enough for myself and 3 family members. Beach is maybe a 10-15 minute walk if you choose with great restaurants in the area. Would definitely book this listing again! Thanks for a great trip❤️

This unit was literally steps to the beach, pool, and parking. Also, very convenient to grocery stores and many restaurants. It was very clean, and had nice decor. All the TVs and WiFi worked with ease. Thanks for a great vacation!

We had a nice stay. It's across the street from the beach but you still have a beach view on the porch! And it has a skyway so you don't have to walk across the road/traffic. My boys loved the bunkbeds and the master was perfect for me and their dad! My mom had the living room couch which turns to a bed. Definitely want to rebook!

Its a very nice, clean, newly updated condo. Perfect location and we enjoyed the ease of being on the first floor so we could walk out the screen door to the pool and beach. We had a nice view of the ocean from the patio chairs.

We had such a wonderful time at the beach, and this Airbnb made it even better. The place was spotless and had a cozy, welcoming vibe from the moment we arrived.

The property was a perfect fit for our group of 8 people. We really enjoyed the Prominence neighborhood. It was very cozy and was a great location to enjoy biking and enjoying a nice, relaxing visit to the pool. It is a short drive to multiple beach access points. I would recommend this property.

We have stayed in this rental twice and love the decor, layout, location, use of the garage & proximity to the beach. Also really appreciate that the rental comes with beach chairs. The unit was clean on the surface, but it really needs a deep cleaning, some minor repairs and decluttering in the kitchen. But we would stay here again.

Our condo had a musty smell upon entrance. The ceilings in bedrooms and living room appeared to be dirty or an attempt to cover up something. Both showers had little water pressure especially the bedroom bathroom. This was even while no water was running in the other bathroom. Other than this the property was fine. I have stayed in other units and they were fine as well.

House was very clean and check-in process was uneventful. Year round neighbors were extremely friendly and quite helpful. Had a minor issue when a storm came through and knocked out power and WiFi for a little bit. Management and property owner were very attentive and fixed the issue in a timely manner. Highly recommend this property.

Good place, 10 mins from beach. Would have been great if a Beach umbrella was provided….not a showstopper. They did provide chairs though. Overall good experience.
