Our family stayed at the end of July and absolutely loved it. The home was beautiful with plenty of space and everything we needed. The ice maker and wine fridge was a wonderful bonus. The space was fantastic for our 7 people (including 4 teens and 1 9 year old).
The beach view was stunning. We loved sitting on the porch. The neighbors is peaceful, well kept. Great access to the beach that almost felt private at times because it wasn’t busy. We used the pool every day. We will absolutely look I. To staying here again.
We are at some amazing restaurants, biked to the cute shops right around the corner from the house. We also loved the ability to visit Seaside and Rosemary beach because we were conveniently located in the middle of both.

This condo was in great condition! Great for our family of 5. We had no issues at all. Host was very responsive and condo is in a great location and has a tiki bar in the pool area. We will definitely return!

Enjoyed our stay in 341 at Pinewood! Location is great, everything was clean, and being on the 4th floor was lovely. My only suggestions would be include more toilet paper and paper towels than one roll of each.

Great house for a large family. easy walk to the beach. the public beach access was nice with a clean shower and bathroom. The house and pool were clean. would definately stay again!!!

The location was good. The room was nice and very clean. The water pressure was a little low and the mattress in the bedroom is very soft could use a new mattress. But would stay there again.

Overall we had a great time. The house met our needs and was in the location we wanted. It’s the perfect size for our family of 6.
As for the management, I had asked in advance if we could PARK at the house prior to check in, (like 2-3 hours before check in) so we could walk to town or down to beach… they said absolutely! Come arrival day we went to PARK at the house but the cleaner was parked in both spaces. I called and kindly asked if they could ask them move their truck so we could park per prior conversation … apparently that was the wrong thing to do and we were unable to park there a few hours before check in. (If you are familiar with a Seaside vacation, you’ll understand my minor inconvenience). That is my only complaint. The person I spoke to/texted upon arrival date was clearly inconvenienced by me and was not at all accommodating.

This was a great home for our family vacation! We were walking distance from the beach, which was super convenient. We also loved the pool and all of that additional games the host had available. Home was clean and looked just like the images! Would revisit.

great stay!! Condo was well stocked and nicely furnished. Fit 8 of us just fine. we cooked all our meals and had everything we needed. you can see a little bit of gulf from the balcony which was nice. short walk to the beach. Rooms were spacious.

Our stay was everything we hoped it would be. After a 9 hour drive we got there early and were planning on sitting on the beach for a few hours before check in. Our condo was ready an hour early so we were able to go up and settle in. Check in was super easy. The sink in the kitchen messed up and they had someone there to fix it within an hour. Overall the stay was amazing. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Can’t wait to book again next year!

The stay was wonderful! Unit was perfect! Elevator was an issue the whole trip. Door would have delayed opening and got stuck as well. It required us to climb stairs for fear of another issue. Little dogs staying in the complex used the bathroom on the floor of elevator every time they got on and was unsanitary and smelled. Perhaps no dogs on elevator

This was our first time vacationing in the Santa Rosa Beach area. 77 Crystal Court was just as we expected. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the house being on a culdesac street in order to have some privacy and not deal with traffic when walking to the beach. We also enjoyed only having a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. The rental is two houses away from the community pool which was nice with shade and we got to meet and talk with other vacationers staying on the street. The house location was perfect with having restaurants, shops and sight seeing both to the east and west with short drives. We did have one maintenance issue which was not critical. I would recommend that Benchmark maintenance personnel wear a badge or some identification so there is no concern if they are actually representing Benchmark Management. Benchmark Management was easy to contact and was very responsive and helpful when needed. Thank for a great vacation!

This is our second year staying at a Benchmark Management property, specifically Beachside Condos. We love it, it has private beach access, ocean views, and is reasonably priced. The location is so convenient for walking or driving to restaurants, shopping and other towns on 30A. The condos are perfect for our family of 4.

Sitting Bayside was even better than the photos! So many listings look roomy in pictures but end up feeling cramped in person. Not this one! This home was REALLY spacious, exactly as described, and gave our family of six plenty of room to spread out and relax comfortably. The kitchen itself was fully equipped and had everything we needed to cook for the whole family. My husband loved the outdoor gas grill. The bay is right across the street with a fishing pier and a playground. The beach was less than 10 minutes away, and grocery stores and restaurants were even closer — incredibly convenient. 30A Management was amazing. I reached out while at the grocery store before checking in and asked which kind of coffee maker the home had, and they replied immediately. (It had two types -another thoughtful touch!)We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, genuinely spacious, and well-appointed home in a great location with top-tier management to match.
