The pictures were not as shown. It’s smaller than appeared. The master bed, had gnats. And they were abundant the next morning in the bathroom.
The kitchen area was really nice, with full amenities. The couch was small. It was a one day stay, so it was okay, it is close to restaurants and close to the beach. That a major plus. Other than that. A few tweaks could be helpful and get rid of gnats.

The apartment was super clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The private beach was a huge plus! The hosts were very responsive and went out of their way to help. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great location and so convenient to the beach. We were there on 4th of July weekend and the beach was not crowded at all! Condo was even better than pictured. We were missing washcloths upon arrival, but I was able to send a message and they took care of it promptly. I would love to stay there again!

The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and looked exactly like the pictures. The location was great — we could walk to most places, and driving was super easy too. It was also gated, so we felt safe the whole time.
A few downsides: We were told there might be limited towels and linens, which was fine, but when we ran out of laundry pods (only 2 were provided) and asked for more to wash the towels, they said they don’t do refills. Also, parking ended up costing $23 for the weekend, but that wasn’t made clear until halfway through our trip after we got a warning.
The biggest issue was the excursions. The listing made it seem like all experiences were included for the whole group, but it turns out you only get one ticket per activity, and everyone else has to pay. That part felt very misleading and was one of the main reasons we booked, so it was disappointing.
Overall, the space was nice and the location made it easy to enjoy the city, but just be aware of the extra costs before booking!

Stayed here for one night. It was a great location close to the beach, very walkable and safe. However, it was hard to check in because the lock did not work. After a while they fixed this problem but this should’ve been taken care of. The place looks great in the pictures but once you get there is not what it seems. The unit had a lot of space and things you need like extra blankets and towels. We opened the sofa bed and notice they did not clean it.
The bed sheets were used and had stains on them and we also found underwear that was left from someone else in the sofa bed. There was food everywhere around the couch and next to the sofa bed. This place definitely need more maintenance. Not worth the amount of money we paid for one night.

House is beautiful, just as described & great location! Unfortunately, the AC/thermostat stopped working on the 3rd floor after the 1st night…Management responded & said they would send someone, but no one ever came out. The heat was awful, made it extremely hard to sleep. The shower head/water pressure in the master bathroom shower was very weak. We killed two roaches in the kitchen….one was crawling on the stove while I was cooking :( & we killed one on the dining table. The rooftop area would have been really nice, but there were several roaches and spiders up there. For $3300 for 3 nights, this home should have definitely been 1000% better treated by pest control. We did notify management, and they just said they would notify pest control. House would have been great without these issues.

This studio style condo was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 children! Super close to beach access and the pool! We stayed over the 4th of July and the beach wasn’t near as crowded as we thought it would be! The condo was clean and well stocked for what we needed! We would definitely stay here again for a long weekend in the future!

Property needs some maintenance. Management company was responsive to needs that could be addressed immediately. Sliding door is rusted and very difficult to slide..broken handle as well that was not fixed during our stay. Several electrical issues in unit as well- AC quit working one night. Kitchen is sparsely stocked and no extras such as salt/pepper/coffee filters etc in unit.

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. We talked to a few owners who were really nice. It was great getting to walk out the back door and be steps from the beach. The unit was nice and updated. Only one thing bothered us while we were there and it was the sliding back door. It was hard to open and wouldn’t slide open all the way.

This property was perfect for our extended family. Plenty of room for kids and adults. We loved the private pool and socialized a lot in the screened porch. Numerous decks allowed for private reading time.A quick walk (about 3 city blocks) to the private beach with our kids and all beach necessities. Beautiful white sand! Chair and umbrella rental available.The kitchen was well supplied. I loved having pans and utensils that were similar to my own.Great bedding and pillows and plenty of extra pillows and fleece blankets for snuggling.The breakfast counter seats 5 in the kitchen. A large table in the dining room comfortably seats about 10 but we ate most of our meals on the screen porch.Pool was serviced just before we arrived and once during the week. There is also a poolside outdoor shower. Kids loved a nighttime swim with glow sticks. Also did a glow stick walk on the beach!We were able to walk for ice cream, coffee and other treats. A number of fun restaurants and venues close to the Villa. Bike and other rentals within walking distance. Also a trail head for a State park and walking trail.We had a couple small issues that were addressed by management within 24 hours.We may be returning to Villa La La

Perfect 4th of July vacay with an awesome view. Had a front row view of the annual fireworks show from the comfort of our private balcony. This was my 1st experience with renting with The Benchmark Team and it will not be the last.

We really enjoyed our stay at Beachside condos. It’s a 3 minutes walk from the beach and about 11 minutes from the bike route. We had our dog and it’s dog friendly with doggie bags outside.
