Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third time to stay at this specific condo. We are a blended family and love the fact it is on the beach with great views of the ocean. We love that everything you need to make the stay is within 10min, so it makes it easy if you need groceries/restaurants/etc, are close by. Property description is spot on. There were only a couple of things that would make the stay better is having the oven recalibrated as it cooked on the cooler side and bigger skillet, not a deal breaker as we will be back next year, if at all possible!!! We had a wonderful weekend anniversary getaway! From the beginning, communication was excellent—Benchmark Management even reached out to let us know the unit was ready early so we could check in ahead of schedule, which was a huge plus. The location was perfect! Just a short, easy walk from the room to the elevator and straight out to the beach. Even better, the beach was peaceful and not overcrowded, which made it all the more relaxing. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and felt like a true coastal retreat. The furniture was very comfortable, and we immediately felt at home. A special shoutout to the management team for going above and beyond—they contacted me after our stay to let me know I had left something valuable behind before I even noticed it was missing, and they’re shipping it back to me. That kind of honesty and care is rare and so appreciated. While there were a couple of minor hiccups—the master shower didn’t drain well, so we used the guest bathroom, and the dishwasher wasn’t working—these things didn’t take away from the overall experience. Everything else was so enjoyable and well-handled that we would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend this condo and Benchmark Management for anyone looking for a smooth, relaxing beach stay.

This place should be booked YEAR ROUND! Spacious, clean, and comfortable! Really appreciative of the working elevator! Everything was perfect! Beach items available! Ample parking. Very cute new condos! Hoping they keep this up and we will come back next year!Bring extra toiletries!!. Santa Rosa beach was packed! Go to the state parks instead! Overall book this place!!!

Very nice, clean, and comfortable place. Description said there was a shuttle to the beach, but I learned from a previous review and then checked with the management company to find that the shuttle was not running. The location is nice though and very close to restaurants and multiple beach access points.

The house was nicely kept and arranged and conveniently located just a brief walk from the beach with the pool literally outside our backyard gate. We would definitely stay here again.

The pool was awesome we met some very friendly people staying around us also. The golf cart was an added bonus! We will never stay in PCB without one! Shout out to the management company for their communication before during and after our stay! Definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at this place. We were given easy instructions for checking in and checking out. The condo unit was beautiful. Firsr impressions upon opening the door often dictates how the place is going to be, and this place made us feel right at home and more. The rooms were perfect for our family. We love the bunk bed setup which would be more than enough room for 6 people. All areas of the condo were clean. The condo was about 2-3 minutes drive to the beach and restaurants. The host was very responsive to any questions or requests we had. We look forward to our next booking with this host. Thank you for making our trip hassle free.

Our daughter’s softball team was playing in the World Series and we wanted to stay where most of the team was staying. The condo was very clean and not cluttered. I loved all the over the door hanging hooks! Actually everyone who would stop by commented on the good use of space with those hooks. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well. I would say the king bed’s footboard was very close to the door as it opens, so my husband and I both would hit the wooden corners with our legs and it got us good. Got a few bruises from it, but after a couple of times, we got used to watching for it. Maybe in the future, you just switch it out for a headboard only leaving the mattress corners to hit legs. But it wasn’t a huge deal. The sectional sofa was very comfortable and we felt right at home quickly. We did purchase a couple of beach chairs and left them there for the owners/guests to use. Since we’re on one of the top floors, the elevators did take some time, so we just needed to account an extra 10 minutes getting to the vehicles in the garage. Thank you for having us and letting us use your beautiful place. The views were absolutely amazing!

My family and I spent the weekend here for my mom’s fiftieth birthday. The benchmark team was super responsive, quick to assist, and were very friendly. The views from the condo are gorgeous, and the resort was utopian. the $81 resort fee is flat and covered parking & wristbands for everyone in our family. the ONLY downside was the wait times for elevators, but that’s the price of having a top floor view. shores of panama is around some iconic PCB hotspots including pineapple willy’s, coyote ugly, zoo land, & shipwrecked. needless to say, you can always find something to do. we would absolutely book again and would recommend to anyone that finds it available.

Great stay! Easy access to the main strip where the beach and restaurants were! The only thing i wish the master bedroom had the bigger bed versus the guest room! We lived our stay and how furnished the kitchen was!

We had a party of 9 that included 4 kids and a teenager. The acclimations were perfect. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad until you met the stairs. The pool was perfect. Our grill needed a new propane bottle and there was already a spare waiting there. Would definitely book it again.
