Great place!! Clean, organized and free of clutter. Balcony is huge and the view is espetacular. Also, huge thank you to the customer service very responsive when needed. Can’t wait to book again!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this beautifully brand new upscale decorated condo. The condo is on 2nd floor in the 4th building. Great location. About a mile to the beach but very easy to get to. There is a very nice pool in the complex. Everything was top notch we would definitely like to stay here again soon.

Three adults. Unit was great, location is very nice. We did not use our car during our stay and rented bikes to ride to Seaside or local establishments. . A large amount of cart rentals too. Beach was great, only issue is beach service starts picking up chairs and umbrella around 4….two hours too early. We would come back again. Wish they had a guest book with previous renter comments on restaurants, etc

We had a great stay…this condo truly felt like a home away from home. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing. The location was super convenient close to Walmart, Dollar General, and anything else we needed. One of the best parts was the fireworks show we got to enjoy right from the property. Would definitely stay here again!

First time renting g with Benchmark won’t be my last! We have stayed on 30a for 15 years and this unit and management was great, they checked in with us to make sure all was good without being intrusive- will return!

Very clean, host checked in daily via text. Enjoyed property, plenty of pools. Shipwreck water park was close by and the whole family had a blast.

The options of two pools,and a hot tub. Shower in master bedroom wasn't strong enough for pressure, it was more of a slow run.

Our stay was amazing!! From check in to check out-everything was so easy & smooth! The house was perfect! it had everything & more! My family & i loved it so much , we will definitely be back! (:

Just a few minor complaints:After checking in we discovered a few small red stains on the bathroom door and a bath towel. At first glance thought it was blood. It might have been lipstick. But why was it there?Shower door is only half the length of the shower so water doesn't stay contained to the shower...the floor outside the shower gets wet.There's a light sensor in the kitchen that comes on in the middle of the night when you get up to do anything (annoying) but while you're actually in the kitchen doing something, it goes off automatically before you're done (also annoying). Tried to adjust the light manually without much luck.The bottom fitted sheet on the bed wasn't the correct size so the sheet kept popping off and bunching up.There is ZERO place to hang clothes. No closet (except for the water heater closet, but no place to hang anything in there). I wouldn't have brought any hanging clothes had I known there would be no place to hang them.There is ZERO place to put soap or toiletries in the shower. Just one dinky plastic hook for a washcloth. I would have brought my own shower caddy had I known there was no place to put anything.Bathroom needs more places to hang towels in general.It's almost impossible to open the door going out to the deck. Door knob or latch is wicky wacky.I tried to get in touch with Benchmark to let them know these issues before leaving this review but no one ever got back to me.

We loved 19 Moonlit shores! Great location only minutes walk to the beach with a cute little area of shops, restaurants and an awesome Iceream and candy store! The house was spacious and well laid out, beds were comfortable and it was clean. There was great communicartion with Benchmark from the moment we booked it. Great for a family get away

I loved how I could see the ocean view, how the condo had a lot of space!! Definitely love the lamp at the kitchen bar, and also the pools were so nice and enjoyable!! The elevators took to long.

Great stay

Property was all we needed for the 2 of us. It was clean and the location was great. Super easy walkable (a SHORT walk) access to the beach and restaurant/shops. Pool was nice and clean too. Would stay there again.
