We had a great stay at this condo! The only negative was the check-in process—the door handle opens to the left rather than right and it took quite a bit of time to figure this out. We called the number provided by the management company and had to wait for a while to get a response. Had the instructions provided explained the door handle, I would have no negative feedback at all. The condo is on a beautiful piece of property with beach access, pool, and hot tub. We really enjoyed the big balcony and stunning views. My mother in law has some mobility issues and it was very accessible for her. The kitchen was well stocked, beds are comfy, and it was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

We were here for a wedding and this location was beyond perfect! The property was extremely clean and everything was within walking distance! The property manager was also extremely helpful and quick to respond to anything we asked. We will definitely be back to stay here again!

We were very impressed with their responsiveness to any questions we had concerning our rental: my voicemail inquiry was answered via text within an hour, and my text questions were answered immediately. This is the first time (after renting along 30A for many years) that we had such a quick and helpful response from a management company. We will definitely rent through Benchmark Management in the future!

We had a wonderful winter stay - complete with snow on the beach! The property was exactly as listed - perfect size, excellent location, and easy access to the beach. Only downside was the unit below (on the ground level) was under construction. That caused a lot of noise - making the porch unusable. We also had construction workers on ladders that could see over the porch and also into our windows - very uncomfortable. Definitely wish we had been told about this. Otherwise, things were great

We were very pleased with our stay in this vacation rental. The rental is well laid out with a nice ocean-facing balcony with beautiful views of the ocean. The 2nd floor unit was clean and in very good condition. The furniture and appliances were clean and in good condition as well. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools that we needed. The unit is located in a great spot along Hwy 30A. There were many great restaurant options nearby. We will definitely consider this as our destination next year!

We had a great stay at Bungalow 6. Very comfortable with a great location across from the beach; and a beautiful view of the gulf from the balcony. Happy that our dog was allowed!

Reviewer Comments: My vacation was great the condo I stayed in was decorated really well and had everything I need...well If you plan on cooking I do wish there was a better knife set. Other than that, I had a great time spending a week in this condo across from the beach. You can't beat a 5 minute walk to the sand-white beaches which got covered in snow on my last date. I will be staying here again in the future!

I’ve made it an annual post Christmas tradition to spend time at Seagrove. For the past three years I’ve made it a point to stay at Palms because it’s such a hidden gem! B9 did not disappoint. The condo was perfect, so bright, lovely, well appointed, and simply beautiful. The view was even better. Thankful for such a wonderful week away at my favorite place.

The private beach access is a short walk to a gorgeous beach with sand as white as sugar. The house was well-stocked with games, kitchen ware, even a beach wagon in the closet! There a several little eating and shopping areas just a few minutes away. Bikes were available for rental, too, right on sight. Questions to Benchmark were answered within minutes and helpful. Highly recommend and would love to return.

Our family had a so wonderful vacation at the Villas at Sunset Beach in the Rosemary Beach during the new year! The unit is Amazing，it is very tasteful, stylish and clean！we can see the excellent management job! the style is what I like, high quality and complete amenities made us very comfortable and felt so convenient!, very impressive for the beautiful ocean view in front of the room! Great Unit! The owners clearly care about it and keep things nice for guests. Enjoyed the space, the view, and the size and amenities of the unit. No complaints. I'll stay here again if I have a chance to visit the area.
