Great time with family. Great location, plenty of room for our large family, comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms! Beautiful home just steps to the beach.

We were 4 miles from other family members….Steps to the beach….. walked to the lake from the beach 🏖️ Amazing views…. Very peaceful and secluded!!! The men walked to the beach and fished!!!

We stay in either Seagrove or Seacrest beach every year for Thanksgiving and this was one of the best trips yet! The townhouse was perfect the view was great and the beach was private.

We had a great thanksgiving with the family at this lovely condo. The bunk room was perfect for the grand children and the heated pool and easy beach access was a plus. Having a ground floor unit was easy getting in and out, although we could only see the horizon. But the sand and waves were only 2 min away and the sunsets were outstanding. The kitchen was well appointed for 6 adults and 5 kids.

This air bnb is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The backyard is completely fenced in. Everything was clean and spotless. The kitchen was very well stocked with supplies. The furniture was very nice and made me feel like I had a very nice house for my stay!

The location is perfect. Lots of things in walking distance and if you want to drive parking at this location is nice and easy. Condo is just as the pictures show, clean and has an amazing view.

The house was the perfect size for our family of 7 & there was plenty of space & privacy. The back porch was our favorite spot while the weather was unseasonably warm before Thanksgiving. Thanks for helping us make great family memories!

Great place to stay…. I would put stackable washer and dryer in the laundry room and make the extra space into a half bath.

It is a good place at a great location. The reason for 4 starts is that i think that both bedrooms could have king beds, also some of the furniture should be upgraded. Otherwise it had everything we needed for the few days we stayed.

The location was great and the condo was as described. We loved the additional beach ammenities that we could use! There were a number of items that needed to be fixed with pan handles lose or a swivel chairs missing bolts. Otherwise we felt very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay.

My mom and I had a wonderful weekend get away. We have been vacationing on 30A my whole life but this was the first time we have stayed at BeachCrest. We loved the location and access to the beach. The unit was nice and the beds were comfortable. We will be back again!

We had an amazing stay! Benchmark was easy to work with and the communication was great. The condo was spotless and so nice. We saw the most beautiful sunset from the balcony overlooking the pier. It was fun walking to the pier with the family and seeing all of the activity at the beach. Calypso is so close to Pier Park and there are so many great restaurants, shopping, and attractions. We could even see Top Golf being constructed really close to the resort so we can't wait to come back. The fitness center on the 3rd floor was a nice plus and had a great view. There were even bonfires set up next to the pools in the evening that we got to enjoy. Thank you for the wonderful memories we will cherish and we will definitely be back.
