Excellent open layout, interior was extremely clean, backyard was the perfect size for our group. The property manager was always quick to respond and very helpful. 10/10 would stay here again.

Cozy and comfortable! We loved being able to kick back and relax at the beach getaway. Everything was available for us, from martini glasses to turkey pans! We had the best Thanksgiving!

House is a little rough around the edges (carpet in bedrooms downstairs, scuffing on floors) and strangely laid out in that the kitchen is on the second floor. All that said, it was perfect for us. We don’t care about cosmetic stuff and the price was great! Love being in the Preserve too, such an awesome secluded community!

I have been using Benchmark to manage my rental property since 2022. I have been very satisfied with them! I am especially happy with my liaison, Tim Hooker. He is listens to my concerns, and is responsive, pleasant to deal with and most important, effective!

We enjoyed a fabulous family weekend getaway during the holiday in Seagrove Beach. The management team was excellent and always available. We didn’t have any issues with the house. It was perfectly cleaned and as described. I checked out and forgot a cabinet of our items, was able to get back into the house and retrieve my items with no problem. Excellent service I would highly recommend!

This is a beautiful unit in a perfect location, right on the water. If you're looking for a quiet place to get away this is the perfect spot. The local restaurant's are excellent, and unique shops are close, we love coffee and the area offers several unique high quality coffee spots. The unit/building has an area to grill which we used, you normally do not find this at other units, plus the pool is heated. Lastly, I was very pleased with the amenities in the kitchen, I was able to prepare several meals, the dishware and cookware were updated. We cannot say enough about Benchmark they were very helpful and responsive. We would absolutely book this unit again.

We couldn't have booked a better location for our anniversary getaway. The ground level walk out to the beach made everthing so relaxing. The property was clean and well kept. We will be going back.

We stayed in this unit over Thanksgiving weekend and it was wonderful! Very convenient to Rosemary beach and all the shops at Peddler’s. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely return to this unit.

We really enjoyed our time at the condo! It was a very nice place to spend our Thanksgiving week with 2 of our granddaughters! The condo is very spacious and the view of the Gulf of Mexico looks like you can reach out and touch it. We had an amazing experience!

This home was perfect for our Thanksgiving week in 30A with four adults and a two year old! We loved the porches, the location on a quiet street and the thoughtfully designed space. We come to 30A often, and this was our favorite place we’ve stayed!

Have stayed in a unit at Beachcrest, right across from Cafe 30A for the past two Thanksgivings. Very nice unit, great beach view, great location. Benchmark is an excellent management company, always available for any needs. Great shops, great dining, great beach. Hard to beat.

We had a great stay on 30a. Benchmark was communicative and responsive through the whole process. Property was clean and well equipped. This was the easiest property management team to deal with! They left a turkey pan and some salt and pepper as well as other touches for our Thanksgiving stay.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving weekend, and it was great! The apartment was clean with good amenities and appliances for Thanksgiving cooking. They even included a foil pan for cooking a turkey! The area was fairly quiet and overall felt safe. There is a long bike path nearby in addition to the beach, which was really nice. There were multiple public access points for the beach in walking distance.
Check in was easy, and there was plenty of parking. Check out instructions were clear and reasonable.
I would happily stay again if we return to the area. 😄

House was in a perfect location for our large family. Awesome balcony views! Lots of room. My only ask for future guests is to replace pots and pans - not useable. Need a new rug as it was very dirty and our 4 toddlers could not sit on it. Need new vacuum cleaner- did not work. Otherwise it was a perfect day and we loved the location and the views and sunsets were even better. Highly recommend!
