Good, quiet location for being right along the busy road. Be prepared to not have the most comfortable beds! Not sure I could make it a week, but they were doable for the short weekend stay. Somewhat outdated, but the beach is spectacular and easily accessible! Be prepared to bring all seasonings if you plan on cooking. There is nothing perishable that is provided or left for future guests to use. Would have loved to have some beach accessories available to guests. I really feel those small extra amenities really make all the difference! Definitely plan to eat at Brozinni’s!! Their pizza is phenomenal!!

The condo was great! I loved the location and the fact that it had a nice full patio area with chairs and table. It looked exactly like the pictures as well. Everything in the unit worked very well and the bed was very comfortable!

Our family loved the condo! We had an amazing week. From beach time everyday, riding bikes everywhere, eating out, cooking in, sweet treats from local shops, we enjoyed it all. The location was convenient to so much. The condo had a home like feel. Having the ocean view was spectacular. We would stay again.

Clean unit, kitchen was stocked, close proximity to restaurants and shopping along 30A, perfect location for day trips to Seaside, Destin, and Panama City. Benchmarks management checked in periodically and was quick to respond to our questions. I would recommend this location. We look forward to staying here again.

This house was a perfect fit for our two families (4 adults, 5 kids). We liked the quiet neighborhood, community pools, tennis & basketball courts. We also liked the easy beach access, quick walk to One Seagrove, bike path to Seaside or Eastern Lake, and the proximity to restaurants, ice cream, and Goatfeathers! Would definitely choose this location again. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking for 9 people. The management company was quick to respond when we needed them (a couple of chairs were broken when we arrived) and took good care of us. Thanks for a great week!

This was our first experience renting with Benchmark. The house we stayed in was beautiful, spacious and spotless upon our arrival. It was also conveniently located near the beach and local shops! Though we had a few minor issues, Benchmark was extremely responsive when we reached out and their customer service was top notch. Our family really enjoyed our stay at this house. We will definitely rent from Benchmark again next year!!

It was okay. Bare minimum if you ask me.
It was dirty, Floors turned you feet black a few minutes after taking shoes off. Area was under construction with no heads up because I was looking forward to a playground for my kids. Only 5 towels for a family of 6 for a week. Called about the cleanliness and they said they would send someone one out and never did. The entire condo felt half ass taken care of. The door was a pain to open , food and dirt all under the couches and in the couches ( looking forward my kids things throughout the week is how I noticed ). I won’t be booking here again unfortunately. Even the washer and dryer were super inconvenient because you had to hold the door open and then the dryer wouldn’t stay open when switching loads so if you weren’t paying attention you’d wack you head.

Great place to stay, had always stayed yrs past in Destin, really enjoyed this condo better. Lots of activities to do, shopping and beach shot walk. Highly recommend!

Great location for softball tournament. Easy to access Panama City Beach Highway. Comfortable place to return after hot day at ball field and beach. Cold air conditioning.

A Lovely Day was the perfect house for our family. My husband and I, four kids and spouses, and 8 grandchildren ages 19, 17, 16, 15, 3, 2,2, and 7 weeks. The kitchen was best equipped I've seen. 30A public beach was....a 30A public beach. That was a little frustrating but not the home or management's fault.

Location, location, location! The condo is steps away from the beach (which was beautiful) and pool. We booked here to get away from the high rises in Destin and this place was perfect. Quick 10 minute drive to seaside square.

We stayed at a beach house in Nature Walk. We loved the house. Easy check in process. Very comfortable for ten people. The house was clean. The air conditioner worked well! I had read previous reviews where someone had issues with it prior to our stay. It worked and was very cool in the house. You will need to buy extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags if you plan on staying more than a few days. The kitchen has everything you might need. The decor was beautiful! The beach is a close drive. 1-2 miles away. We used the public beach access and had no issues getting a great spot! We went to the pool one day. The pool was too warm for our liking. We hope to be back next year!

This condo was so close to the private beach shown in the photos! We had to walk some (or take a shuttle that was provided) so we could sit at the public beach, but it was less than a mile so not a bad walk. The place was clean and nicely furnished. My only small complaint was that we stayed for a week and they only provided one roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels so we had to make a run to restock. I’d definitely stay here again for the location and proximity to the beach!

Great location and proximity to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Safe community and felt comfortable with teenagers coming and going. Having the pool was a plus after the family reached their fill of the beach. Pool area, yard and covered patio allows for great family time, games and grilling.

The condo was extremely clean! It was home away from home! I have never stayed somewhere that I would walk barefoot and actually sit on the couch. This place I could do both! Felt like home! Perfect location as well. Short distance to the main action at the lagoon pool, but far enough away that it wasn’t busy and you don’t have to fight for parking. Property management was extremely responsive via text and in the vrbo app. Can’t recommend this unit enough!

This condo was perfect for my family of four. It had plenty of space, was adequately stocked with kitchen supplies, and the washer and dryer were wonderful to have on vacation. The kids enjoyed their own room with twin beds and private tv. The master bed was comfy and clean. We did notice that the floor in the condo was sticky and could have used a good mopping. We wore socks at night to walk around the condo, and they were brown by bedtime. Overall, this condo was just what we needed. It was so close to the beach which was great. The beach was not crowded and beautiful. The chair rental was included and was very nice.

We rented the Salty Paws Bungalow with our son and his family. This was our first trip with our 4 year old grandson. We also brought our dog. We had a GREAT experience. The pool was just outside the door and the beach was easy to walk to. We loved the Bungalows

Overall great experience! Testy door code/lock and dated kitchen utensils/glasses but otherwise quiet, comfortable, and clean! Worked great for our family of 3. Perfect location and walking distance to everything. FYI- private beach access is very strict. No wagons or tents allowed. We had a small tent we wanted to use to keep our 8 month old infant out of the sun but it was not allowed. Use the public beach if you want more flexibility.

Magnolia Breeze is the perfect family vacation home! We have three elementary school age children and this house and location was the best stay for us. It is clean, quiet and family friendly.
