Our stay with Benchmark was great. The surrounding area was nice and peaceful, you could walk down the street to the nearest public beach access. The location was near perfect for us, grocery stores were less than a 10 minute drive away, all “touristy” locations were within a 30 min drive,
Close enough to visit, but away enough to not be bombarded with the tourist traffic
The fenced in backyard and pool was super relaxing ((**if you have dogs** i learned that my dogs were unsure on how to, or if they were even allowed to, use the bathroom on the turf. The backyard fence was perfect, no cracks/holes, we didn’t have to worry at all about our dog finding a way out like we’ve experienced in the past.))
The house was clean and just as pictured, it had everything you could need, management was super quick and helpful with responses and we had absolutely no problems during our stay. I highly recommend staying with them.

The rental property was great! Slept a group of 6 perfectly. The front bathroom door was off the track before used, but the rental company was accommodating to the issue and took care of everything.

We recently stayed at Emerald Hills for a long weekend to get one last beach trip in before summer ended. The complex was very quiet and laid back. Our room was clean and spacious! Being able to walk right out the back door and head straight down to the beach was perfect. It was exactly what we were in search of for a beach front vacation. I would highly recommend this place!

WE had an amazing time at Emotional Rescue. It was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. Nine adults and 4 little ones under 4. We used every space in this amazing property. Once we figured out how to distribute the food ie.. lunch stuff in the pool house kitchen and dinner and breakfast in the main kitchen we were in business. Loved every minute of our stay.

Location was amazing. Quick walk to the beach, multiple pools, corn hole, great restaurant ….we completely enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was car got towed while we were out on barge in bay. The assitant was very friendly. I understand the other renter was who had car towed. But both our parking spots were empty. I feel they could had parked in our spot until we got back.

Beautiful condo and beautiful location. Love the private beach. Loved having two bedrooms and two bathrooms! Great place w easy access to PC and Destin being each about 50 minutes away! Grayson state park is a hidden gem!

Everything was great...The view from the room is excellent!!!The only thing that is missing is a stove..We really had a wonderful stay..The room was clean, bathroom was clean & the bed was comfortable...i will be booking again....Thank you

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The host was extremely helpful and super easy to communicate. Our large party had ample supplies such as towels etc. the golf cart was a great amenity for transporting to the beach. The beach was easily walkable and was a walk through a nice neighborhood. The place is very well cared for and I would suggest staying here!

The condo looked just as it was listed only better in person. The only thing I would have changed about this condo would have been the seating. Small children and bar stools didnt mix well. The bunk beds were perfect. Other beds were quite squeaky but still gave a good night's rest. It was clean over all aside from a few pans and some scuff marks and a bit dusty in some places. Would definitely book again.

I had to contact Benchmark a few times during our stay and they were extremely responsive and attentive. I really appreciated the effort they made. The condo is great; easy access to the beach and well-stocked.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was beautiful and my family pretty much lived in that little pool! The only way to access the beach is to walk down about 50 stairs. It was fine for most of us, but my mom and uncle are both older and have a hard time with stairs. Unfortunately, the area has grown up so much with houses that we had to drive a bit to find a place for them to be able to see the ocean. Overall, the area is super nice and we found some great places to eat and shop. We loved our vacation!

Gulf Place Residences 302 rental was great. Rooms were clean, comfortable, appears to be well maintained and items in the condo seems new.Only minor issue were the door locks in the bathrooms. Those were difficult to use. Best to swap those out for better ones.

Great house. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Management company was attentive to all details and requests. House well decorated and appointed. We would stay again.A couple of small items to note to be honest...ice make did not work properly...needs to be replaced. Suggest adding some more forks, there were only 4. rest of kitchen was great. there are a lot of stairs, but didn't bother us. Loved the pool. Needed skimming but with trees around that is to be expected. Master bedroom mattress has a dip on one side. May need a new mattress pad toper. I think they had a 4" pad on it. Still had a great sleep.These are small items that can be easily corrected. It is a greaat house.

This condo is exactly as pictured. Up to date with the most perfect location! Enjoyed coffee sitting at the high top table with the list beautiful view and sounds of the ocean. At night, sitting on the rocking chairs and looking at the stars! And just walking out the door right to the beach was heaven. Will definitely come back again. Great escape. Thank you for sharing your happy place with us!
