Beautiful bungalow, clean, well-stocked and comfortable. Host company was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay. About a 6-10 minute walk from the beach. The restaurants and shops are about 1.5 miles away, too far away to walk when it is hot and it is almost impossible to find parking near them this time of year. We would recommend bikes. We ended up driving to Grayton Beach too, which was fantastic with less people and we could bring lots of heavier beach stuff without the walk. Beautiful location overall, short drives to Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary, and Grayton State Park - if you can find a park.

Great location, super easy beach chair rentals right there with all day attendant. Beach view, walkable to Seaside and Cafe 30a. Will come back!

Great place, the house is actually bigger than what you see in the pictures.
Being on the 1st floor is great if you come with kids. Very good pool area with chairs, tables and restrooms.
Short walk to the beach.
We will definitely consider it again in the future.

All I have to say is we had a wonderful summer vacation with the family. The condo was extremely clean and spacious also had a beautiful balcony view. There was a 2 things that we wasn’t happy with but it also wasn’t a big deal. 1st thing was we wish we had a little bit more kitchen essentials and the master room a/c wasn’t working the rest of the condo was extremely cold just not the master bedroom other than that we love the stay and we will be using benchmark for the future summer vacation Thank you

Perfect for our family of 4. Short walk to the beach with easy access. We didn’t realize we couldn’t rent chairs on the beach since it’s a private beach that is only available to the condos in front of this one. So we had to buy chairs and walk past the private beach sign. Wasn’t a problem though. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was as described. It was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach was an easy walk. The complex is quiet and peaceful. It is a great budget friendly stay.

Previous 3 star reviews from years back gave some worry but decided to pull the trigger and I am glad we did. This was the best condo that I have ever stayed in on 30A. You can tell it was recently renovated throughly. The views from the balcony rival any view on 30A I have experienced. The beach was super private it seemed only 4 family’s during the middle of July staying the short week we were there so had the place to ourselves it felt like. The stairs could be a deterrent but we just made sure we took everything we needed and it was fine, we even have a 8 week old and it wasn’t bad at all. Overall I am thrilled with the condo and the beach, highly recommend!

We had such a pleasant family vacation here and the home was perfect for us. Short walk to the beach and they were very accommodating for an early check in the day of. The pool in the backyard was very clean and well kept. The home itself was very clean and spacious. We had no problems with communication with the property management! Highly recommend booking this home for your next vacation!

Do wish better TV's and in the bedrooms but not much space for it. Otherwise, very well equipped.

Lived staying at this location. Just a few steps to the beach and a doughnut shop. Restaurants were in close proximity and the pool was great. Would definitely recommend staying at this location and we will definitely be back.

We loved our 5 day trip to Seaside! This quaint, original Seaside cottage is ideally located on Tupelo and had everything we needed. We loved the big, screened in porch and the large outdoor shower. Very short walk to the beach and a short stroll to pool/town center.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It’s a convenient location to multiple shops and restaurants. I would advise those booking to realize the bike rentals should be booked in advance because we booked once we got checked in and they couldn’t deliver until several days into our trip. I would say it’s great for one family due to one living room area.

Had a great stay at this VRBO in Santa Rosa Beach! The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach and nearby bars, which made everything convenient. The place itself was clean and comfortable, and the communication with the host was smooth from start to finish. Getting in was easy, and everything was as expected. I’d definitely stay here again.

The house appeared to have not been cleaned just straightened up. There were still things present from previous guests left out on counter. The floors throughout were so disgusting just walking barefoot from room to room our feet were black. My shower wasnt clean nor was the one on the 2nd floor. We didnt have sheets for the pullout. We only had 1 towel per guest which meant we were constantly having to wash our towels. We werent provided with any full supplies, we have a quarter of a paper towel roll and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and none were new, they were all about half used already. We were told there were 8 bikes only to find out it was only 4, the description also listed surround sound for music on deck upstairs but there were no instructions and no info to attempt to figure it out, the fridge wasnt cold, it took 2 days for our items to start getting cold.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this beautifully brand new upscale decorated condo. The condo is on 2nd floor in the 4th building. Great location. About a mile to the beach but very easy to get to. There is a very nice pool in the complex. Everything was top notch we would definitely like to stay here again soon.

Three adults. Unit was great, location is very nice. We did not use our car during our stay and rented bikes to ride to Seaside or local establishments. . A large amount of cart rentals too. Beach was great, only issue is beach service starts picking up chairs and umbrella around 4….two hours too early. We would come back again. Wish they had a guest book with previous renter comments on restaurants, etc
