Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Haven by the Sea from 12/27-1/4/25 and our family of five had a great time, plenty of space and fun. The home was in a quiet neighborhood with two pools (one was heated), about 1/4 mile walk from the beach. It is an easy walk, even with a 15 month old baby. Our teen and pre-teen enjoyed their time, as well. The home had ample cookware, and we cooked every morning and evening. We would absolutely stay again.

We had an amazing vacation in Destin and loved the unit! It was very clean, comfortable, and cute! The heated pool and hot tubs were great amenities. The beach was absolutely gorgeous and so close! We were able to watch sunrises and sunsets over the ocean. The location was very central to everything we had planned to do in the area. It was a perfect week and we can’t wait to come back!

We were looking for peace and relaxation and that’s exactly what we found here.
We love this area of Santa Rosa/Seagrove and this was our second stay with Benchmark. This location was walkable to so many great restaurants, coffee shops,boutiques,souvenir shops.
Also, only 1.5 miles to Seaside and 5 miles to Rosemary Beach. It’s a perfect location to be in the middle of all the fantastic towns down 30a.
This townhome is gorgeous and decorated with high end furnishings, hardware.
As soon as we walked in, the first impression was clean. It smelled amazing and was pristine.
The bedding is plush and the bed was super comfortable.
We didn’t cook during our stay, but the kitchen was very well stocked had we decided to do so(you’ll only need your groceries and seasonings).
Parking was only one space, but it’s at your front door so it’s very convenient.
With it being on the gulf side, the unobstructed views on both levels were unmatched.
Highly recommend this home as well as the host.

Our stay at Pinewood was nothing short of amazing. Very clean and matched the description. The amenities were top notch and we enjoyed the hot tub and pool and the nature. The location was perfect as well as it was near 30A and all the amazing things down by Gulf Place.

This was a great airbnb! You can walk to the beach in under a minute, great amenities and super close to shops, restaurants etc. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

We had a fun-filled family vacation at Benchmark Management’s Beach Bungalow In Santa Rosa Beach, Florida! The sweet little beach house was a 2 bedroom home with en-suite bathrooms, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, pool, and hot tub. It was a close walk to the beach and the bike trails that span the coast. Benchmark Management was responsive and supportive throughout our stay, even resolving a heating issue over the holidays, and they helped us with renting bicycles for the whole family. The check in and check out procedures were clearly described and easy to follow. The whole process was smooth. We can’t wait to return again soon. Thank you!

Loved being on the beach and waking up to a beautiful sunrise and watching Ching the sunset from the balcony. Pool is great, management folks were very nice. A 24/7 Tom Thumb convenience store directly across the street, Goatfeathers seafood market 1/4 mile. Everything contributes to a fun and relaxing vacation!!

6 teens/2 adults stayed the week after Christmas. Spotless & beautiful, uncluttered & much larger than it appeared in the photos (high ceilings!) Plenty of room for us all to eat & sleep & hang out together or separately, although both showers are only accessible through bedrooms. We loved the porches & balconies, & the 3 bikes were great for exploring 30A & the beach. It was a quick ride (or walk) to a beautiful public beach as well as coffee/smoothies/adult drinks & amazing outdoor dining at Beachy Bean & Old Florida Fish House. Gorgeous neighborhood! Teens rode bikes further to Seaside & Rosemary Beach on the bike trail for shopping/treats. Pool was heated & beautiful- but a little chilly for swimming this time of year. The house had ample kitchen amenities (no outdoor grill) but only came with one kitchen towel & no consumables like salt & pepper, oil, foil, etc, so bring these from home or buy at Publix/Walmart (15ish mins away). Highly recommend-host was responsive & helpful!

This unit has that clean feeling that you can detect as soon as you step in! Each of us felt like it was the kind of place the owner would stay in themselves - very nice & very well kept. Everything was very clean. Near by - you can walk to the beach and many different restaurants. We enjoyed this location very much! The team was very communicative with us through text & were always available for us to text back. There’s no laundry in unit, but there’s a laundry room right below the unit on the first floor. There’s an elevator & this unit is right off the elevator. We LOVED our stay here & hope to be able to come back.

The Airbnb was great for our family. We had more than enough space and the layout was perfect. The host was great and communicated thoroughly and promptly.
The location is the best and could not be beaten. It’s walking distance to everything and easy to get to. We will stay here again when we come back.

The outside looks a bit dated but the condo is great. Modern. Comfortable beds. Great sofa. Recliner was so good. The balcony view awesome. My wife wanted to make sure we secure for next year’s New Year’s Eve trip.

Pros: Great views of the ocean. Can see sunrise and sunset. Nice sand on private beach and wasn’t crowded. Decent backyard for kids to play. Safe being on first floor. Lots of shops and family friendly things to do in the area (including the house from Truman show!). Fast internet. TVs had all the apps you need. Well decorated. Had all appliances needed. Responsive host. Key code for door.
Cons: Low shower pressure in master shower. Pool not heated so couldn’t use (also seemed a little dirty). One outlet in master bath was not covered. Couch was a little dirty (understandable given it’s on the beach).

Our stay was great. Very spacious and never felt crowded. Kitchen was the best I have ever experienced and the whole house was clean and comfortable. It's location was close to the ocean and stores. Golf cart was a huge bonus for taking our items to the beach and back.

We really enjoyed our stay! The only thing we didn’t like was the tv in the family room. It kept going out and it was difficult to watch college football games. Location was excellent, close to some really good restaurants.
