We really enjoyed our stay at the home overall and were very happy with the location and amenities. It's a beautiful house and neighborhood, and we especially loved the patio and backyard. As a heads up that you can't see in photos - there is construction at a nearby house that you can hear while sitting outside, but there seems to be ongoing construction throughout the area generally speaking.There is room for improvement regarding the management company providing very limited supplies (they note this at the very bottom of the listing). You should buy or bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc. We asked in advance, but didn't hear back from the management company until our day of travel for something that we needed for our trip so we had to make a back up plan, and we had an issue with one of the appliances. The management company is responsive by text, but the texts seem to be auto-generated. When we called, we weren't able to speak to someone live.

The house was extremely clean and across the street from the beach. From house, make a left and you can walk/bike to Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Inlet Beach. Beach access- from driveway make a right and public beach access on left after two homes. Easier to use crosswalk than cross from driveway. Bike rental to right 1.5 miles, or left 1 mile. Starbucks left 1 mile along with other restaurants and shops. Publix 2 miles away.
Shower pressure is great too. Home is well laid out and much more spacious than pictured. Furniture is very clean also. House looks to be original with ocean views but they built on the sandbars across the street. Can still see ocean from porch.
Just a side note….. I sat anywhere I wanted to on the beach and no one asked me to move, but the public spot is very small. I also rented chairs at the inlet beach access because it is my favorite area and easy to walk. $280 for five days two chairs one umbrella- no hassle.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fabulous house, location, golf cart super cool, bikes & tennis courts thoroughly enjoyed & of course the 5 minute walk to the beach was the best. We enjoyed the food trucks in Seaside & walking to Angelina’s for a really tasty Italian dinner. We had great massages in Panama City one day (Hand & Stone ask for Travis!) and loved a day at the outlets in Miramar Beach. We even enjoyed a movie there one night. Cassine Village was a beautiful spot for our family of 5 - Ocean Pearl had all the amenities we enjoy at home & couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for having us!

This place has great proximity to the beach! It is right next-door to a restaurant bar. While it wasn’t a big deal for our group, it should be noted that when there’s live music you’ll hear it from the bedroom! It was never a big deal for our group and it didn’t go late into the night.

Only problem with condo, fourth bedroom was a closet with bunk beds. Not a problem for us but it might be for families. Definitely for us 5 stars. Our view was spectacular!

Our family of 8 had a wonderful stay in this beautiful Santa Rosa Beach home. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of space for the 8 of us, and located in a peaceful and private neighborhood. The top level patio was a fun place to have our evening meal.
The beach is only a 10 minute walk and this area of beach seems very quiet compared to other areas down the street.

We recently signed on with Benchmark to manage our beachfront condo and we couldn't be happier! Holly walked us through everything Benchmark had to offer and even provided things we didn't expect. Benchmark offers Free activities to our guests like mini golf and dolphin cruises at no expense to us. Dara made the onboarding process a breeze and when I was having difficulty printing out the paperwork she drove over to me and dropped off copies. And our new Owner Service Agent, Kriston, was everything we had ever hoped for in an OSA. She answered texts promptly no matter when we reached out and she had some great ideas for ways to improve our condo. We feel like Kriston is the hardest working person we’ve ever met and she will do everything in her power to make our business profitable for us. Even in the midst of a personal emergency she was still working and responding to us. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this experience has been and we look forward to working with these great people at Benchmark.

I really enjoyed my stay. it was quiet for during SB both day & night. Pool was nice. It's an easy walk to the beach (literally across the street). Short walk to great food! I will definitely stay again in the future.

We had a great week. This unit was perfect for our family of 4. It had everything we needed. We loved being able to see and hear the Gulf from our balcony. The pool was heated, which was great. The beach service was so convenient. We walked to a coffee shop every morning, and rode bikes to dinner most nights.

We had a great stay with Benchmark at the CHATEAU LA MER. The condo itself had everything we needed. It was clean and what they say is what you get. It is affordable, close to the beach, and has nice private access. Benchmarks was very attentive to our needs, communicating quickly and efficiently. I called after hours to extend our stay and was still able to get help.

It was a perfect fit for our two families with two “master” bedrooms and rooms that fit our kids very well. The condo has so many comforts of home, especially in the kitchen with many tools and kitchen equipment. We hope/plan to come back here again. The grounds of the complex are nice and quiet and the pool, being heated for March was very nice! The rental company does well sending information before your trip, however, for this property you need a gate access code, pedestrian access code, along with your unit code to get into the unit. This is a lot of codes to remember during your stay and when we arrived we only had the unit code so had to reach out to management to get additional codes.

The beach was easy to access. Parking was close to the condo with a gate enclosed lot. The community was quiet. Management was easy to reach.
