Our family of seven had a great stay at this house. It was so easy to access the beach. The neighborhood was a quiet and beautiful place for a walk. Such a great getaway. Definitely booking for next year!

House was amazing- perfect location, great space, great rooms and set up. Location cannot be beat as is close to seaside, beach and Publix . Backyard is great.
Management followed up Quickly when we had an issue. Only problems were small amount of paper products, towels and linens but we worked around . Would recommend again ! And want to come back.

The only remark I have would be that the bedding should be replaced. It seems a bit old. And curtains should be hung in front bedroom due to outside light shining in all night. Other than that, everything was great!

We had a great stay at Portside! It's in an older community, and most people either own or rent their condos for long periods. As four young women, we were worried they wouldn't be very receptive to us, but that couldn't be more wrong! Everyone was friendly and enjoyed stopping to talk to us! We loved the hot tub and the pool, though we were sad the waterfall pool was under construction until our last day. The beach is right across the beach, and it's a nice, calm section of PCB, which we enjoyed. That being said it is a 10-minute drive from the heart of PCB, we liked that (less traffic and crowds) but some may not. The rooms and beds were good sizes, and the kitchen was too. The downstairs TV only has cable, which was a bit annoying but not a big deal at all! Overall, we had a great time, and thank you to Benchmark 30A for a great stay!

Had a great vacation. We had two small issues during our stay but when I contacted Benchmark they were so responsive. It was so peaceful to be right on the beach. We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay at Beachcrest! The location was PERFECT—right on the water 🌊 with stunning views and just a short bike ride to Seaside. The unit was the perfect size for our family of three—cozy, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed to feel at home.
☔️ On a rainy afternoon, we enjoyed working on a puzzle provided in the unit, and it was great to have games and books available. As a fellow Airbnb host, I really appreciate thoughtful touches like these!
☀️ If you’re looking for a peaceful beachfront stay with easy access to 30A’s best spots, this is a great choice. Can’t wait to bring some of these ideas back to our own rentals in Memphis! 🏡

Although a hiccup with check in, they were helpful to resolve relatively quickly. Place was better than pictured. You’re literally about 1 minute walk from elevator (right out the door) to touching sand. Couldn’t have been a better location. Having the beach that close was a massive plus. Although in a condo, it was perfectly quiet. Never heard noise from neighbors.
Very light blanket on the bed so be aware of that if you get cool. Brought this to attention of host and they said that is what it is. 4 pillows with only 2 pillowcases. Kinda weird on that but all in all first world problems.
Be aware unlike a lot of other airbnbs there are not spices or anything like that so plan on bringing 100% of what you need. All kitchen equipment is there. But there is a Target right down the street, about a mile away. So you can get whatever you need there.
Would stay again. Location amazing. Didn’t visit pool. Not sure why I would with ocean and perfectly white sand beach so close.

Wonderful spring break stay for our family of 4! The condo was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The location is perfect with easy access to the beach and a short walk to restaurants, coffee, and shopping.

Awesome trip! So grateful for the experience. 30A is a Hootin’ time, the house perfectly hit all expectations, didn’t exceed any expectations, but was satisfactory. I wish the ice machine worked better, I wish they had beach towels, and a couple bikes. That’s my feedback, great location 5 freaking stars, electric.

Our stay in Florida was beautiful. The house was even bigger and more beautiful than the pictures. My only qualm was the listing for 5 bedrooms. The two bed room was not a room at all, it was located right at the top of the stairs with no privacy. I wish there had been a bit more communication on this in the listing. Overall, great location, amenities, and home. 10/10 recommended.

Tranquility A La Paix is located in the best possible spot to be able to walk to everything you could want to see in Rosemary and Alys Beach. The beach chairs and pool/beach access included with your stay made a huge difference. The property was just as pictured. Could not have been more impressed with our stay!

The house was centrally located to enjoy sights, shops, and restaurants on 30A. We hosted my daughter and her husband, my brother and his wife, and my sister and her husband for a week during our 33 day stay. We enjoyed checking out local restaurants with them and even competed in trivia night at Beach Camp in Grayton Beach as well as Red Bar for music, and Hurricane Oyster Bar for great meals. When we had the pool heat turned on before our families’ visit, we enjoyed that immensely as well. We highly recommend this vacation rental and look forward to future time spent in the Grayton/Seaside/Seagrove Beach area.

Kitchen well equipped,2 choices of coffee pots. Keurig & drip. I just suggest the kitchen needs hot pads. The manager answered immediately even on Sunday. We enjoyed walking on the beach everyday. If you like breweries we went to Beach Camp Brewpub, good beer choices & huge pretzel :) We loved our stay at Monterey condo B402!!!

This is a gorgeous house, just minutes walk to the beach! We had some plumbing issues the first night but they got a plumber out to fix it, and they were responsive to other issues. Very beautiful home with plenty of space for privacy for everyone. I would definitely come back this rental. It is built for entertaining! We cooked almost every meal, very well equipped. We walked to the beach every day. It was walking distance to The Creamery at Blue Mountain Beach and Blue Mountain beach access if you don’t feel like using the boardwalk that takes you to Grayton Beach in 7 minutes.
