The checkin process was flawless. The management team was very attentive and immediately responded via text message to any questions we had. The unit itself was great. Very clean and had all the necessities to make it an amazing weekend getaway. Finally, the view is the ocean was spectacular from the balcony!! We had an amazing time and will book again!

It is located close to restaurants, shopping, etc. But the beach area did not feel crowded. The complimentary umbrella and beach chairs was much appreciated.The only issue we had was with the property management company. They changed the condo we booked twice. The first was weeks before our reservation, but the second change was an hour before check-in when we were already on our way. It worked out for us because we loved this condo, but as someone who likes to research and handpick where we will be staying, I will not be using this management company again.

Our stay at Costa Del Sol was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the unbeatable beachfront location—just steps from the sand! Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the private deck with ocean views was pure bliss. The townhome itself was beautifully designed, spacious, and perfect for our girls’ getaway. The main living area was cozy and inviting, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. The bedrooms were comfortable and well-appointed, especially the primary suite with its own private deck. The separate downstairs suite was a fantastic bonus, giving us all plenty of space to relax and unwind. We couldn’t have asked for a better location—close to great restaurants, shopping, and local attractions, yet tucked away in a peaceful beachfront community. This home made our trip truly unforgettable, and we can't wait to return. If you’re looking for the perfect beachfront escape—this is it!

This condo is describe just like it is. This is my 2nd time staying here. It is about a 25min walk to seaside square. Beach is across the street. Great place to stay.

Located right on the bike trail and walking distance to a few restaurants. Other restaurants and stores are a short drive or bike ride away. What a great property! The home was absolutely beautiful! The beachfront location was even better! There are quite a few stairs which could be a challenge for some guests…but for us…it was worth the climb! We would definitely recommend this perfect property and look forward to coming back, soon!

We have stayed at this location four times now, three of the times in 341. The room is always perfect and fully stocked with anything you may need for a weeks stay. The host always messages back quickly with any questions we have and gives great recommendations on what to do or where to eat! 10/10 experience every time!

As soon as I walked in I fell in love with this place!! It's so peaceful, so close to the beach, it's designed beautifully & they did a great job cleaning—I was thoroughly impressed. They were so kind & also left a gift card to the organic cafe that is only a 5 minute walk away (it's my fav so I was pumped!) Everything just felt thoughtful & intentional. I was also here alone & felt very safe. I had a very lovely stay & am definitely trying to come back here someday! Benchmark was very responsive & even offered to bring me something that was missing from the Airbnb.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and beautiful. The only thing we weren't happy with was the bed in the guest bedroom. It was very uncomfortable. We traded sleeping in the guestroom and we both didnt get a good night sleep on that mattress. Everything else was really nice.

We were so excited with the home we'd booked — the photos are incredible, but wow! Walking through the front door was like entering a beachfront dream. The cherry on top? The home was pristine and smelled so good — great housekeeping! Check-in was seamless and we were out on the beach the moment we dropped our bags! The Melting Pot is a must-visit experience for any couples seeking delicious food in an intimate atmosphere (only four minutes away) and we walked around the Destin Commons... there are so many attractions within a 10-minute range of this home that we could have done anything with our night! We retired to what felt like a cloud of a bed and woke up for a morning walk to Bad Ass Coffee, a Hawaiian coffee joint that blew our minds! The only sad part of this experience was leaving, we hated parting from this lovely home. Whenever we book our getaways from here on out, Costa Del Sol C1 will always be our first option. Thank you for the incredible experience, Benchmark!

The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. The view of the gulf was spectacular. It was wonderful watching the changing colors of the water and the sand was like sugar. We were on ground level so we could walk directly out onto the beach. Very few steps to go up and down. We were sent the incorrect address and entrance code. That was quickly rectified

The photos don’t do this place justice for how beautiful it is! Super clean and the host was very quick to respond. Plenty of walkable beach accesses and also one that’s only about a two minute drive away. Loved the front porch swing!

We had no issues and our children loved being able to swim. The house is a few minutes from the beach and it was so convenient. We had a minor plumbing issue and maintenance was very quick to address it and get it fixed. It was our first visit to 30A and loved the location of this house, we hope to go back in future years!

This property was clean and very comfortable. Beds, linens, furniture were all great quality. The view is phenomenal. Everything was as we expected and more. We would truly go back there. This is our 7th year at Tidewater Beach Resort and we love everything about it.

Benchmark did a great job overall but going forward we would recommend that when the contractor comes to power wash the facility the renters should be informed to not let the any of the fluid drip on their clothes because there is bleach in the fluid and can permanently stain whatever clothes you are wearing.
