We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Commodore’s Retreat. It was a lovely condo, and the hosts made checking in and checking out a breeze. We hope to return in the near future!

Observations, Bed sheets are thin, Baking sheets need replaced and too many decorative pillows on the bed. No place to put them when sleeping. Other than those issues very pleased with the condo. Very disappointed that the heated pool was not heated and should be compensated as that was an included feature of this location. We would book again on our next trip

We really enjoyed our stay at the Palms. It was as great as we remember - easy beach access, walking distance from Seaside, clean, and comfortable. The wind did howl through the window several nights and keep us awake, but we discovered on the third night we just needed to open the window and the whistling was much less. We would return to the Palms.

Spacious and comfortable in every way. Plenty of towels, blankets, etc. New appliances. Basic supplies provided. Short drive or bike ride to many restaurants. Enjoyed the heated pool and pickleball courts. House backs up to 30A which brings alot of street noise. A bit of a walk to the beach area that The Preserve guests are allowed to use, but once there it is extremely private and barely any people around which is a plus-public beaches are insanely overcrowded during Spring Break. PS: they mean it when they say no early check in. We made great time after driving for 8 hours and hoped to get in at 2:30 but were disappointed that even thought the house looked ready, we coulodnt get in.

We had a lovely time at One Seagrove Place, unit 607. The view from our balcony was awesome and great location. Easy to rent bikes from Redfish right outside the building. The only issue was some of the patio furniture was broken/very worn - could use some updating.

Our long weekend spent here was wonderful! The condo was spotless and comfortable and had everything we needed. The company managing the unit was so kind and very helpful. The beach and pool were private to those staying on the property. We visited many local towns, such as Rosemary Beach, Seagrove and Seaside. The food in the area was exceptional. I feel so lucky to have been able to spend some time at this gem of a rental unit along 30A. It is just as it looks… perfect little place for a quick escape from reality! I cannot wait to return.

We went for a quick Spring Break trip. Check in was seamless and lots of pre trip communication from property manager. Very clean well appointed condo with space where we weren't on top of each other for a family of four. It was right on the beach and convenient to all things 30A without being right on a busy 30A. We will stay at this property again.

Can't beat the beautiful beachfront view and experience. We loved the views and convenience to the beach. The beach was set up each day with chairs for the guests, which was so nice. The condo unit itself was clean but the beds and sheets were not comfortable. Additionally, we didn't realize the stay didn't come with beach towels! Difficult to bring those for those of us coming by plane.

The house is in an amazing location, it's very clean, nicely decorated and very well taken care of, and has everything you could possibly need! The pool is such a huge bonus to this house and was very much used by my family! Benchmark Management was incredibly responsive to any needs I had during my stay, and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this house to anyone lucky enough to visit the area.

Great property in a quiet location spent during spring break. Property manager was very helpful and responsive. Clean and well maintained, with lots of stairs. Rented bikes which helped us navigate the area much better than by car. Found less crowded beaches than Seacrest at Inlet Beach and Deer Lake State Park. Highly recommend Old Florida Fish House. Would stay here again. Only slight downside was navigating from property to beach access, but easy to do after understanding the layout.

Excellent everything! Only thing is that the appliances need updated.. washer knocks, dryer squeaks, dishwasher overflowed, and the ceiling fan in the bedroom was noisy. This is still a beautiful place and a great value.. kids loved the bunk beds! We loved the painting headboard in master bedroom! The appliances all did there job so it really didn't hender our stay, just a bit noisy and would be absolutely perfect if those issues were addressed..

We spent spring break at this property and enjoyed the proximity to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The property was as described, and was great for our party of 7. The only issues had to do with cooking / kitchen. There were only 4 forks and the pans were rusted. However, when I called about these issues, Benchmark immediately brought a new pan as well as new forks. We all appreciated the quick response of the management company.

The view was terrific, the location was good less than a mile from watercolor and directly across the street from Café 30A. It was quiet I never ran into any neighbors or did we ever hear anyone. The room was clean and spacious! Once again very satisfied with the management company and the condo. This was our 3rd trip and it is 3/3.

Made is the Shade is a blast from the past! It’s a quaint little cottage style that is nicely decorated and very comfortable! Just a short walk to the beach and even with construction work going on close to it really quiet. Every thing was in working order and clean. We really enjoyed our stay!!!

The view from the unit was fantastic.
The location and proximity to everything was great.
The free chairs and umbrella from on the beach were great.
The discounted bike rental was a nice added feature.
Definitely some wear and tear showing, but it was all cosmetic.
There are no coffee filters for the coffee machine.

We stayed at Friday on My Mind in early March. The house was spacious and comfortable. It easily fit eight adults and 2 children. We really enjoyed all Watercolor had to offer and took advantage of some of the activities at Camp Watercolor and the Beach Club. We would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect place for us! Great decor and location! I loved the balcony access from the master bedroom!
