The property was beautiful. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The kitchen was fully equipped had we wanted to cook, lol. The only thing I can even think of that would have been nice would have been to have been given a soap packet for each sink as opposed to per bath. It just meant there wasn’t a bar of soap per sink. Other than that… perfect! Management responded quickly when the internet went out after a storm. Super!

Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed everything about the place. However, there was one thing I didn’t like. We were already charged a cleaning fee, but then received a message warning us that we could be charged an additional fee if we didn’t clean before leaving. That felt unnecessary and confusing. I don’t want to worry about extra charges while I’m packing my things. If guests are expected to clean before leaving, then the cleaning fee doesn’t make much sense. We left the place clean, but the warning message still made me uncomfortable. Aside from that, everything else was great and we appreciated the stay!

Great location, very short walk to the beach across 30A and nice couple areas within walking distance to get a drink, coffee, food, beach items. Pool was in good shape, a nice add for the trip.Only downside for me on the trip was the WiFi (and in turn cell service, though this has been the case often for me on trips down to 30A). I work a decent amount on these family trips and the WiFi was very very slow and because the whole 30A area generally has terrible cell service using a hotspot doesn't help. Not a big issue, nor anything enough to take off a star just a note for those of you working a bit while here.Either way one of the top houses we've had a chance to stay in down in the area and could see us coming back in the future.

Great place, short walk to private beach. 2 parking space is a plus. Allowed to check in early, just had a misunderstanding with management and door was unlocked and wide open when I was not around, good thing nothing was missing. Comfy, pool a little smaller than expected, but we still enjoyed. Exiting Air Bnb, pretty easy and not much work. We will stay here again! Thank you,

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. It was perfect for a quick girls trip to 30a. We walked to Seaside each day. Perfect location and very close to the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this unit for a quick family vacation before our kids went back to school and it made going back to reality so hard! The location was perfect, having us within 5 minutes of many of our favorite restaurants, a quick walk to the beach, and even still has some slim views of the Gulf from the balcony. We had 4 adults & 3 kids and there was plenty of room for us all. The trolley to the beach was a huge plus especially since we brought great-grandma along! The clean was amazing, with plenty of soaps, linens, and starter goodies. Benchmark sent the information on our unit and the area well in advance so we were all able to pack accordingly and truly relax the moment we arrived. The community was full of friendly people and we felt right at home, the kids making plenty of friends at the pool. We’ll absolutely return to this unit in the future!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Having rented through Benchmark for several years, we expected a quality rental unit and we got it. Of course anything adjacent to a pool and near the ocean is not going to be perfect. There will be things like some green stuff in cracks on wooden rails, some wear on things, etc., but this place was perfect for 2 grandparents, all 3 of their children and their significant other (6), and 3 grandkids ranging in age from 2 to 10. The pool was right out the backdoor. Starbucks and other places were 2 blocks away. The property description was accurate. Benchmark was very responsive and dealt with a non-issue very professionally. We would recommend this place AND renting bikes from some place.

We walked to Alys Beach and downtown Rosemary with no problems. The only issue we had was lack of supplies. Coming for a weekend we didn’t want to have to buy extra toilet paper and garbage bags. We’ve never experienced that before. There were also no beach/pool towels and we were forced to use our bathroom towels. We didn’t go to the beach but we could only imagine how gross they would get.

The condo was perfect for our weekend getaway with incredible beach views. The chairs and umbrella that came with the rental were easy to access and made it much more relaxing not having to carry our own back and forth. Benchmark Management was very proactive in communicating with us from booking to check out. Very responsive if I had questions and accommodated us when we arrived a little earlier than check in. Place was pristine and exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and “beachy” with an amazing view of the beach. Complimentary umbrella and chairs were much appreciated. Information provided at booking was also very helpful when we were looking for restaurants. We would definitely stay there again! HIGHLY recommend Benchmark Management.

The stay was great, everything was clean. Had everything we needed to cook. It was not crowed during our stay, we were able to find parking and the elevators did not take long.
The hosts communication was great. The walk to the beach was short and easy. I would definitely stay again.

Every kitchen item you would every need, and more plates, cups, and utensils than anyone is like to use. The backyard was wonderful. It was shaded most of the day and a great place to cook and hangout. The pool was bigger and deeper than it appears in the pictures. The house is a a two minute walk from the beach access, and the beach of gorgeous. It’s also conveniently situated not only the The Big Chill entertainment area, but to Seaside and Rosemary Beach. We highly recommend.

It is about a 4min walk to beach and less than a minute drive on golf cart. There is no parking permitted for the public beach access so you can only take golf cart to haul and drop off/pick up. The kids loved the pool in the backyard. Overall very happy with our stay!

The property was clean and well maintained and in a great location. The beach was not crowded and the management team was very attentive and helpful. We had such a lovely, relaxing vacation!

House was very beautiful , although several updates require attention . Carpet in first floor bedroom was frayed, stained. Outdoor refrigerator, behind bar is rusted and need replaced, outdoor cabinets need painted . Outdoor gas fire pit does not work, garbage disposals are burdensome to operate and the house has a cockroach issue . Our guests had cockroaches crawl on them while sleeping and cockroaches found in bathrooms . I would suggest these issues be addressed

Reviewer Comments: This unit comes with plenty of seating along with extra folding chairs and a table in a closet which was helpful when we had friends over for a game night and dinner. The kitchen has every possible cooking utensil and pan you’ll need as well as every kind of drinking glass under the sun! The beach is super close (one street away and a small walk through the complex) however the complex golf cart service is extremely quick and gets you and your things there in no time. There is no beach gear for use in this unit besides some baby beach toys in an outside storage bin so be prepared with your own. Lots of closet space in each bedroom. Also a nice feature is a bathroom for each bedroom (a shower is shared between 2&3). Well priced for what you get.

My family and I vacationed at a fabulous beach condo on 30A strip (Rosemary beach/Seaside). Benchmark Management ensured a hassle free check-in and in advance gave us useful info about restaurants, etc. Complimentary beach chair/umbrellas were also much appreciated. Home was immaculately kept and communication via text was timely and perfect! HIGHLY recommended.
