My family had a great stay. Checking in and out was made simple and for the price, we were located conveniently to the beach and dining. We will recommend and use your services again in the future.

We booked this property because of the beach shuttle and the nice amenities. We’re notified hours before checking in that the shuttle was unavailable for the day. We couldn’t find parking so we lost beach time as a family. The next day we asked for the shuttle times and time were given. So we waited and no shuttle came. I tried to call the company, no answer but they texted and said it was still not operational. No offer of a golf cart or other assistance.
So the shuttle was out of service, the hot tub was also shut down, and the elevator inspection expired in 2023. Several of the kitcken dishes were dirty, the bathroom had a leak and hair in the tub. Door knobs loose. Small things but they add up when you think you’ve booked a nice place.
We asked for compensation, they said no but offered 5% off a future stay. We then used the Airbnb app to ask and they gave us a $220 refund. Which is nice but doesn’t cover a golf cart rental, or chair rentals when we had to bike to the beach.

If you want to be steps from the beach, this is your spot! It is a great location for beach access. It is as pictured, perfect for a couple. The area is a few minutes drive from Seaside. If you are interested in going there, get bikes (no golf cart parking at the condo). Also you will want to note that the private beach has chair & umbrella rentals (cash/check only). They set up very early so if you bring your own, you will likely be behind the rentals. Bring some cash & at least rent the umbrella for the week so you have a spot saved! We did visit during the week of July 4th so saving a spot was a must.

The seaview from the living room is millon dollar view. The beach is right at your footsteps and the area is people friendly and all the restaurants and grocery stores are nearby. You won't have any negative view for this property and i personally recommend this to any one with friends and family planning to enjoy and make some good lifetime memories at the beach.

We did end up doing quite a bit of cleaning when arrived because lots of trash was left, beers and solo cups in the pool and pool filter… I think the property would benefit from just like a weekend of deep cleaning before more guests! Lots of stains on pillow shams, chair covers, etc. broken tiles in kitchen and bathrooms. It was a great spot very walkable to beach, lots of room for our family… no complaints except that and the crazy parking disputes between the neighbors across from us and beside us … which resulted in a parking enforcement guy accusing us of not being parked correctly a few times, even though we were and we were not involved in any disputes.

We stayed Saturday-Saturday , loved the location w 2 small children, after spending mornings at the beach, children came back to play in the pool. Other people renting were very respectful with no noise at night. We had read previous reviews about issue w fridge, response was fixed. The fridge is NOT fixed!!! The fridge doesn't work, I paid $3,900 for 7 nights, you would think they would replace the fridge. They have a small fridge that sits on the counter. we had to put ice trays and some frozen foods in there. in their email, instructions were to fill fridge so would cool properly. it did not!! We understand this house has new owners, shame on the management co for not having properly working primary fridge in the summer.

Although this wasn’t my first time staying in an Airbnb this was my first time booking one for myself. The first four nights we spent fighting bees which we didn’t plan for. We couldn’t enjoy the balcony because of the bee nest and when I contacted the host (BenchMark Management) they only said they would reach out to HOA. That was their response every time, however by the time they actually reached out it was literally one and a half day before my checkout which was (4th of July) asking if I wanted to find another place to stay. (Everything was booked) Never once sent anyone to check the nest (a full swarm of bees) with this being my very first time booking , I would have never thought it would be like this. Unprofessional, lacking the proper response for an urgent turn around time. On top of only given one parking space (pass) with your name and apartment number on it for everyone to see (that’s dangerous) and you aren’t allowed visitors. Although the place was beautiful.

Do not trust their guide book. Their guide book has not been updated yet. And I dont think the bbq grill considered as out door amenities. It should be considered as common area by pool. There was licking from the ceiling.

The condo could benefit from some updates, as several elements such as the blinds and fixtures appeared worn and in need of replacement. Additionally, there was a noticeable musty odor upon arrival. Given the cost, some renovations would greatly enhance the overall experience and value to go with the beautiful view and location.

We loved our stay here! Company is very responsive to issues/questions. This location is great and we felt very safe. Not truly walkable to any public beach access but there are a couple that are a short golf cart/bike ride away. House has plenty of bikes, wagon and beach chairs for the beach. Perfect for families.

Great place and right by 30a.. Got subway and couple of cool places right beside the place.. Got two pools and place is on ground floor so easy to get in and out.. The interior can use update for bed and iron

Vitamin Sea was a beautiful home in a great location, away from the large crowds, but just close enough to whatever you may choose to do. It was a very peaceful and safe feeling neighborhood with great views and a close walk to the beach! We had 6 adults, a toddler and an infant and felt it was plenty spacious. It’s a rental, so we didn’t expect perfection, but the showers could use a revamp (mold/mildew) and the downstairs king bed mattress wasn’t the greatest. I would recommend this home to friends, and would stay here again myself.

The condo was very clean, so that was a definite plus. Loved the kitchen. Overall, it was good, not great. I would likely not stay again with my group of six people. Yes, if just myself or with my spouse. it’s just a bit farther away from the side of PCB we wanted to go do things at. Which wouldn’t have been terrible were it not for the road construction. We often found ourselves in traffic.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of room and everything we needed inside. We had a very quick walk to the beach, restaurants and ice cream.

We stayed at our happy place. The location was perfect right in the middle of 30A. The place was nice and clean and the management company was great. The address was a little confusing to find the place, but other than that we had a wonderful stay.
