All Decked Out 30A was a great home. We traveled with 4 families and the house fit us perfectly. We also traveled with children, the house suited them well also. The pool size was great. There is a pool alarm on the door that is great safety but also a bit of a nuisance. The Benchmark staff were very responsive on any needs, and was able to contact via text which made things simple. The beach is just a .25 mile walk; very easy to access.There were a few cons, but would be expected for any rental property.The largest con was there was no yard maintenance. Grass had grown beyond the pool furniture. Staff was very responsive and sent out a lawn maintenance crew. Also dust and dirt all over the outdoor furniture. Would have been nice if it was cleaned so we could have enjoyed all the furniture. The only TV working was in the main living room also (this was not a huge issue for us -so did not follow up). We had issues with the air conditioning and pool heater. Outdoor light bulbs needs replaced. Benchmark very responsive on these needs as well.

The views from this condo are amazing. You can lounge on the balcony and people watch or you can walk your way to the beach through your private entrance where your chairs and umbrella will be set up in advance upon request. Truly no hassle beaching. The unit was friendly for my aging mom. The furniture in the living room was very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked (minus a Keurig). The location was thick in the middle of it all yet the gated property provided a calmness from the hustling of 30A.

This was a beautiful space. It was clean, updated and complete with all expected amenities. The sitting area beyond the sliding doors was perfect for reading, coffee or just a space for prayer/meditation overlooking the lake complete with a central water spout.

Such a great condo to vacation in. One of the nicest and most comfortable places we have ever stayed in. Kitchen was very nicely supplied. The only thing we missed was an outdoor grill.

Pictures don’t do this condo justice. It’s beautifully decorated and the view from the balcony is amazing! You couldn’t ask for a better location. We enjoyed the convenience of being steps from the beach and just a short walk/bike ride to the many things 30A has to offer.
The condo had everything my family of 4 needed. I appreciated the extra attention to small things like laundry pods, dishwasher tabs, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The heated pool and complementary beach chair service were the extra cherry on top! We will definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay!! The view was amazing from the condo and we were able to see dolphins swimming from our condo balcony one morning. It was a great location to have little ones with the pool and private beach access. We would love to visit again!

We had a great stay at Redfish Village! We loved the pool, short walk to the beach, getting ice cream across the street, and the live music at Redfish Taco. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. It had all the amenities we needed - Benchmark 30A even provided a blender for us when we asked ahead of time! We rented chairs through the service at the beach and brought beach/pool towels and toys for our young kids. Easy check-in and great communication also! Gorgeous sunset from the deck with little views of the ocean!

We hadn't stayed in Seaside before. We were on a trip with a larger group (all in separate housing). We felt this area was overpriced. We LOVED our location, our home, everything was great! We understand the price is relative for this area but wouldn't stay in this area again due to cost.

We loved our stay here! Balcony/patio is beautiful, the condo is well furnished and very comfortable. The pool was very nice and getting around was very easy. Washer and dryer worked well, we loved having them in the condo! Management is easy to get ahold of and even brought us an extra blanket when we asked. Bed was comfortable and having two full bathrooms was also nice!
A few things to note: you need to bring your own beach towels & if you have noisy neighbors you can hear them through the walls (luckily we only heard them a few evenings playing loud music, we normally wouldn’t have cared except we had our baby with us).
Great place overall, we would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful home in a great location! Neighbors were very friendly. Easy walk to the beach and close to several restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Beach Crest was perfect. With multiple kids, the heated pool and access to beach was absolutely perfect. It's location on 30A was perfect as well. Just far enough from surrounding areas (seaside, seagrove, grayton) to avoid the traffic but walking distance to enjoy the activities. We will be returning and have nothing to complain about at all!!!

Stop scrolling and book this house! Our family truly enjoyed staying at this house. The location was ideal. There was so much to do in the area and only a short walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants and more. If you don’t feel like walking the golf cart that comes with the house is so nice to use! The house was very clean. We couldn’t get over how nice the house was decorated and instantly felt at home. The highlight of the house is the outside seating area and pool. There is a full table to eat outside and plenty of loungers. The pool was very clean and the hottub was so nice to enjoy on cool evenings and mornings. The management was always a text a way if we needed anything and they responded very quickly with any questions we had. We will definitely book again the next time we stay in Destin! You will want too as well!

This villa was clean, colorful and just right for me & my 6 year old. She loved staying in the cozy bunkbeds. This unit was very clean and well-designed. Feels bigger than it is. Right across the street from the beach, with a pool and clean laundry room. Nice little balcony. There were a few issues; t.v didn't work, but someone was at our door in under 10 minutes to help. The keypad really didn't like us but that's a tiny detail. I would look forward to staying in this sweet little villa again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo with our family! It's in a beautiful location and the pool and hot tub are a 10/10! The condo was very clean and the host was very responsive. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay! This is probably the most well stocked rental that we have ever been in. Super clean, very spacious, great amenities, and great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home & peaceful location. Our family of 9 spent most of our time in the backyard. It's the perfect relaxation spot. Neighborhood was very quiet & peaceful, away from the rustle & bustle of downtown Panama City during spring break. Everything we wanted to do was within a 15 minute drive. Beach was super close to walk to! Host was gracious enough to let us checkin early, which after a 17 hour drive, was amazing. Looks just like the photos & big enough for the 7 adults & 2 children in our family. We would definitely book again and highly recommend this place!

The condo was bright and airy and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect for hanging out on the beach, just a couple of minutes walk back over the dunes to grab something from the condo.

Beautiful and super clean home! We all enjoyed our stay here and would come back. The home is right across the street from a beautiful bay where we were able to fish at and watch the sunset. The host is very proactive, and anticipated any questions one may have in their descriptions and information. Just wished we could have stayed longer!

We have stayed in 10 homes in Carillon over the past 8 years. This home had the most comfortable beds!! The kitchen is well stocked, all appliances worked well. There is enough seating for 8 comfortably in the living room. Only minor suggestion would be that the slip covers on the couches need a good cleaning. The property overall was in good condition. The communication from Vicki at Benchmark Properties was top notch. We would recommend this home.

Our stay in Panama City Edgewater Gulf was great! The villa was the perfect size for our daughter’s spring break trip with 3 friends. As chaperones, we had a great space in the owners suite and the girls had plenty of room in the other room. Check in and out was smooth.

The Benchmark team was a pleasure wot deal with, super responsive, and flexible. This space in Seagrove was an amazing location - 7 min walk to beach, walkable to Seaside and Seagrove attractions, yet in a quiet enclave.
