The location was outstanding. Directly on the beach. Our family had a great time. The supplies of toilet paper (3), trash bags (2), paper towels (1), dishwasher tab (1), etc. were definitely not enough for a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom unit rented for a week.

This was a lovely house in a walkable area, close to many restaurants. The community amenities (shuttles to beach, pool) were nice and the management team was responsive over phone to a few questions we had. Overall I would recommend!

The AirBnB was so close to all that 30A had to offer. It was perfect for a quick girls trip and we comfortably slept 3 guests. The hosts were proactive and super quick with responding.
The condo was exactly as the pictures show. We did have to wait for the shower to drain in between each use. Nonetheless, we loved our stay and this beautiful location. We highly recommend it to those looking to visit the area!

the condo is the perfect place for relaxing on the beach. it was so close to the beach from the patio so it made for easy trips back and forth. My only complaints were some let hair around the condo and the bed is very hard. Otherwise it was great!

The house was nice and cozy the rooms are big and spacious perfect for a big family. The closets on the rooms were perfect for an extended stay, there is plenty of storage spaces. The kitchen was nice and open to the living room.
The pool was fun and supper accesible, there was plenty of board games to play and I love that there was a TV for each room just in case, the fans in the rooms make a big difference with the hot nights. Overall it was a fun gateway and will love to come back someday.

We had a terrific stay. It was both cozy and modern with an incredible porch view of the beach which was literally a stone's throw away. Loved the kitchen too. Also cold AC and comfortable master bed! Would definitely come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed this home. It was roomy, clean, and walkable to the beach. The only difficulty was parking our truck with low hanging branches and backing out since it’s right in the “S” curve. However, that was minor to all the positive things about this home. The pool provided a place to float in the afternoons when the beach became too crowded. We loved making memories here!! We’d return again in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay here!! Everything was great and clean. Management checked in on us several times but we never needed a thing so easy and loved our stay!! One note anyone that may have trouble with stairs the beach access is about 2 flights of stairs. We were fine but just worth mentioning if traveling with anyone that might be challenged with so many stairs. We would definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was a blessing. It was immaculate when we arrived and easy to get into. The management company was very fast to respond for info and checked in multiple times throughout our stay. Bathroom shower is nice and seems to have been recently remolded which was a huge plus for us. Love the place, would stay again. Awesome location between very close to Seaside and not far from Alys/Rosemary. Good beach access as well.

We love 30a but parts of it can be really busy with lots of traffic. We decided to stay here for a little more peace and quiet and I’m so glad we did! I loved early morning coffee on the balcony listening to nature and having the pool tucked backed into the trees made for a very relaxing experience.
The beds were comfy and my teens loved the cool bunk room. It was a great hang out spot for them with the TV and their own bathroom.
Lots of room to cook in the beautiful kitchen and we made breakfast each morning and even had a nice seafood meal one night..
We had a really great stay and our kids even said they’d love to come back and stay there again one day! We had a great time 😊

We loved this condo it had an extra large balcony and was a corner condo with a beautiful view. The condo was clean and had plenty room for 5 adults and 2 children under 6. The 2 pools were huge and the walk to the beach was just across the street 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be back.

The location is PERFECT. It is right across from public beach access and within a 2 minute walk to Pompano Joe's for drinks and an evening meal. We are a couple with 2 small pets so we didn't use the sleeper sofa or the bunk beds. The porch has a swing, a glider rocker and two hightop chairs with a view of the ocean and pool.

We have stayed at this complex 4 times before and this was our first in this particular condo. Well equipped, beautiful and remodeled. We love the 3rd floor because of the views and we have almost older kids so the stairs aren’t an issue. We just love the proximity to the beach, the pool, and distance to seaside. We can’t recommend this complex enough!

Location was perfect for us. Perfect beach access and a short drive or walk to all that Seaside has to offer. Couldn’t be more pleased with our stay.
