House was great! Had no issues with communication. Elevator was a wonderful bonus! Some of the house needs a refresh but was what we needed for our stay. Short walk to the beach was great too.

Beach access from the sliding back door of the condo. First floor, easy access to parking lot. Restaurants & grocery was driving (or bike) distance. Condo had all amenities for the kitchen. Bring your own toilet paper if staying for more than 2 nights. It’s a home, not a hotel. Cozy decor, comfortable for both toddlers and adults. Beach chair rentals available, recommend to call one day before for reservations. Will stay again!

Nice house with everything we needed. Spacious rooms. Great location. Host was very responsive with questions and concerns.
Something to note. Eastern Lake Beach was not accessible due to the lake water being up to the steps. (Not sure if its like this year round). We had to go down to Ramsgate which was not much further.
Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely consider booking again.

30A is mine and my daughter’s favorite vacation spot! This is our 3rd stay in Seagrove. The condo itself was comfortable and clean and provided us with everything we need to feel at home. The walk to the beach was easy and there are plenty of places to each and shop within walking distance or just a short drive away. My only complaint was that the air conditioning is loud, especially in the living room, to the point it’s hard to hear the tv over it. I did not bring this to the managements attention , so it was not due to any neglect on their part. I would stay again in the future.

The management was super and very responsive. I was totally happy with that. I would have ranked overall 5 stars but we had an issue with the table on the patio. We picked a place based on a few factors and a table on the patio was key. We work in the mornings and we also eat outside(never inside-even in the rain). When we arrived the table was in the corner and not cleaned. I thought that was weird so I pulled it out to clean it and the bottom fell apart. I know the management was waiting on approval from the owner to resolve this. They did rent a temporary table but it was higher than the chairs so hard for the average height person to sit and work/eat but they made the effort to get us a table. We own a management company in Atlanta so we know how this sometimes goes waiting on authorization to do certain things.
Overall nice unit but that was a disappointment for us and such a low cost item to get replaced .

Our stay was nothing short of perfect!
We stayed in 1316 & the actual room far exceeded our expectations, it's even better than the photos!
The views from the 13th floor were phenomenal, with the cutest chairs to sit on to sip coffee in the morning & watch the ocean life - like manatees that we saw.
The room was extremely functional - we went with myself, my fiancé, and two 6 foot tall 15/16 year olds - and the reason I mention that is because of the separate bunk bed area/second bathroom. The bunk bed/TV combo was perfect to keep them entertained all night and the beds were big enough for them to comfortably sleep.
We definitely appreciated the separate master bed/bath combo as well, it made our stay so comfortable and roomy.
We used the kitchen and provided utensils to make breakfast & the laundry closet was a necessity we didn't know we needed until we used it for suits after beach days - now we'll never go back!
So many more things I could list, but if you're debating, this is it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I took my family of 6 (5 adults and one child) on a 4-night stay at Apres Sea. Working with Benchmark was refreshing as they were good in communicating ahead of time about policies, check-in/out procedures, and where to go for help. The rental was very nice, set back down a long path off of 30A. The golf cart is a must, especially if you are carrying good to the beach. The pool is nice and a 30-second walk from the unit. Good quality but basic amenities including coffee maker (key) and all cooking utensils. Beds were comfortable and every room had a TV with access to streaming apps for you to use. Internet access/wifi was solid. We did have an issue with the disposal in the sink and the TVs randomly turning on during the night, but no other problems to note. Could have used some better direction in knowing where the beach access was, but outside of that, it was simple. Beach was great, chairs were easy to secure if not a little expensive but what can you do? Would definitely recommend to others, particularly for the price.

Try to ignore it. Ha!There were cosmetic things that were wrong, but I messaged management and they assured it would be addressed after we departed. Plenty of beach toys/chairs on back patio below. No need to bring any!

Great location between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. We really appreciated the easy access to the private beach. The in unit washer and dryer was a real plus also. Would definitely stay here again!

This unit is also close to the property’s pool. We spend a lot of time in the pool and playing shuffleboard on property. The pool was clean and well kept. I would highly recommend this unit.

The condo is the perfect location for biking to Rosemary or driving to Watercolor. The condo offered easy, close and private access to the beach. Benchmark was super easy to work with and provided excellent communication and responses from the day we booked the trip until check out. They were super nice and responsive to any questions we had during the week. The private parking is a plus as well. The condo had plenty of room for a family and was very comfortable and homey. We would book here again.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo! The couch furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. The cleaning crew did a great job - there was not one spec of dirt in this place. The master bedroom mattress was so very comfortable! Reminder to future folks staying here to bring your own beach towels and beach toys - which we don't mind doing. The walk to the beach is just a short ways away and if you go early you can drive and park at the public beach access. We loved being able to walk over every morning to the Beachy Bean! It's a great location between Blue Mountain Beach and 98. We highly recommend staying here and this one will be on our list for the future for sure!

This townhome was absolutely perfect! Spotlessly clean, quiet, and tucked away from the hustle—yet still close to everything. The layout was ideal for our family: our 13-year-old loved having a private bedroom with a door, and we appreciated the private bath with a separate toilet room and a gorgeous walk-in closet-style shower (hello, spa vibes and dreamy water pressure!). The space was full of light with beautiful windows, high ceilings, crown molding, and a modern beachy farmhouse feel. The balcony was bug-free (yay!) and the entire home felt spacious and peaceful. We loved the included golf cart and bikes—it made exploring Rosemary and the Big Chill so easy. The neighborhood felt very safe for our teen to ride around. And as a bonus, it was super pet-friendly, complete with a cozy dog bed our pups adored. Truly had all the comforts of home. We can't wait to come back!
