We stayed at this property over Spring Break and loved it. It’s our second time staying here. The location is perfect. We walked to the square and restaurants. I highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful time, it was beautiful and peaceful. The kids loved the beach but wasn’t able to really enjoy fully because the winds were to heavy. The condo we stayed in was amazing, cozy and very clean. I love the cross on the wall made of wood. I mean the condo was very well kept and quiet. Highly recommended

Location is peaceful as always this is our second year in a row at this location. It’s about a 20 minutes walk to Pineapple Willys if you walk the beach. I do wish this unit had some of the basics for beach items they had nothing. No towels, chairs, basic toys, nothing so be prepared to bring your own in and sorry if you are flying. The guest room bed was comfortable the master has springs in your back the whole night it was rough. There were no extra blankets for any of the beds or throws for the living room. The kitchen was very well stocked with the basics. Its location is quick to everything 7min drive to a Walmart and walking distance to a great pizza and ice cream shop. Yes we would return again just knowing what we know now and not every unit has the same amenities or supplies. The local residents are sweet as well just be respectful.

Loved how the condo was decorated, the furniture and the beautiful kitchen. The master bed (memory foam topper) made it so comfortable!! We had a great trip!

This was the perfect stay for my husband and I! The walkout to the balcony from the master bedroom was my favorite! We were able to open the balcony door and listen to the waves at night and it was so relaxing! The amenities were great and the location was exceptional!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nicely renovated ground-floor unit in a well-maintained development. The view from the living room sliding glass doors is super. Walking or taking a Lyft to local restaurants is easy. Extremely responsive rental management company. Our only complaint is the mildewy odor (like old wet soccer cleats) in the breezeway outside the front door--it was really rank despite the industrial fans. Other than that, we had a great stay. Make sure to have your pass with you at the pool and the beach because the security guard will check.

This was a great place for a solo stay for a few days at the beach. It’s a small studio but perfect for an individual, couple, or small family. Super easy check in and check out process. The location (for me) was great since it’s in a quieter area but a very easy bike/drive to Seaside or Rosemary. The complex itself is small and on the older side but is still nice enough and there are a few good restaurants within walking distance. I agree with other comments about the outlets/charging but it wasn’t that big of a deal. Access to the beach is super convenient and seems to be less crowded than in other spots. All in all it was a great value and I’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home. The check in process was difficult. The car passes were hard to locate. We never were able to get both cars’ passes. The phone number was not for local help. One shower had very rusted metal & the drain cover came off. No instructions on the bedroom tvs. Could not use all week. The cooktop was very dirty.

Perfect location, plenty of restaurants within walking distance, beach chairs and umbrellas provided with condo. Very nice and comfy condo. Easy to walk right down to the pool and beach. Excellent communication from property manager. Would definitely stay here again!

The community pool was heated and steps away from the house. The golf cart was clutch to get us to the public beach and we didn’t find it too busy during our spring break week. House was decently appointed and we loved the separate ice maker! The screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee! The area could use a few more shops but only a 2-3 mile bike ride away. Quiet street with many families made us feel safe and away from the hustle bustle of other communities. Would come back to this area again.

The location next to Publix and the trolly stop was heaven! Our entire family took advantage of the trolly all week and the house was beautiful!

The house was in a great location. We could walk or bike a few blocks to the beach and Seaside. There were coolers, bikes, beach chairs, and umbrellas provided in the garage. This was great as we had traveled over 500 miles and didn’t want to bring these items with us. Unfortunately, it was windy and chilly for most of our stay. We were so grateful for the option to heat the pool. We spent alot of time there. I would definitely stay here again!
