Grateful was clean and spacious for the 4 of us. The location was perfect for the beach and wedding venue we attended. Beach management was very responsive and communicated well with us!

We enjoyed the house and it was easy access to the beach. Spacious and close to good restaurants and entertainment. Covered parking was good.

The unit was spotless and well equipped. The property was very well maintained, and had amazing views with easy access to the beach. Benchmark did a phenomenal job of communicating before and during our stay, quickly addressing any questions we had. One of the best rental experiences we’ve had on 30A!

I like to escape South Florida every once in awhile to visit family in the area. Makenzie always helps us find the best options for my family and communication is always great no matter who we speak to for the entire stay. I’ll book with Benchmark time and time again!

I will forever book through Benchmark! I've stayed with them for both business and pleasure and always look forward to my next getaway with them. Makayla and the Guest Relations team always make us feel like family, and it is so refreshing in today's world to get that kind of service. Their arrival guides are sent well in advance and are so detailed that you rarely need to ask questions. But if you do, they’re just a call or text away and always quick to respond. Booking with Benchmark means peace of mind, excellent service, and a vacation that’s truly worth the price.

By far my favorite spot in all of Seaside. I loved the seclusion, yet it was within walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery store and the beach!

The management team was responsive and proactive. The property was perfect for our family and was really nice. They even had a box full of beach toys and chairs for the kids to rummage. It was walkable to the beach and a close bike or golf cart ride to the Seaside restaurants and shopping area. Public beach access down the street as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Seacrest was perfect! A great place in Rosemary Beach to visit as a family. Every location (beach, restaurants, shops) are walkable, and if you are up to knowing more, driving between 5 and 20 minutes you get to access other great places such as Santa Rosa, Seaside, etc. the sand at the beach and the color of the water is flawless! The apartment was in perfect conditions in the heart of Rosemary Beach. Management was always responsive and helpful. We will definitely go back!

Everything was great. Looks to have been recently remodeled. Love walking out of the room and just a few steps away from the beach. Was not crowded, which was a big plus for us. I highly recommend this location.

We had the privilege of staying at Blue 9 Unit 2 during Fall Break. The ocean front views are absolutely incredible! The property has a huge patio, perfect for grilling and cocktails at sunset. Being right on the beach made it so easy to run inside throughout the day, and the fact the condo is fully updated made us feel like we were truly staying in luxury. The property was perfectly located close to all the restaurants and shopping which made travel easy. We will be back time and time again when we visit 30A!

We had an amazing experience with Benchmark Management! Seemed a bit slower this time of year, which honestly made for a really relaxing trip. Makenzie and the rest of the people we spoke to were fantastic. Every question I had was answered within 10 minutes, and the arrival process was smooth and easy. Everything ran so well, and I truly appreciated their attentive and friendly service. Can’t wait to book with Benchmark again on our next trip!

This was our second time in this same condo and it is a really great place to stay! It was clean and the air conditioner is nice and cold! The check in and out process was a breeze and Benchmark kept in contact via text throughout the whole process. You just can’t beat the beautiful view from the balcony! This place was very cozy and we can’t wait to come back soon!

This beautiful house is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Perfect for our needs. Walking distance to the beach though there are many steps down! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay here! I loved the decor inside. Very elegant and beachy! It’s a very quiet and peaceful area. It was close to everything - 30A, Seaside, Rosemary etc.

We had a wonderful time at our condo on Panama City Beach! The condo was very clean and the communication from Benchmark was great! They stayed ahead of us every step of the way with information about the arrival and departure. This is our second stay at the same condo and we can’t wait to stay again!

It wasn’t an over the top place, but that would have been really expensive. We are tired of 500plus a night places. This was perfect for us. Fresh and clean. Nice amenities. The best part was the access to beach. Our unit was right there. Never been closer to the walk down so it was so easy to just run up for lunch. Definitely would stay there again

Second time at this specific property and not the last. Always clean, plenty of space- easily sleep 6, 5 mins or less walk to the beach, walkable to several restaurants, 5 mins drive to Publix, 5-7 mins to Seaside. Plus, Benchmark is 10/10 every time we stay on a property.

The absolute perfect condo for my family of 6 and our friends family of 3!!
The unit was clean, so very spacious, and full of useful items such as kitchen appliances, additional blankets and towels, and lots of beach items for adults and children! Benchmark was wonderful with quick responses, we checked in on Sunday afternoon and noticed that the lock on one of the balcony doors was locked, they had maintenance there the very next morning to replace the lock. Overall a great experience! We will definitely look into staying here again next year!
