We stayed at Palazzo 806 and were truly impressed by the excellent service from Benchmark and the condo's cleanliness. We’ve stayed in many condos throughout Panama City Beach over the years, and we honestly believe Palazzo is the best resort in PCB.The condo itself was larger than average and felt open, spacious, and upscale. The resort offers first-class amenities, and everything has a polished, high-end feel. We really enjoyed the view from our bedroom, living room, and large balcony. My wife and I would enjoy coffee in bed and just stare in awe at the Gulf.The location was close to restaurants, shopping, and all the attractions that PCB offers. We also appreciated the included attraction passes arranged through Benchmark, which added even more value to our stay.This was a wonderful experience, and we would absolutely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Summertowne 10! Benchmark was a fantastic host, and communication was seamless from start to finish, which made the entire experience stress-free. The home itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, with everything our family needed to feel comfortable and at home.The location truly couldn’t be better. We loved being able to walk to the beach, the pier, and all the shopping, dining, and entertainment at Pier Park. The community pool was just a short walk away, and the included attraction tickets were a wonderful bonus that made our trip even more memorable.This home was perfect for our family, and we couldn’t have been more impressed. We made memories here that will last a lifetime and are already talking about planning our next visit. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and making our stay so special!

There are very few places that are walkable to beach, loads of state forest trails and restaurants, yet still on a wuiet street. What a gem!

The large condo is super clean, well appointed, light and airy with a relaxing beach vibe. Check-in, communication during, and check-out was seamless. I recommend staying during the winter. It makes for a quiet restorative beach trip.

Benchmark’s communication through text was excellent! Everything we needed was provided and our rental was immaculate. One of the cleanest homes we’ve stayed in; thank you “Hunter!” For our next trip, we will only rent through Benchmark. I have been visiting the beach for years and this was hands down my best experience. Friendly texts and seamless rental access. We had the most beautiful villa on the beach! Highly recommend this company! Thank you, Benchmark!

This little condo was a perfect spot to play on the beach with our littles. The boardwalk was just off the back patio and we were in the sand in seconds. It had everything we needed, the bunkbeds were perfect next to the bedroom for extra sleepers. Would love to stay here again in the future!

The condo is spacious and has a big balcony with a beautiful view.The decor isn't beachy -- if you care about such things -- but it is comfortable.We were there in January, and it was peaceful and quiet with plenty of parking.The building amenities are modest -- the fitness room has one treadmill, one elliptical, and one bike -- and though it mentioned an indoor pool, there was only an indoor/outdoor unheated one.There are several restaurants and a Walmart within a 15-minute walk.The management company was responsive.We'd recommend it and would stay here again.

We had a few issues with the bathtub leaking and the internet service going in and out but every time we reached out with an issue, management responded quickly and serviced the issue best they could. House was clean and in a great location, super easy walk to the beach! Would recommend!

Will definitely book again. Watching the dolphins playing & sunsets from our patio was so cool. The near by shopping & restaurant choices met our expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at Beachcrest Condos in Santa Rosa Beach. The room was great—very clean, comfortable, and met our needs completely. The condo was stocked to perfection. The only small drawback was that there wasn’t a large pantry for storing food purchases, but that was minor overall.The location is perfect. You truly can’t beat it. I highly recommend 30A Café, which is just across the street and down a block—their she-crab soup is the best on all of 30A.I was extremely impressed with Benchmark. They were professional, responsive, and communicated clearly throughout our stay. We originally booked for three weeks, but due to weather issues back home and storms across the South, we needed to extend our stay—and they accommodated us seamlessly.One thing to be aware of is that this time of year there are condo updates and renovations happening, so noise levels can be a bit annoying at times. Also, directions for using the TV could be improved, especially navigating between the two remotes.Overall, it was a great experience. The beach is private and absolutely beautiful. We would highly recommend.

we really enjoyed our stay at 603. Everything looked like it had just been remodeled and looked very modern. The place was super clean and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody wanting a one or two bedroom.

They responded promptly to my questions, provided complete information prior to check-in, kept in touch by text throughout the stay, and allowed for a quick and easy check-out. The unit itself was as advertised, spotless, and well maintained. I would not hesitate to book another stay with this company!

We had a fantastic stay at Pirate’s Mermaid in Chateau La Mer! (Love the name Pirate's Mermaid) The condo was clean and comfortable. Although our visit was short, we absolutely loved the location. Being within walking distance to Pompano Joe’s and Kenny D’s was a huge bonus, and you truly can’t beat the value for being so close to the beach and all the area’s attractions. Benchmark Management, the host, was easy to work with, and their communication before and during our trip was excellent.
We loved the free attraction tickets included with our stay and enjoyed a dolphin cruise and a round of golf. Amazing value for the location, and we can’t wait to come back!

I will be renting through Benchmark again, and again. I managed vacation rentals for 15 years, using my own property as the metric. It was always my mindset that renting one of my properties would be akin to visiting family. Quality linens, comfortable furniture, and a fully stocked kitchen. This is exactly what I found at this Benchmark condo. I mean they even had sharp kitchen knives. The amenity packets were great and the place was extremely clean. Access was easy, instructions were provided prior to my arrival and when I made a request for an additional blanket, it was delivered directly. The staff was prompt, polite and accommodating- I truly felt at home and that makes every stay better!

The kitchen is nice but be prepared to bring your own spices and coffee filters.
The living area was comfortable for our group of four.
I was disappointed that they did not offer recycling.
