We really enjoyed our stay. The home is lovely and in a great location. My family of six was very comfortable in this home. It comfortably sleeps ten people. The kitchen didn’t have the best cookware and supplies but it was fine. The were plenty of bath towels but don’t forget to bring beach towels from home.
The neighborhood is quiet and pretty. This home is close to the neighborhood’s pickleball/tennis court, which we really enjoyed. We didn’t use either of the neighborhood pools but they were nice and in good locations.
Beach access was great. I highly recommend renting bikes to ride to the beach access on Andalusia Road. We reserved ours from Vacayzen and they delivered and picked up.
We also reserved chairs and umbrellas that were set up daily. Made it so easy going to the beach. Waltoncountychairs is where you reserve.
We like Amavida coffee. Black bear bread company is great for breakfast. Prema has great smoothies bowls. Nigel’s Bananas is great for a sweet treat!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rental management company was easy to work with and the house is everything described in the post.If your goal is to be able to wake up and look at the ocean, you should stay here.If you’re looking for a roomy beach without big crowds, you should stay here.If you want to have a house that you can walk to the beach in about 45 seconds, you should stay here!We will be booking again!

As soon as we walked in my husband and oldest daughter said, "let's all give mama a big high five bc she booked us the best place!" It's soooo stunning. The only thing to KNOW if you've never stayed here is, bring kid cups/plastic containers for leftovers with lids. And, clean your food up immediately bc all the units we've stayed in have ants (ground floor units). Not excessive but enough that you can't leave ANY food out for longer than 20 minutes. This unit inspired me. I'd love to chat with whomever chose the decor bc it's PERFECT/great quality. So many great games/puzzles to choose from, too!

ocean villa is always a favorite. The pool is always clean and warm. The hot tub is good size and also always clean. The beach access is a short distance. The balcony is spacious. The 502 was very clean and beds were comfy. We would stay again.

This was our first time in Destin and we had a wonderful experience! The condo was perfect for our family of five! It was very clean, just as pictured and had all of the listed amenities. And the location was fantastic, only a one minute walk from the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend this listing! Thank you so much!

My son and I capped off his senior spring break by staying in the Hidden Beach Villas, it was the absolute perfect place for us to stay. Literally steps from the beach, quiet, clean and super close to all the things the area has to offer. We will be back!

Great location very close to the beach. A couple simple issues came up over the course of the stay, and communication was quick and productive.
The pool was a great backup to the beach. If the nights get cold, you'll want to pay for heating, otherwise, the water will be too cold to use.
As an FYI for future guests, the kitchen is well stocked from a pots/pans standpoint; but there are no spices, staples, leftovers from previous guests like you might find in some Airbnbs. You'll need to bring/buy everything you plan on using, and will likely need to purchase additional toilet paper for the bathrooms. It doesn't detract from the property, but is worth noting for planning ahead of arrival.

We had a wonderful stay at Beachcrest. The place was beautiful, wonderful ocean views. Beach chair set up was included all we had to do was get our towels out early to claim our spot. The heated pool was a game changer for March. Sunrises and sunsets were perfection, I would definitely book this condo again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ☀️

We had a great time staying here. I booked last minute without any reviews listed on Airbnb so I was nervous. The place was exactly as pictured and described. It’s gorgeous condo on the beach with a great view. The place was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. My only suggestion was if the benchmark could give more than one roll of toilet paper/paper towel. Not a big deal but would be nice. I bought extra and left. The condo does not have any beach equipment or beach towels so that was one bummer. I did buy some cheap ones and left them for the next guest(s). I think you can rent chairs from an independent on the beach but you have to do that before 10am as they are gone quickly. Very close to seaside and walking distance to some nice restaurants. Would stay here again.

Perfect stay for our family of 4 over spring break. The beach is very private. You wouldn’t even know it was spring break while down at the beach. Beds were very comfortable. Great location-close to the big chill and other restaurants. Close to Publix. We’ll be back.

The refrigerator needs some attention the ice dispenser doesn't work, when it defrosted there was excessive amounts water on the floor. I think the drain was frozen but your repair guy said it was the seal on the door? The door bell didn't work and it would be nice to have a keyless pad on the front door or at least a key so when you go to the pool you can lock the door. Victoria the property manager was very helpful. All in all our stay was great and looking forward to our stay in 2026.

It looked and smelled clean. Everything was in good working order and we were very comfortable in this unit. Didn’t need much from the management company but they were available via text at any time.

Our family of 5 (including 3 young adults) had a great stay over Spring Break at this Seagrove house. Great location near beach access but tucked away behind bustling 30a. Seems like a relatively new vacation rental. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. The fenced backyard is ideal for dog owners, plus we enjoyed the fire pit at night. Property manager is helpful and very responsive. Thanks for the fun stay!

This place was so awesome! The decor and interior was not only beautiful, it was comfortable as well! We got to check in a few hours early which was amazing!! However, the only negative thing I can say is that the beach shuttle wasn’t working. While it was no big deal to drive to the beach, during busy times there was little to no parking at the beach, so finding a spot was challenging and could have been prevented by being able to use the shuttle! Worth noting if you stay here during busy season that you must get to the beach early to get a parking spot at the access point should the shuttle be out of commission.

We had plenty of towels, they were big & soft. The kitchen was fully stocked. This location right on the water felt like a hidden gem. The communication about this from the management company was horrible. We were not given any information. We were informed at 8:30AM the next day that the pipe would be repaired as soon as they could get the proper piece to do the repair. That was the last we heard. We were never informed that the water was back on and that we needed to boil water for use for 48 hours.

A big plus is that Benchmark management has someone on site here during the day. This is very helpful in case issues arise, to tell you codes for beach doors, pool, etc. The only issue was that we really needed to check in 15 minutes early for an online meeting needing wifi and they would not allow that, which was disappointing.

My two teenage daughters and I stayed in Rolling tide, C8 for spring break and was such a wonderful experience! The unit was so perfect! I love that it was pet friendly because we got to bring our little Chihuahua as well. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was perfect. We re-washed our towels for the unit and washed our towels for the beach and got to make sure we brought home clean clothes. The location was absolutely perfect. I love the property and super close to the beach access with shops and restaurants. we took advantage of the bike rentals that had a basket, so I got to put my little Chihuahua in it and ride her around all over town. The pool view from the balcony is so pretty with surrounding palm trees. We will certainly be booking our next trip here. Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home, neighborhood and location were great. Loved the pool, pickle ball and easy beach access. The house was perfectly cleaned for our arrival. The kitchen was very well stocked. The screened porch was lovely and the gas fireplace was amazing for a morning read and coffee. The third floor deck offers a peek-a-boo view of the beach and water as well as being a terrific spot for stargazing. Couple of minor issues. There were only two wrist bands for the pickle ball courts and my first day inquiry for a couple more went unanswered by management company(fortunately, we were never asked to see them by anyone so the four of us were still able to use the courts without issue. I did not follow up after my initial request). Primary bedroom mattress was not great. Lastly, a very nice plumber arrived to do some work with an apologetic two minute heads up text and vm from management. It wasn’t a big problem but it is an example of another instance of poor communication from benchmark as the plumber indicated that it was a scheduled appointment. We were not there during a particularly busy week. I expected better communication. The positives still outweigh the negatives to the point that we would definitely stay here again. We certainly have found a favorite neighborhood after 13 years of visiting the area.
