We had a fantastic family of five stay at this beach bungalow! It was the perfect size for us. There was an issue with the heat the first day that was resolved by the second day. The amenities in the house and throughout the property (the pool, hot tub, king bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 ensuite bathrooms, an additional half bathroom, full kitchen, short walk to the beach, private residential area, close to the biking trails along the coast, washer & dryer, and more) were what we needed and made for an unforgettable, memorable, and enjoyable family vacation. Benchmark 30A was responsive and supportive throughout our stay and helped us find bicycle rentals,
too. We loved our time here - we weren’t ready to leave - and we hope to visit again soon! Thank you!

This was a great place to stay for our party of 5. It is conveniently located to Rosemary, Alys, Seagrove, and Seaside. It’s also a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. The house was clean. We would love to stay during a bit warmer weather to truly enjoy the wonderful outdoor amenities this place offers.

Loved our stay - perfect location, close to tons of shops and restaurants but a little more private than the surrounding condos since the property is gated. Property itself was gorgeous but comfortable for our family and young child. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a great time in Seaside and the house felt like home from the first minute to the last making exploring the area even more fun. Having access to the watercolor amenities was definitely a plus compared to previous stays in the area. The kids enjoyed the heated pools, slides and lazy river. We brought or bikes which we used everyday getting around. With the proximity of the house to the grocery store nearby we barely used the car. Overall we enjoyed our vacation and this is was likely not the last time we visited.

when we arrived at the home, we checked in with concierge’s and paid the parking fee. We did have trouble finding an assigned spot for the unit, however on the 12th floor of the parking garage, there were open spaces for us to park. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the unit and it was nicer than the photos showed. The decor was light and tasteful, it was clean, well equipped, and provide provided us with everything we needed to make our safe feel like home. Next time we visit this home, I would love to see updated patio furniture. This was the only thing not updated in the condo.. The views were amazing, and from the balcony, I could see the pool area and the ocean and the complex lit up at night was extremely beautiful. It had a very large hot tub which we enjoyed both nights along with drinks and there were also restaurants in close proximity, but stayed up late that we enjoyed afterwards.. I’ll definitely stay in the unit again.

Absolutely loved our stay! Perfect location and the space was exactly what we needed for a quick getaway. Loved having a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The washer did have some mold in it unfortunately and the oven did not work but other than that everything was great!

The stay was wonderful and the condo was beautiful. We absolutely enjoyed the place along with the access to the beach. We felt right at home and it was very hard to leave. 10/10 definitely recommend!

The house is in a great location. It is a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and the house had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Enjoyed the condo and pool. I only had two problems. No bath mat or shower mat to prevent slipping. No grab bars either. My other problem was the bed - too high! I'm 5’8” and had trouble climbing in - bought a step stool.

Benchmark Mgt is a first class property mgr. They were great from booking to departure. Seaview 1, Unit 200 is an amazing vacation rental unit. The gulf views from the oversized balcony are unsurpassed. The location and condo amenities are unbelievable. You will love this unit and Benchmark Mgt.

Benchmark was top-notch from a service and care perspective. I would gladly stay in one of their managed properties again.
This house was beautiful and very well appointed. The kitchen was impressive and this rental is better than pictured. The gardens around the house are lovely, and the beach chairs and other complimentary offerings are very nice. You will be a very short walk to the beach and the surrounding neighborhood is beautiful.
The only challenge we had was inability to lower the air conditioning by a few degrees. This was an owner setting, not Benchmark’s, but as the weather was warm while we were there, a small amount of flexibility would have been appreciated.
All-in-all, we loved our time in this home. Highly recommend!

The location was perfect, and the rental company was very kind and professional. We had a beautiful view and felt very safe in this location. The downside was that the place did not feel clean. The floors felt sticky to walk on, the area rug in the living room looked soiled and spotty, as did the sofa. There was also some kind of red liquid near the ceiling on the living room wall. Replacing a few of these items would greatly improve the appearance and feel of this cute condo. We loved being so close to the beach and were able to take beautiful family pictures. We ate at McGuire’s pub which was a highlight of our stay....amazing food and atmosphere!! We also explored the nearby gulfarium ,which was very cool. Overall, it was an outstanding first time in Florida.

There aren't many places where you can look off at the back porch and feel like you're in a cabin and then walk several blocks out the front door to the beach. This home felt warm and inviting the moment we stepped through the front door. It's as if we'd be coming here our entire lives. We will be back.

The location was exactly what we wanted, beachfront. This condo overlooks the beach and water, and just a few steps down the stairs and you are on the sand. It gives you a view that really shows why this is called The Emerald Coast. The host was super communicative, gave us recommendations, and was very easy to work with.

The condo was exactly as pictured and described! We have stayed in several different condos along 30A and we loved the location of this condo. A bike rental is right across the street, so we could rent bikes and ride to Seaside, which is only a few miles away. The condo was perfect for the two of us and we could have easily had another couple with us because the other bedroom has its own bathroom as well. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The views of the beach from the living room and bedroom were amazing and we loved being able to walk right down the steps to the beach! We would definitely stay here again!

The Pearl is the perfect 30A/Seagrove vacation home. Incredibly convenient access to Seagrove Village Market, Angelina’s (Once they reopen from the fire), Brozinni’s Pizza and Mi Casita! The beach access is just minutes away and the golf cart is a lovely bonus!
The neighborhood was gorgeous and quiet! The tennis courts were well maintained and just a quick walk away!
It was the perfect way to celebrate Christmas!

We walked into a squeaky clean, beautifully decorated, perfect view of the gulf condo. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our Christmas. We will definitely be back.
