The place fit our family needs wonderfully. The walk to the beach wasn’t too much and the backyard and pool was icing on the cake.

The home and community were lovely. We enjoyed walking to the restaurants and shops in Rosemary. The home was as described. Any issues were addressed fairly timely. Biggest concern was that the beach was insanely crowded. Maybe it is better when it isn’t spring break, but for spring break, we will probably book elsewhere just because of that.

We had the best bachelorette weekend in Rosemary Beach! The home was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located—everything was walkable, and the beach was just steps away. It had plenty of space for our group and made the whole trip feel special and relaxing. Highly recommend!

My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was great - loved that it was in a quiet neighborhood, but still super close to get wherever we wanted to go. We loved the heated pool, and really appreciated having access to all the beach gear so we didn’t have to worry about traveling with our own. We’d definitely stay here again!

Pleasant, easy stay. Everything was clean, working and as expected. AC was cold, beds were comfortable and water pressure was good. Kitchen floor mats and a kitchen trash can would make a homely enhancement. Loved sitting on the upstairs porch and watching the kids play on the tennis court. Location was perfect!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ highly recommend this Air B&B! It’s even better than the pictures. Everything was super clean & updated. Large fenced in front deck to leave all your beach gear on. Back deck was very large with an outdoor dining table that could easily fit 6 people. Two outdoor lounge chairs as well. Gorgeous view of the lake (we fished & kayaked). Easy 5 minute walk to the beach.
Things to know ahead of time…there are no blankets to cozy up with on the couch so BYOB. Also, if you like to play games on vacation bring those as well.

Beautiful place. Large kitchen, dining room, living room area. The 4 bedroom & 3 baths gave us plenty of space for the entire family. Only issue was, the clothes dryer wasn’t working. Outside of that. We really enjoyed our stay & would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

We had such a wonderful experience at Sand Cliffs 415. The communication with Benchmark Management was clear and quick. We arrived a little early and asked them if we could go in if it was ready. It was ready and they were happy to oblige. The condo was absolutely stunning, the furniture was beautiful and comfortable. Starter packs were available for the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry. The unit had everything we could possibly need, even extra hooks to hang towels on in the bathrooms and extension outlets for our many devices. I will absolutely look forward to renting properties through Benchmark in the future. Great Company!!

We just returned from our Spring Break trip to 30a. We stayed at Beachcrest and had a great time. Benchmark was very responsive to our text when we arrived an hour before check in and allowed us to access our condo early. They were great with communication before our arrival and the daily passes we used to rent bikes for the week. I highly recommend staying at one of their properties.

The condo was lovely and the management company was wonderful! We were able to get into the condo a day early and their quick response helped facilitate that. Easy check in and check out process. The complex was well kept and did have easy access to the beach; However, it is only access to the water line. The entire beach front is private and cannot be used by this complex. There are public beaches nearby, but it was not the most convenient. We ended up driving to a couple parks with beach access. To get to restaurants, coffee shops, or shopping, you would definitely benefit from a bike or golf cart.

We loved this condo. The location is perfect - far enough away from Seaside to have some peace and quiet but close enough to walk. You could walk to a donut shop, café 3A, goat, feathers, fish, market, and the beach is right at your back door.

Great place, great location, clean and well kept. Gate wouldn’t work to exit so had to jump the fence to open from outside… not a complaint, it’ll get fixed so not a negative review comment. Would stay again!

This 3 story townhouse was the perfect vacation home. Not only was it roomy, nicely furnished, and beautifully decorated, but it had a great location within close walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Benchmark Management made the rental process seamless with easy to follow check in and out procedures, dining suggestions and activity recommendations. I highly recommend 19 Moonlit Shores Ln!

Our vacation stay for spring break was amazing. The property was well maintained, and management is extremely responsive and easy to contact. The unit looks exactly as it is advertised and no complaints about the unit itself. The only negative is the distance to the beach and lack of access to the garage. I would highly recommend this property to others.

This is such a beautiful unit! LOVE the private beach! The kids loved the pool! We did have a little difficulty figuring out which unit was “ours” as the front door is not labeled but the staff was very helpful and got us in quickly! There is construction going on next door which was a small nuisance, but overall a very good experience! We will be back!

Great place, very comfortable and the beautiful veiw of the ocean while cooking breakfast never got old. Some issues with the cabinets (primary bathroom one wouldn't stay closed). But would absolutely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at The Palms, managed by Benchmark Management. Everything was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a great place to relax and spend a few nights.One of the highlights was the private beach access it was absolutely worth it. The beach was clean, less crowded, and had a very peaceful atmosphere, which made the experience even more enjoyable.Overall, this was a great place to stay, and I would definitely come back again to the same unit. Highly recommend!

Wonderful location and stay. The condo was clean, spacious and the views were amazing. Being a few steps from the beach and pool was so convenient. Walkable to pizza, ice cream and donuts was a plus. There is construction on the lot directly near to the condo so be prepared for an early AM wake up (6:00). I would recommend bringing your own soap, dish soap, dishwashing pods and washing machine pods as you are only provided one and they are of poor quality. We had a lovely three nights here and would recommend this condo to everyone.

Great condo, perfect for our family of four! Looked just like the pictures, great layout, very clean, easy to book/find/check in and check out. Loved how close our unit was to the pool and beach and that it came with two chairs and an umbrella available right when you walked out on the beach. Affordable option to add on extra chairs if you don't want to bring your own down the stairs. Our section of beach was beautiful and not as crowded as other areas further down. Really lovely!

Great proximity to the beach, just a .3 mile walk and a 15-20 min bike ride to seaside center. The house is clean, bright and nicely appointed. I loved that all of the rooms had their own bathrooms, most with en-suite bathrooms. It was also nice that it was pet friendly and we could bring our dog.
We did have some maintenance issues requiring a tech go come out, but the property managers were quickly to reply and send someone to fix it.
