Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay here at the Palms. It is in a perfect location, close to Seaside and so many restaurants, shops, coffee shops, within walking or biking distance. The beach is across the parking lot of the same complex and just down the stairs. No effort to take your chair down to sit in the sun, or watch the beautiful sunset! The management was fantastic! They checked on us multiple times to make sure we had everything and also the unit was very clean.

The condo was clean and very nicely decorated and appointed. Comfortable bed! The beach view and access was unbeatable! There was confusion with the correct address, I was provided two different addresses, however a quick call cleared this up. All other communications were clear and timely.

My husband and I spent the month of February in a beautiful condo managed by Benchmark. Beanchmark was very responsive to a few minor maintenance issues that arose during our stay. I would highly recommend this company!

We stayed at Eastern Shores in Santa Rosa Beach and it was so beautiful and clean! The condo was well stocked and you could tell it was well taken care of! The only thing I would mention is that the communication is a bit off about a few things (parking, HOA, checking in earlier) but I think it may have been because we booked our condo through AirBNB. Overall, I was super happy with the service and professionalism!

It is a lovely unit in an ideal location. Bedroom and living room furniture have been updated since our last stay three years ago. Only challenge I faced was the new bed is too tall for me to easily get in and out of, so that I needed to use a stool bedside. Also, an extra blanket for the bed would have been appreciated for cooler nights. We actually used the coverlet from one of the beds in the second bedroom for extra warmth on the king bed in the main bedroom.

The convenience to the beach was absolutely perfect! No need to cross a street, just steps from your condo. The condo had everything I needed. Communication with the management company was quick and easy.

This unit was the perfect spot for a quick girls trip with my mom and grandma. We had such a relaxing time with easy access to the beach, and the condo was a wonderful place to unwind after a fun day out. The beds were comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better – we loved how close it was to the beach and Pier Park, where we enjoyed the free ticket to axe throwing! That was an awesome perk we’ve never had before! The condo itself was clean and welcoming making it easy to settle right in. We had everything we needed, and Benchmark Management did an exceptional job ensuring we were taken care of. Their communication was quick, clear, and thorough, providing all the info we needed about the area and the unit, so we didn’t have to ask a single question.For the price, the location and amenities were a real treat. We enjoyed the pool, and the lagoon access was a fantastic bonus. This condo is the perfect choice for a relaxing, fun getaway in Panama City Beach. 10/10 – highly recommend!

We enjoyed our 4-night, 5-day stay in this cute well furnished condo, a perfect size for a couple. It is on the second floor of a 2-story building, with outside stairs to the private, secure entrance. The complex right on 30-A includes multiple buildings. This one is ideally located near the entrance, but far enough away from the road that traffic noise was no issue. The nicely furnished balcony overlooks one of the courtyards. The property has mature landscaping, and the grounds are immaculate. We have never before stayed across the street from the beach, so I was uncertain whether or not we would be satisfied with walking over to it, but it is no exaggeration to say that the property is right across from a public beach access. There is a lined crosswalk and flashing lights readily activated to alert drivers to stop to allow safe crossing. So there was no issue with making the 3-minute walk to the beach for strolls and enjoying breathtaking sunsets. A winner!

Great view and clean, neat space. The team communicated well through text and messaging but it’s hard to get someone on the phone or someone to call you back. Also, even though the unit says it sleeps 9, you’re only allowed one parking spot and can’t purchase another pass. There’s a link listed in “additional links” where you can supposedly register for wristbands and multiple vehicles, but I think the link is incorrect because I called the number and they’re not even affiliated with Eastern Shores.
Save yourself the frustration of calling around bc the HOA doesn’t even handle parking, just FOBS for beach access.
We parked at self storage and that was great except for the fact that we had to pay for a week of parking even though we were only staying 2 nights.
The condo was super clean, well stocked and beautiful! I just wish it would’ve been more clear about parking.

We had a wonderful stay at Pirates Mermaid! My husband, kids, and I spent one night here, and it was the perfect beach retreat. The condo is spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, just steps from the community pool and private beach access. We loved how easy it was to spend the day on the beach and then cool off in the pool afterward. Being so close to Captain Dave’s Restaurant was a bonus for dining with a Gulf view.Although we didn’t get a chance to use the Xplorie benefits during this trip, we’re definitely planning to next time! There are so many fun activities in the area, and we can’t wait to take advantage of those complimentary passes.Benchmark Management, the host, was fantastic. Their attention to detail and seamless communication made our stay stress-free. From the spotless condo to the quick responses to our questions and fully equipped digital guides, we truly felt taken care of. We’re already looking forward to coming back for a much longer stay!Thank you!

Sea Treat was a great beach vacation home. Sweet neighborhood, nice front porch and a sunny backyard for cooler days. Comfortable living space and bedrooms. Fabulous beach and dog friendly!! Benchmark (management company) was helpful and professional as well.

Well kept condo and building. Heated pool , working elevators, and steps to beach. The view was amazing and the private beach uncrowded and quiet. I usually have at least some complaints with some aspect of the units I rent. However, the only suggestions for improvement do not negate my 5/5 rating. The vertical blinds in the LR were a struggle to open/close (once we got them open we just left them that way) so I would suggest someone take a look at them. One very minor thing is there were no spare blankets to be used when it was on the colder side at night (Feb). I took light blankets from the spare bedrooms but a few extra blankets would be optimal. I would highly recommend this 5th floor condo to anyone. I felt that the price was very reasonable given the quality of the unit, caliber of the surrounding area (laid back but classy), and the perfect white sand beaches in full view.

My wife and I (newly empty nesters) woke up this week and just started started driving to 30a to get away for a few days. This place was perfect for what we needed. Property was clean well maintained and communication with management company was excellent. Will definitely book this property again.

The house was spacious and nicely appointed. It had everything we could possibly need, plenty of kitchen items, even beach umbrella and sand toys. King size bed was very comfortable.
It is located close to the public beach access. You can walk or easily take the car and park. It is also walkable to the shops and restaurants at 30A.
Being at the intersection of 98 and 30A, it's an easy drive down 98 for groceries or take a day trip to Destin or Panama City Beach or State Parks. It's equally easy to head down 30A through all the beach towns.
Benchmark was responsive to us anytime we needed to reach out. Good trip for us!

The property is well maintained as well as the pool area and laundry area. Just a short walk to the beach is wonderful. Hidden Villas is a hidden gem!
