Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was about a 5 minute walk to the sand, although where to access the public beach was a little confusing. Plenty of space for all of us to relax and enjoy ourselves. Hosts were very helpful and communicative! Everything was as expected, but two bedrooms did not have tvs, which would have been nice. We enjoyed the pool a lot, which the condo overlooked, other buildings blocked the beach view, but you’re facing the direction of the shore! This condo was also on the third floor so be prepared for that with the luggage you bring! Also, bring extra paper products (e.g. paper towels and toilet paper) as only a starter amount is provided. The place felt clean and inviting, and check in/out was super easy!!

The house was comfortable and large for our family especially for the five young children. We enjoyed sharing meals around the large table that comfortably fit all of us. The pool was safe for the kids and enjoyed by children and adults alike.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been here too many times to count at this point. We love it here. Can’t beat the views, kitchen is stocked, and WiFi works well. There is a small total amount condos in the unit which leaves you with lots of beach space. Chair service is a nice added bonus. Pool is small but sufficient for little ones. It is a small space, but we make it work just fine even with two teenagers now. Blue tide holds so many of our families vacation memories through the years. You won’t be disappointed.

Rented a couple bikes for easy bike rides to seaside, coffee shop etc. condo had everything we needed.

Loved the location. Loved the amenities. Loved the size of the space. Loved the cleanliness. Loved the price.
Only remarks would be the kitchen could have used better cookware, more pillows would have been helpful, and the xplorie is only one ticket per day, it’s not for your whole group! (That part was not clear when we booked.)
We will definitely book here again!

We loved our stay at “ A Salty Cru”!The house was beautiful just like the pictures! There was plenty of space for 5 teenagers and 2 adults! The Location was great to checkout both Rosemary and Peir Park!The beach was a short easy walk! We are beach people but one of our favorite parts was family time hanging by the pool at night! The back yard was just as pictured and such a cute space! We would definitely come back and would recommend others too !

I’m hesitant to even right this review because this place is such a gem and we already want to book for next year! This is a very quiet rental. The beach is sparsely populated and very peaceful. The location couldn’t be better. Right near Alys Beach and the chic side of 30A. Not overrun but a bustling cute area. Great coffee shops, little markets, shops, classy restaurants. I couldn’t figure out why the place was so quiet but spoke with some owners that said there are only 6 apartments that get rented within the complex. The rest are owners who mostly come in on weekends. We have four kids 7 and under and the easy access to the beach and pool was essential. We all fit comfortably and the beds and living space and amount of tvs (a true delight to my children who don’t land a ton of screen time usually) was very helpful to keep everyone entertained during the high heat hours. All in all an incredible experience. Fingers crossed the price stays the same despite the get that it is!

Beautiful house. It was bigger and nicer than the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked in terms of dishes and kitchenware. Having a golf cart to get to the beach was very helpful. We used the Dune Allen access, which is nearby (.4 mile walk). There are plenty of good restaurants nearby. Benchmark Management is very responsive and checks in on you. I would stay here again.

It is a small HOA road but quiet. They have since changed the listing to reflect but you cannot park boat there, there is a nearby storage for $ and it is directly across from boat ramp on bay. The house was nice, we just had to keep the air down and windows shut due to extreme heat and strain on unit. Super responsive to issues and worked to resolve them quickly. Everyone I spoke with was kind and helpful. Not a far drive from the beach. Top notch customer service which can be a rare find these days!

Great place to stay. Only thing to be wary of is no beach equipment provided. However, we were forewarned and brought our own. The ability to text with the host was great and they replied promptly. Would come back for another beach vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at the SeaJam! It was fairly close to places to do things in Panama City. The private pool was a must and it was very nice. The inside of the home felt like home away from home. We will definitely book with Benchmark again to come to Panama city.

we enjoyed 402 Sago. Perfect location and accommodations.
I wish there were beach towels to use. We had to buy some and left them behind.
The unit did not have a hair dryer but Benchmark was great in providing one the next day.

We enjoyed our stay SO MUCH-very clean and well stocked! The host was phenomenal! The only thing that would’ve made things better, would have been if the hot tub would’ve worked.

Beautiful house, fully stocked, very clean. Nice setup for our family of 16. Front porch and furniture is very nice. Has a gorgeous pool and nice beach area. (Pool got closed down for some emergency maintenance while there for 2+ days, which was very disappointing to all the grandkids, but that was an HOA issue). Beach is very nice, but be prepared to pay $80 each day to rent 2 chairs and umbrella.
But that all being said, I would absolutely stay there again. Pictures don’t do the property justice. Mgt. company is very responsive. We loved our vacation!!!

We love staying at The Palms. The location is unbeatable! We always stay in one of the two beachfront buildings for the amazing view. This unit is beautifully decorated and furnished. The furniture and beds (King and bunks) are very comfortable. Only wish was that the bunks had an electrical outlet so my daughter could plug her phone in to charge (she uses it as a sound machine at night). We will book this unit again next year!

We absolutely loved this location. The view from the master bedroom was breathtaking. I had to work a few days while there and it definitely made working on vacation a little easier with that view.
Highly recommend this place to stay due to the proximity to the beach entrance. It was so close and nice to be able to let the kids go back to the home while I stayed a little longer. Also, not having to worry about parking was a huge benefit.
The beach was not crowded at all compared to different locations we've stayed along 30A.
Just a heads up, as I didn't read the review as closely as I should have; the ground floor living room and bedroom are not connected inside the house. You have to walk outside the unit and up the stairs to get into the main level. We had to do some rearranging as I had originally had the younger kids staying down there but didn't feel comfortable with that. There is also no door on the ground floor bedroom.
Overall, we'd 100% stay at this location again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Family Ties for a weeklong getaway for myself my friend and our 16 year old daughters. The location was absolutely perfect!!! We were midway between Rosemary and Alys Beach restaurants. The Seacrest Sundries below the apartment had everything we needed and the live music from the bar was excellent. Additionally, the shops below were fabulous for breakfast, lunch, gifts and cute sundresses for dinner. Would definitely come back. The only recommendation would be to provide 2-4 beach chairs and beach towels.

We absolutely loved the place! Everything was excellent from start to finish. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well-equipped — especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed to cook comfortably during our stay. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk from the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the ocean every day.
The beds were also extremely comfortable, which made a big difference in helping us rest and recharge. We truly felt at home. The attention to detail, the cleanliness, and the overall atmosphere were beyond our expectations.
We had a wonderful time and would definitely love to return next year. Thank you for providing such a fantastic experience!

The place was beautiful, clean, and easy access to the beach. They were VERY responsive to our needs/messages and even after forgetting a pillow, they made the effort to find it and are going to ship it back. The master bed was also very comfortable which I can almost never say about any hotel or Airbnb accommodations.

So this property is not fancy like most, its not updated at all but what I will say is it was very clean, beds were comfy and plenty of room. I will definitely be back.

Amazing beach side condo. Recently beautifully remodeled. Perfectly clean, everything works, even the ice maker!!! Only thing I would add would be a garbage disposal ( I hate to even mention that because the condo really is otherwise perfect!)
