We loved the house—it was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was also great, quiet and welcoming, and we really enjoyed the overall vibe of the area. The only downside was that on Friday, all the access codes stopped working, which made it a bit of a hassle getting in and out of the neighborhood, as well as getting to the beach and pool. It was a bit frustrating, but otherwise, our stay was wonderful and we will definitely be coming back!

We had a great stay! Listing was exactly as pictured. We loved the location…being right on the beach was dreamy. Our kids enjoyed the pool on the windy days when they couldn’t go in the water. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 4 kids.

Excellent stay. Beautiful “mansion” as my kiddos said! Perfect to run to Publix and easy to take the trolly to pools and beach.
House is beautiful and everything you could need or want. Only ask would have been large curtains in front of the bunk area to keep out the sun in the morning
Anything we needed we received help with. So thank you! Would definitely recommend

Great place right on the beach with immediate access. Close to a gas station for last minute items and right in between the watercolor and rosemary beach areas, so you are near everything.
Condo had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch and when we couldn’t remember where to find the beach code, we called and got an answer right away.

We love staying at this location. You are conveniently located to the beach either a shuttle ride over or a 5 min walk. The condo was spacious and well equipped.

We loved the convenience to the beach and the reserved seating on the private beach access! We also loved being on the 12th floor for the full ocean and beach view. We were also very impressed with how clean the unit was all the way down to dishes and appliances. We will be back!

We loved our stay at Memory Maker. The house is clean and functional, the location to the pool and beach access is wonderful. The only negative about the beach is that it is a very small section of beach we are allowed on due to private beaches on either side. The section of beach that we were allotted was very small and crowded.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was extremely clean and well-maintained. We appreciated being able to walk to the beach and several nearby restaurants. The management company was very responsive when we encountered trouble accessing the property on our first day. We would definitely recommend this property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo has the best view. It is a corner unit, so we have a view from the side as well as out the back. It does need a few items fixed but for the price, we manage. We have rented 3 time now and know what to expect. I take WD40 with me and lube up the screens on the patio door tracks so they slide easy. They get messed up from sand. Sand is always everywhere. You are on the beach! We love the area! Our side of the beach is not crowded, and we love that. For the money, it's great!

Our stay was lovely. The space was just as we expected it to be. Our family of four (plus our dog) were comfortable and felt right at home. Our kids loved that we were right next to the pool, and despite our concerns about noise from late-night pool goers - it was quiet. The beach is a five minute walk away and the surrounding towns are close enough to bike to. 30A offers so much and the location of this property was pretty centrally located. The unit does come with basic goods (2 dishwasher pods, a roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom), but if you're staying more than 2 nights you might need to supplement those items. We did go into the stay knowing that information, as the listing was transparent with that information. The hosts were responsive and friendly, reaching out the morning of our stay via phone and text to make sure we had everything we needed for a smooth check-in. This was a very last minute trip for us and this property was just perfect.

Very impressed by this place! It was very spacious with room for everyone. The kitchen was supplied with more items than I expected including cookie sheets, pots/pans, cutting boards, measuring cups/spoons in addition to plenty of plates, bowls, and utensils. The smart TVs in each room were a plus. There were also extra blankets to use. The beds were so comfy! The whole place was clean and as advertised! We loved sitting on the screened porch and that we were surrounded by trees. The neighborhood was peaceful and there wasn’t a ton of traffic. It was an easy walk or bike ride to so many businesses, beach access, etc. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Building is older but very well maintained-pool area nice and appreciated the beach chais/umbrella set up that came with the rental. Would recommend the owner consider replacing the material on the patio furniture soon-it’s showing signs of wear. Would be happy to stay here again 😊 Benchmark communicated well before and during our stay.
