Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Safe Haven was a perfect vacation spot for our family of 9. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. The kitchen was spacious and was well equipped with utensils and dishes. It did lack the usual everyday spices and for a house this large it did lack extra paper products and trash bags. The full sized washing machine and dryer are nice to be able to take home clean clothes. The beds were firm but a little bouncy but we slept fine on them. There were several extra pillows but no extra pillow cases. The extra comforters were nice but didn’t smell clean. The pool was great and we all enjoyed the outdoor area and there are plenty of pool and beach accessories in the closet downstairs. The house was very clean and comfortable. The outside stairs going upstairs feel in need of some attention as they are sagging and unsteady at the landing. Overall I would rate the house a 9/10 and would definitely return. The management company stayed in contact via text and/or email but we didn’t have any reason to have to contact them during our stay.

We loved Grayton Beach. The house was clean and very comfortable and thoughtfully appointed. After time on the beach, I’d like to sit on the porch and read some more. I had four porches to choose from. It was wonderful. It became our home at the beach. The Benchmark people were very available for any questions that we had. Everyone had a good time and we will return next year

Beautiful place to stay and perfect location! I actually saw dolphins the first morning from the patio and it had the cutest coffee shop walking distance! Owners were super friendly and responsive! I would stay here again in a heartbeat ❤️

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing. The beds were very comfortable. The condo was very clean. We look forward to staying here again in the future. The included beach service was the cherry on top.

This place was perfect for our family! It had everything we needed and more. It was clean and inviting with minimal breakable decor (small kid friendly ) so we were very satisfied. The unit being on ground level was nice to have just a short walk to the sand, and even better it was on an end so we didn’t have people walking by the back porch all the time. We will definitely try to stay again if we visit the same area!

I can’t say enough great things about Benchmark Management. They communicated with us even before we arrived to make sure we had all the information we needed. Unit 208 is a absolute gem! Condo was updated and clean and has a great view of the pool and ocean. Highly recommend! Thank you again for a great stay!!

Very clean and perfect location. Right on the beach and a nice private balcony. Could use some updated balcony furniture but the view was incredible. Would definitely stay again. Management was great.

Wonderful condo that was very nicely decorated. The condo was clean, had a beautiful view and is conveniently located in the heart of 30A. The BeachCrest condos value (price-to-location) is hard to beat. As a very minor suggestion-a few more blankets, a little maintenance on the sliding glass closet doors, a toilet plunger and a basic spice rack/including salt & pepper would be great. None of those issues detracted from a great condo that was a fantastic spot to stay- I would highly recommend this place.

This place is even prettier than the photos! The location is perfect, and the views are amazing—you can see the beach right from the living room and master bedroom, and even one of the other rooms has a nice view. It’s so close to the beach that you don’t even need to cross any streets. The pool, gym, Roman spa, and all the extra amenities were perfect. We had such a great stay and will definitely be back!

Our trip here was incredible. We are a family of 4 with children ages 1.5 and 3. The condo was spotless, well-stocked with everything we could need, and gave us more than enough room to spread out. The beach service was nice to have and the location right on the beach with the pool there as well worked out so well for our family. The condo is decorated beautifully and the showers had great water pressure. Beds were comfy, the view is incredible, just great experience all around. Would definitely recommend.

Having the Master Suite has an incredible bathroom. We also loved all the balconies. So nice to wake up, have your coffee with that view. The Beach is great. The bike rides were magical. We highly recommend this property if you want to enjoy some "lazy days" to recoup from the daily grind.

Benchmark was the property management for a recent stay on 30A in Florida. We had a fantastic experience with Benchmark. Great Communication that was prompt, responsive, professional and helpful. E-mails and texts were sent for all necessary property information including door codes, property gate codes and check-in/check-out procedures that made everything simple. Five Stars.

Our stay was fabulous! The condo in Sea Grove was a little outdated, but was extremely clean and functional. We were a quick walk to the beach and a short drive from everything else! The only thing I would suggest is to let people know where to find the dumpsters :)

Recently stayed here with a group of girlfriends and we had a great time! The house is beautiful and in such a peaceful neighborhood. The preset chairs on the beach were great as well so we didn’t have to lug all of that ourselves. Overall it was a beautiful peaceful weekend and I would stay here again!

We absolutely loved staying here! It was a perfect weekend getaway! The house was so cozy, clean and beautifully decorated! The outside area was very peaceful! The host was very kind and always welcoming to answer any questions we had!

We had an amazing stay at The Palms of Destin. The pool area was the highlight with plenty of space to relax, and we loved having the coffee bar and poolside food right there. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The location couldn’t have been better, close to shopping, restaurants, and lots of things to do. Everything came together to make our trip really enjoyable, and we’d definitely stay here again.

Great location, we love LakeTown Warf. Spacious and clean condo. Desperately needs a new front door electronic lock though. That thing was super finicky the entire stay and you had to wait a solid minute for it to unlock the door each time. Kitchen could use a few more cooking pans/utensils. We didn't cook at all except for breakfast, but we had to make do with the minimum they provided for pans and such. I would think a place with a full kitchen would provide most everything needed to cook, but they were lacking basic things. Other than that, the place was spacious, clean and overall definitely worth it!

Our time at this property was great! The house was clean, had all the amenities. Close to the beach, store, dining. The pool is gorgeous! Overall our stay was amazing! If I had toPick one thing to improve, it would be more comfortable beds/pillows- but I understand everyone prefers something different. Nothing that would prevent us from staying here again! Communication was phenomenal!

Our little family of four had the best stay here! We only spent one night but everything was spotless and so comfortable. The kids were absolutely obsessed with their room and it made them feel right at home. The beachfront balcony was our favorite part and we loveddd sitting out there taking in the view and listening to the waves. Easy access to both the beach and pool made our stay even better. We were able to check in early which was such a bonus and honestly if we did not have to get back to work we would have stayed much longer. We also ran into several guests who told us they have been coming here for years and now we completely understand why. Everyone was so friendly and the whole atmosphere was welcoming. The elevator and luggage carts were a huge help and made both arrival and departure stress free. The management company made everything so easy with their follow up texts and we never felt left with any questions. They truly made the experience seamless from start to finish. We would definitely love to come back!

We had an amazing stay at 95 Betty. It was a beautiful home just a short walk from the beach. Pool in back was lovely and being dog friendly we were able to bring our baby with us. Benchmark made sure we had everything we needed!
