Stayed at The Legacy #403 the space was exactly what we needed for 2 families to celebrate a graduation 👩‍🎓 I highly recommend eating at Borago if you want the best Italian 🥘

We really enjoyed our stay here for our “babymoon” vacation! The location is great, with a short walk to beach access within close proximity to Pompano Joe’s. We also had no issues with noise from those surrounding us. The condo was very clean as well. Great stay for the week and highly recommended!

This condo is beautifully decorated and very very clean. Probably one of the most comfy beds I’ve ever slept in. Everything was in working condition and as described. Perfect view of the water. The kitchen had everything you could need, and all of it was high quality utensils and pots/pans. They don’t provide salt, pepper, coffee, etc. so be sure to bring those. Or just go to the coffee shop 1/2 mile down the road :) It’s a very short little drive to Seaside. We loved it here!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying here with access to the pool and the grassy area! My kids were able to go outside and wait for the pool or the beach rather than standing by the door. I wish we had known ahead of time that there were no beach towels and the TVs didn't all work. This was not a huge deal since they didn't watch tv often in the bedrooms.

This was our first beach trip in 3 years and our first beach trip as a family of 3. It was a beautiful place and was right on the beach! We had a little mishap with the floors when we first got there but management was so kind and responded fast to fix the problem! We would definitely stay again in the future!

This home was the best of both worlds! Beautiful lake view (pics don’t do it justice), a few houses from the pool and less than 2 minute walk to the beautiful walkway to soft, white beaches!
The home was so huge and spacious!
The outside closet was filled with floats, chairs, etc. There was even a pack n play in the closet upstairs for our little one!
Our crew walked about 5 minutes each day to the Pickleball courts. One morning my husband and I walked to the little Beach cafe coffee shop and enjoyed breakfast outside.
From reading other reviews, I’d wondered about cleanliness and such but everything was perfect! There may have been a few super light stains on the solid white couches and also in the shower upstairs but you could tell it had all been cleaned so well! And realistically speaking, who can actually keep a white couch white?😂
Overall, we all felt like we were staying in a Barbie dream house- The home, the gated community, the amenities….We can’t wait to return!❤️

We had a wonderful time! The location on the 3rd floor offered beautiful ocean views, and being just steps from the beach was a huge bonus—especially since we had quite a bit to carry. Parking was easy and never overcrowded, which made coming and going stress-free.
We were lucky to have friendly neighbors, and the local tent/chair rental team was incredibly kind and attentive to the property’s guests. They had everything set up early each morning, which made our beach days so relaxing.
The location is also very convenient—close to grocery stores, shopping, and great dining options. Communication was smooth and clear from start to finish, which made check-in and check-out a breeze.
I absolutely recommend this unit and hope to return again soon. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great stay! Roomier than the photos suggest. Fantastic location. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. Excellent private beach access. We very much appreciated the beach service loungers and umbrella included in the rental. Well stocked kitchen. No complaints. Would stay again. We couldn’t find the gate code when we arrived (my fault) and the host was accessible and provided an immediate response.

What a great place to stay! The beds were so comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, pool was amazing. We felt safe, loved how close we were to the beach & there was so much to do in town.
