We had a great stay at BeachSide Villas!
Very clean, homey atmosphere, just like the pictures. Good parking. Clean pool.
A short walk to the beach access but we took the shuttle which was an amazing accommodation.
Benchmark was quick to respond with restaurant suggestions and helpful proactive instructions for the villa.
We absolutely will be booking again!
A wonderful experience all around!

We absolutely will be back! The condo exceeded all of our expectations! The location was perfect, convenient. The walk to the beach was easy the pool was great! The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to cook meals easily. We enjoyed having the bike rentals right there. My husband and I hadn’t rode bikes in 20+ years and had the best time riding, we had lots of laughs and made wonderful! My son brought friends they are 14/15 they also had the best time lots of kids around! All around perfect our best family trip!! Thank you!

The place was beautiful, quiet & right across the street from the beach. We had 2 great views of the ocean. The A/C was the best kept us nice & cool the bed was so comfortable. It is walking distance to shipwreck island where we spent a whole day there just enjoying our time.

Location is absolutely phenomenal with access to both private and public beach. The condo is very nice and quiet even tho there are lots of other places around. The balcony is terrific and has great views of the ocean.
Bring your own toilet paper paper towels salt pepper etc as they do not supply it

Convent location in regards to the beach. My kids loved going to the pool, as well. Nice little place. When there was a problem with our AC, the management company fixed it right away.

The unit was just as advertised, perfect for my wife and I. Spectaular views in a beautiful area off of 30A. Definitely will be back at this condo. Communication was excellent from the time we rented until our exit from the property.

Everything was great. I didn’t even need an uber. Walmart was a walking distance less than 4 minutes walk away, all stores around you also attractions. Benchmark Management and customer service were always responsive and great. I recommend it to all my family and friends even shared pictures and one of my friends is coming for his honeymoon soon. Definitely me and my kids are coming again

Our first ever visit in Destin, Florida, though I have been a lot of times in Florida but mostly have been around the Orlando side. But this experience to visit Destin stands out among all my visits to Florida. The place where I stayed with my family, we searched through AirBnb. We searched so many houses and finally got that location. House was very neat and clean. Host management have been very helpful. The location of that house was perfect as every place either retail or food restaurant or places to visit for the pleasures with the family and at the top the beach, in short any place which we may wish to be around that location was available there.
We have come back to our home town but still we are in the awe of that visit of Destin. I will say thanks to the Benchmark 30A Management to all their efforts either that was the communication through texting or the comfort of that house, every thing has been wonderful.

Owners need to improve outdoor furiture to bar height - can't see over the railing. Rods were broken for the curtains in the main room. Pull down shade was broken in the bedroom. Managment needs to make sure every communication RE: WiFi gives the correct Wi-Fi login and scrub the areas where it gives you the old login information.

Our stay was beyond perfect! The only issue we had was when we got there at 9pm, the door lock was apparently off line and wasnt working so we were stuck outside but we called management and they had someone call me immediately to fix the problem. Very clean and cozy with a spectacular view! Can't wait to go back!!
