Annual High Pointe Resort stay- our 4th time renting this unit!!!
Always a great stay and some noticeable improvements this year (new patio furniture, more trash cans etc).
High Pointe is the BEST! Beautiful pool, beach access (zero steps if you choose) with chairs/umbrella included, Crabby Steve’s, walkable to Rosemary Beach!

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed at Margarita Days in Seaside. We enjoy the location of this property as it places us near everything in Seaside including beach access. Perfect place for a ‘getaway’ for 2.

We had an incredible stay at our Seagrove condo in 30A. Benchmark made the check-in and out process super smooth and the condo was more than well-equipped for our family to stay comfortably for a week. It was very clean and we loved how great the water pressure was in all of the showers. You can tell they put a lot of work into making their properties comfortable (and beautiful) for their guests.

This was such a fantastic place at such a convenient location. The place was clean, quiet and next to so many businesses and most importantly, the beach! The only thing to keep in mind is to bring additional personal items (e.g., paper towels, laundry detergent) if you are staying longer than a week as the property provides limited supplies. We highly recommend this place if your goal is to relax with family, explore the beautiful beaches and towns around this area, hang out by the pool and enjoy some great live music every night down at the adjancent plaza!

Beautiful space in a beautiful location! You will be right on the beach in seconds. There is also a running/biking trail right in the front so it was very convenient to go straight from a run or bike to swimming in the ocean. Publix is only a 5 min drive away in case you need groceries or some last minute items. Very responsive host with very clear instructions. Would definitely recommend staying at this location.

What a lovely property! EXCELLENT location, the room was exactly as pictured, clean, unbeatable view and had what we needed for a comfortable stay. The only minor issue is the small amount of supplies (toilet paper, paper towels and dishwasher tabs) for a week stay for two people, I had to go out and buy supplies and leave them behind - hopefully the next renters will have them on hand. The included beach chair service was perfect and the bike rentals were delivered on time. Benchmark was very communicative and provided timely responses to all questions. I will definitely be using Benchmark Management again and hopefully the same unit. It is the end of season and a deep detailed cleaning should be in order, don't misunderstand this statement. It was clean to the standard of a quick turn over for next renters - it should not not deter anyone from renting this condo. NOTE: Beach towels are not included so you will need to bring your own or buy them there.

Our stay at 108 SandCliffs was awesome , great condo and exactly like pics on website. We will definitely stay here again but our only complaint is the wifi needs to be upgraded, my wife and I both had to work and the internet is very weak and tv buffers all the time and appeared to be no cable, just streaming, thank goodness we had cell phone hotspot to work off of. HVAC went on the blink when we got there and Gus was there in no time time to fix the problem, he was great! Thanks for a wonderful week! Tim/Kim

We had a Great time on 30A, great condo, very clean, perfect views, and Benchmark made sure that our vacation was perfect!! Thanks for the memories, we will be back using Benchmark for accommodations!

Absolutely beautiful location. Waking up to the view of the ocean was wonderful. The pools and other amenities only added to this being a perfect vacation getaway. The owners helpful and easily available for any questions or needs. Definitely one to come back to on a future trip.

We had access to a golf cart with was helpful around the area and the space itself was so fun for our entire group! Great location, clean, and overall great experience.

The unit was very clean with updated appliances (loved the shower heads). The only issue we had was trying to cook a steam pot on the stove top. It was probably user error but I don't think the eyes on the stove liked the pot (more like a tin bucket). Communication was superior and we absolutely loved our stay!

Sea Jam was a great stay for our group of 7 and they were dog friendly too which was amazing because we were able to bring our pups. There was plenty of room for everyone and the house had everything we needed. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. We did notice that there were ants in the kitchen but management had laid out traps so they did address that prior to our arrival. The best part of our stay was the pool and backyard, we loved being able to dip in whenever! The grill was a perk, the first day we arrived we were able to relax in the pool and have a grill day. There’s two major grocery stores nearby which was so convenient for us. We were only about 15 min away from Pier Park and the beach is about a 5-7 min walk. This place was perfect and we’re definitely considering booking again for next year.

Property was as described. Beatitful view and easy bike ride/walk to so many restaurants and shopping. We had a few lilttle hiccups at start with the coffee maker and AC unit but they quickly got it resolved. I would recommend packing some supplies like coffee filters, salt/pepper etc as there is none of this in the unit; however there are plenty of cooking utensils/pots/pans etc. We would definitely rent here again .

While we did have some issues with the pool, management was quick to help resolve and it seemed to be an isolated incident.

Wonderful stay! Very clean property. Perfectly situated between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Very comfortable and quiet space. I could see living there! The unit is on the end, closest to the the boardwalk to the beach. We felt very safe and secure there. The beach was populated in that area, but not crowded. There was distance between groups of people on the beach. Over all, a wonderful and relaxing stay. We will be back.
