Very Nice property, great views, in good condition. Only negatives are 3rd floor with no elevator and, while plenty of pots, pans, dishes and silverware, no basics like salt/pepper, etc. in kitchen. Would definitely though stay again. Benchmark provides good value!

We very much enjoyed our stay at our condo at The Palms hosted by Benchmark. The condo was lovely, clean, & well-supplied. We loved being close to the beach & everyone was so friendly! The staff at Benchmark was professional & responded to our questions quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

Benchmark Management is one of the superior companies on the 30A! They are easy to communicate with, their rentals are above my expectations when it comes to cleanliness. Trust me…I bring all my cleaning supplies and vacuum when I travel. This place was spotless. Great Job👏👏👏 We rented C7 @ Rolling Tides Villas from January 15th to March 5th, 2025. It’s perfect location between Seaside & Rosemary Beach and just north of the 30A.. only steps from the gulf. The Residents of Rolling Tide & Guests are very friendly and I would recommend staying here. We have used other property management companies and were very disappointed!

This property was in a perfect location, very close beach access, and very nice balcony overlooking pool, with peaks of the water across the street. Condo could use a few basic upgrades, ie: throw rug/kitchen sink rug, PILLOWS on bed, updated comforter. Other than those very minor upgrades, this condo was big, and had all amenities needed. The beach chair in the closet was an added plus, as I forgot mine! I enjoyed the balcony very much to do my pilates on, and read, watch sunset. Thank you for sharing your beach condo with me!

We loved the condo. It had a beautiful view of the beach and it was very easy to get to the beach. Rosemary And Alys Beach are both beautiful towns with great restaurants and stores. We loved the whole weekend we spent there.

This was a great find! We did not want to have to stay in a studio so this one bedroom with a king bed and an overhead fan was a perfect little getaway for the weekend. The hosts were very responsive and gave great local dinner recommendations. There were lots of blankets to cozy up with, they smelled so clean, and the place stayed cool. Would recommend!!

We had a wonderful visit to Gulf Place Residences in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. Condo located in great location two blocks from the Gulf. Many restaurants in walking distance. Condo was lovely and very clean. Benchmark management did an excellent job with communication before and during our stay. Would highly recommend.

We just finished our stay at Eastern Shores “A Happy Little Condo”. We’ve returned to this condo the last couple of years and we love it. Great area. Easy access to the beach, gorgeous view right from the main room, lots of great restaurant options. Peaceful and relaxing. Benchmark does a nice job with communications, sending our check in info a day or so before, checking in on how things are going. I have no doubt we’ll be returning.

My husband and I enjoyed everything about this condo. Being on the 1st floor with a 8 month old with just steps to the beach made it so convenient. We are already thinking of coming back next February.

The unit was just as you saw it online. Very clean and well equipped kitchen.There were starter kits for the bathroom and kitchen. ie. detergent, soap, toilet paper ect. The view is exceptional! We went at Christmas and had bad weather for a few day. Rainy and chilly. We went to the pool a few days. Since it was off season there were no beach chairs. We found out that we could rent them the day before we left. So we just stayed at the pool. Parking was good and there were restaurants that were close. We definitely recommend it.

When we arrived, we realized the stairwell on our end of the building was closed for reconstruction. While it meant a longer walk with the bags, it also meant no one was climbing the stairs next to our unit on the end, so it was very quiet. We were very pleased with the unit itself and loved the shower. The walk to the beach was short and provided a nice overview of the beach as we approached. It was in proximity of several beach towns, shopping and sights. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in Beachwood Villas, “A Wave From it All” and it was great. Nice quiet, well maintained unit. Beds were comfy and can’t beat the location, short walk to restaurants and even shorter to the beach! The property management company is VERY attentive and available which is so fantastic!
