The house was even better than we imagined. The location in the community was perfect. Quite street with grocery right behind us. Our pool was never too crowded. Watercolor shuttle was amazing. Door to door service. We barely needed a car. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect- close enough to seaside the teenagers could walk and enjoy it and far enough away the parents could relax on the beach. The condo was very clean and well kept. It was the perfect size and layout.

We had an amazing stay at The Palms, managed by Benchmark Management. Everything was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a great place to relax and spend a few nights.
One of the highlights was the private beach access it was absolutely worth it. The beach was clean, less crowded, and had a very peaceful atmosphere, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, this was a great place to stay, and I would definitely come back again to the same unit. Highly recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience…pre-arrival communication was outstanding…as sometimes happens, a situation arose during the stay…Benchmark stepped up and made it right…I would definitely work with them again!

Our stay at the house was fantastic, with an amazing location that made everything incredibly convenient. Wonderful location within walking distance to the beach and restaurants but also away from a lot of the large crowds of people. A short walk or bike ride to beachy bean coffee (our favorite). The screened in porches were great in the early morning and at night time!
The only issue we had was that when we first arrived it stunk like stale cigarettes inside. We just left the doors open for a little bit to air it out. Also, no keurig coffee maker which was a bummer, they do have a regular coffee maker though.

Emerald Hill is in a great location, and well kept. The beach access on property is ideal. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again. We used Benchmark management to book this stay and would use them again as well. Everything went smoothly and they were very responsive and helpful with any questions.

Excellent experience at this rental- check in was super easy, the company was very responsive ans made sure we had everything we needed. The property is beautiful with a huge balcony with an incredible view. Plenty of space. Chairs on the beach were lovely. Bring beach towels. Overall great experience.

We just returned from a week in Santa Rosa, Florida, and our accommodations were fantastic. The house was incredibly clean in such a short walk to the beach.
The golf cart was so nice to have ! If the ladies had items to carry and bring to the beach, we could just throw them on the carton I could drop them off and go back to the house and then walk back to myself. We took the cart into town to go shopping into the grocery store. Really helped having it!
I would recommend this rental company. They were very responsive to questions I had about the local dining and things to do.

The location of this house is great! The private beach was amazing and the kids enjoyed the pool. There was some construction going on next door that started around 8am each day, but it really didn’t bother us because we wake up early. If you want to sleep in, this may not be the place for you until the construction finishes.

We had the best time with Benchmark Management! They were responsive and helpful. The Airbnb was clean and in the best location with tons of amenities. We wish we had stayed longer to enjoy everything the area had to offer. I would definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back here one day.
