Our stay was fabulous. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. Loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean and views, sunsets were beautiful as well.
The condo was clean, easy to navigate and had all the essentials needed for our stay.
Would recommend this condo and benchmark management company to others.

This is the perfect spot for us on 30A because it's centrally located, has everything we need, and it's CLEAN! Home away from home for sure!

We had a great stay here and this is where I used to stay years ago in another named motel since torn down. We had a great time here but I left a couple of items, my pillow and a beach towel.

We had the best time on our weekend getaway to 30A. The house was beautiful, and fully stocked with everything that we needed! The beds were comfy, and there was plenty of space for a large group to stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. We especially liked the house being a very short walk to the pool area. The golf cart was great and allowed us to park the vehicle and travel the entire area. The beach access was just a short distance away, and the house provided all the necessities to spend the day at the beach. We enjoyed our stay and had no complaints!!

This was a great place for us, a multi-generational family of 5, for a beach vacation. Grayton beach is just fabulous. The home was in an ideal location for us, with 2 restaurants within 50 feet and dozens more within 3-10 minute drive. Also, only 120 yards yards to the water's edge (although a surprisingly heavy trek through deep sand). The home was very well equipped, with ample kitchen gear, especially drinking glasses, as well as bathroom towels. The pool and backyard was also great, especially for the young kids. There was beach gear to use, even though we had rented that separately. The only thing missing was beach towels, which could have been pointed out if not supplied. It could be noted that there is no dining table per se, but "bar" seating at 2 counters. The host company was pleasantly proactive in communication and immediately responsive when we had a question. We would definitely come back to this rental and otherwise look to the Benchmark 30A company for other rentals

Ocean view from picture on website is now blocked by new construction home. Living room/kitchen furniture cushions could use a deep clean otherwise the place was immaculate. Highly recommend.

It was very good except there is only one thermostat for the house of three floors. Who would build a house like that in Florida? :( So the upper floor is warm, the middle floor good (where the thermostat is), and the bottom floor warm where all the heat comes in with open doors, cooking, etc.

We had a wonderful time at BeachCrest 1004! The location is perfect and the view is divine! It’s just a quick walk down to the private beach, and lots of places to choose from to eat around the area.
Benchmark 30A was always fast to respond and extremely helpful if we needed anything. I would definitely book this space again.

Great place to stay at if you have a small family. Sitting on the patio at sunset and watching dolfins was amazing. We even got to witness a beach wedding. Would definitely book again!

We spent a week at the Sunshine Chateau and it was amazing. The space was very clean and inviting. Everything was as pictured. Our host was very responsive and checked to make sure we got checked in without any issues. The rental was centrally located to everything we could possibly need. The beach was less than a 5 minute walk and was absolutely gorgeous. The golf cart was a nice plus. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and clean unit! We loved cozy beach feel with a great kitchen! the rooms were spacious and comfortable. BUT let's be honest the view from this unit is simply stunning. We ate breakfast out on the balcony every day and just soaked in the views. The beach was great for walking as far as you want to go either way or just sit under the umbrella and soak in the view. We will be back!

We had a great six night stay at this property. The weather was good and the water was clear. This rental is very close to the beach, a very easy walk of a few steps. You are in the heart of Seagrove Beach with easy access to all needed services. The unit was spotless when we arrived and everything was in working order. We never saw a human from Benchmark Mgmt. but they have the process down very well and it is all managed via email and text. The text messages were timely and gave a feeling that they are aware you are coming, aware when you are there, so to an extent, it was as good or better than any human contact. There was plenty of text communication. We rented this unit before and came back again.

This property met every expectation. It was clean. The location was perfect. The beds were comfortable. And, the view was amazing. Also, I really have to compliment Benchmark Management. They were so accommodating! Every time I called them, a real live person answered the phone and immediately took care of every question or issue that we had. I will definitely be using them again for my next trip!

This is a beautiful condo in a perfect location. My family has stayed in this condo several times over the past few years. When I think of planning a beach vacation this is the only place I want to go. The property is clean, up to date and well managed. Booking with Benchmark Management is easy and their communication before, during and after stay is great.

We stayed at the Sunshine Chateau and it was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect. We had less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Everything we could possibly want or need was centrally located to our rental. It was even pet friendly for our miniature dachshund. The space was clean and inviting. Management is responsive to any and all questions. Would stay here again!

This was a great place for my family to stay with our two dogs. They are large German shorthaired pointers and we’re allowed to stay at this house. There is a giant backyard for them to play in a beautiful swimming pool. The only thing negative I can say about this property is that the living room is rather small. The check-in and checkout process were very easy, and the benchmark partners were very communicative before and after my stay.

We were very happy with Commodore's Retreat 104. It was exactly as described and the bed was super comfy! The view was amazing. There was an infestation of love bugs everywhere the week we were there- never experienced that before and they were annoying until the biting flies made an appearance! It's just the time year, I guess and we made the best of it with bug spray on top of sunscreen ;). We would definitely stay here again- we loved it! Thank you Benchmark for your quick replies as well as checking on us during the week. We felt very looked after!

This was our first visit and we are already planning a second trip. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful!! The beach is just a 5 min walk. The town home was gorgeous! It was super clean with all the amenities you will need. Private and peaceful.
