1201 wonderful unit. BeachCrest has been my rental destination the past three years. Wonderful location in Seagrove and right on the beach. This unit was exceptionally clean. The furnishings, paint colors and whole aesthetic really works well together - it’s a soothing place to stay. The kitchen appliances are updated. I stayed in the master. The bed was very comfortable. It’s such a nice thing to stay in a place with a comfortable bed. And as I’m sure other renters have commented, the “included” umbrella and 2 beach chairs are a fantastic added benefit. The only “issue” I have (and I think I may have been responsible as I opened the sliding glass door when I arrived) I noticed that there were a few flies and ladybugs on the walls and ceiling. I then realized that when I opened the sliding glass door, I had not shut the screen to the porch. After I started shutting the screen door there were no more issues with flies or ladybugs. So, I think that was probably on me, but I wanted to mention it. Great place. I’ll definitely be returning to BeachCrest. Keep up the good work and you’ll have loyal customers like me coming back each summer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our first time staying at Eastern Shore was great! This property is truly just steps from the beach and the views are fantastic. The condo had everything we needed and the management company was extremely responsive to the questions we had. Would definitely recommend!!

Benchmark Management made our beach getaway absolutely stress-free! The condo was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as described. Communication was top-notch from start to finish. Makenzie was amazing. She checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and was so friendly and attentive. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days. We’ll definitely be booking through Benchmark again!

I loved the location and the cleanliness of the facility and room. We enjoyed it and how quiet the area was around our room. There was some miscommunication and parking pass wasn't left and never received. Placed our own written in the window and just hoped everyday it wasn't towed.

this is our second year staying in this set of condos. management is always responsive and helpful. the beach is a very short walk and the access is private so no need to try to rush to claim a spot on the water!
we were in town for an event and the ironing board was broken, usable if you stabilized it between yourself and the wall but definitely broken. I let management know and they brought a new ironing board which wasn’t necessary but I thought it spoke to their way of taking care of their guests. :)

This was the 2nd trip to Miramar Beach for Avett Moon. The Arial Dunes properties are great and we will definitely stay here again! Benchmark was great with communication and when we had a problem with our door code, they were very responsive.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with benchmark. Overall the until was very clean and the presentation was spot on. Luckily, the inspector Levi was inside the unit, touching it up and getting it ready for our family. He was very professional And truly made our stay one to remember! I highly recommend benchmark management For any of your vacation rental needs. The staff is very accommodating and responds quickly! Guest services was very helpful before, during, and after our stay making sure we had everything we needed. I definitely will rent through them again!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The unit was as pictured, the amenities were plentiful and the direct access to the beach was amazing!
I would definitely stay again!
Previous reviews mentioned issues with the elevators, but I guess I came during a slower season because I never had to wait more than 30 seconds.

We stayed at beach crest condominiums for a few days me and my wife enjoyed it immensley.It was like a second honeymoon for us. It was very clean and spacious. Thier staff member Emily was such a great help.We really enjoyed our stay cant wait to come back soon.

Perfect for us! Ease to beach and loved the elevator and carts for bringing up and down our belongings!! Very clean and pretty condo! We will be back again! A week was not long enough!

Had the best time and will definitely be back! Backyard area was beautiful and we utilized it everyday. Beach was within walking distance and house was close to area restaurants.
