Beautiful condo worked perfect for our vacation. It was very peaceful but a bit hard to find. Water pressure in main bath was lacking otherwise space was perfect

Great little condo. Has everything you need. Loved having a view of the gulf from the large balcony. Easy to walk down to the beach. I would recommend letting people know there are quite a few stairs to go down to the beach. But it was convenient to go to the beach and the condo quickly. Loved having complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. The condo interior and building exterior could use a few paint touch ups but overall it was a great place.

This house was as described. One of the cleaner houses we have visited . Near restaurants and shops . Says 9 minute walk to back but with small kids it took closer to 20. Quite area. We will return.

We booked this condo spur of the moment. It was exactly as described. We appreciated the private beach access, the lived-in feeling of the space, the ease of access, and the responsiveness of the property manager.
Would love more towels. But the property manager was upfront with the towel count provided. We just didn't plan accordingly and had to do laundry on our weekend trip. Minor thing, but on us. Just pointing it out for those folks who might care.
We would definitely rent this property again.

This condo was just like the pictures!! I felt secure with the codes at the pool/beach access. Very spacious and clean. Would definitely come back!!

This was a very clean and well decorated property to stay at. The only mentionable annoyances were the bedroom universal TV remote did not operate the TV (which we use to fall asleep at night) and the outdoor balcony had a wasp nest up high and a bee colony down in flooring of the decking. Unable to really sit outside, which was unfortunate.

Although they charge a cleaning fee, we're choosing to leave the space in great condition. By doing a bit of tidying up and taking out the trash, we'll make it easy for them to simply wash the bed sheets, blankets, and left most of the towels in dryer we had no issues checking in and out it was a 24min drive to Miramar were we had other family staying the house was extremely comfortable right across the street from a lake where our other guests enjoyed fishing and the playground for they baby no pool but we was always on the go enjoying family they had something planned everyday I couldn’t enjoy the house as much as I wanted to but enjoyed the time we did . Don’t hesitate on booking this beauty no issues with nothing come with grill didn’t get a chance to barbecue don’t know how to use gas but we did cook breakfast every morning except family brunch on Sunday want be our last time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great, not a far walk to beach or lake. The house itself is spacious for a larger group. We had enough parking for 3 vehicles. The outside shower is nice, they had some games for the kids. Plenty of towels provided, everything worked. Ice machine was a bonus. There were some soft spots in the floor that were a little concerning, but overall the house was updated and nicely furnished. The beds were comfy too which is a big plus.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have two things I would like to point out. Looking outside there is a fence and gate you see instead of this nice view of the ocean in the picture. Also people are constantly walking in front of your window to get to the beach. So there is NO privacy if you have the curtains open. The condo was very clean, but there was an overwelming smell walking into the was some sort of air freshener, or a heavily scented cleaning product. The refrigerator smelled like there was an open jug of clorox in it. Which I guess is better than it being dirty, but the smells were very overpowering.

Love the place felt like i was at home but more luxurious K was caught off guard for the parking that you have to pay $40 for your parking spot but either then that it was a great experience!

We had such a nice family vacation at Seaside. Bella Vista is such a cozy beach home that is in a perfect location. We had everything we needed and enjoyed spending a lot of time on the big, screened in front porch.

The room was great , and was exactly as pictured . The wait for the elevators. Especially on weekends was unreasonablely long. Not to mention, one stopped working for a whole day.

Pase un fin de semana mágico con mi familia. Despertar, ver el amanecer y caminar a la orilla del mar a las 6am sin tener que prender el carro para llegar a la playa es algo maravilloso. Todo queda súper cerca.
El apartamento tal cual como se ve en las fotos, todo limpio.

We had a great stay. Enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. There were also beach chairs and other beach gear that was very helpful. The pool was also nice and neighbors were friendly.
