We loved our stay at Commodore’s Retreat 104. The unit was clean, comfortable, and just steps from the beach, with beautiful views and easy access to the walking paths along 30A. We also enjoyed being so close to restaurants and the bike trail—it made everything super convenient. Benchmark30A’s communication was excellent, and Mary from guest relations checked in by text to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience!

Blue Nine 3 unit was exactly what we needed for a peaceful 30A trip. Clean unit, cozy space, and an incredible beachfront location. The housekeeping team left everything fresh and tidy. Benchmark gave clear instructions on check-in, and guest relations (Mary) reached out by text to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Beachside Condo 14 - Clean, comfortable, and so close to the beach. Housekeeping had everything spotless upon arrival. We had an issue with the coffee maker, and Benchmark delivered a new one right away — incredible service! Mary also checked in via text shortly after we arrived, which made everything feel well-supported.

Pinewood30A 341 was the peaceful escape we needed. Nestled away from the busy areas but still close enough to everything. Mary from Benchmark30A sent us great local recommendations, and the Benchmark team ensured the condo was perfect upon arrival. Fantastic hospitality.

Our week at Mistral 12 was fantastic. You really can’t beat being right on the beach. Our stay at BeachCrest Unit 505 was dreamy. The gulf-front balcony was stunning, especially at sunrise. There was a small issue with the lock at first, but Mary walked us through the solution calmly and made sure everything was secure. Excellent service

This was a great gem I found for my birthday and our wedding anniversary celebration.
The team management was so responsive, flexible check-in. We’re thankful they were able to accommodate that.
The place is so quiet, peaceful, has a private beach access which is what we’re looking for to escape the hustle and bustle of NYC. Close to supermarket, close to the rental bike area and has a scenic highway, close to restaurants and food delivery accessible.
The unit was great, space wise was great already for 2. I just wished, there’s more cooking stuff such as more pans/pots, tongs. We bought a small pot for our cooking needs but other than that, this place is the place to be. We’ll be back in the future!

I think this is our 4th stay at Palmetto Cottage! We always feel right at home! It’s always clean and cozy and it has everything that you need! I also love how we get the starter packs for when we first arrive, it really comes in handy! We have already started planning for next year but this time we are thinking of staying for two weeks! We absolutely love it!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was exactly as advertised. Lovely location on the beach. The condo was extremely clean. The management company followed up a number of times to make sure everything was OK. Highly recommend!

Great location and very quiet. We enjoyed biking and relaxing on the beach. Be aware if you are booking in the off season, chairs and umbrella are not provided. A Keurig coffee maker would be a nice addition. Overall a great experience and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway!

responsive host. clean unit with great views. the pool was under construction and that was disappointing, but the temps were cool when we were there. the host offered other properties with a pool. but the views were not as nice as this property. nice place and would stay again.

We stayed at Vintage Waves earlier this year and absolutely loved it! The cottage has such a relaxing, nostalgic feel while still being super clean and nicely updated. It felt like a true beach retreat, not just another rental. The layout worked perfectly for our family, with two comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a cozy living area that made us feel right at home. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals in, and the added laundry room was a huge bonus during a longer stay. We spent a ton of time outside, mornings drinking coffee on the covered deck and evenings grilling in the fenced yard. The location was unbeatable, tucked in a quieter area but still close to Pier Park. The beach access was super easy, and we loved how calm and uncrowded that stretch of sand was. Makenzie as well as the rest of the ladies we spoke to were wonderful to work with, always quick to respond and genuinely kind, which made everything smooth from start to finish. If you want a peaceful spot with tons of charm and that classic Laguna Beach vibe, Vintage Waves is the perfect choice!

We absolutely loved our stay at St. Thomas Square 1210B! The condo was super clean, nicely decorated, and had such a comfortable, beachy vibe. It had everything we needed for a relaxing trip, and the beds were really comfortable. The kids thought the bunk nook was the coolest thing ever, and we enjoyed having coffee out on the balcony each morning. The location was perfect! Just a short walk to the beach and close to plenty of restaurants and fun things to do, but still quiet enough to feel peaceful. The pool and hot tub were great, and the whole complex felt safe and well cared for. Makenzie was so kind and helpful throughout our stay, always quick to respond and make sure we had everything we needed. It was an easy, stress-free trip from start to finish, and we’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in Panama City Beach!

I was extremely satisfied with my stay. After reading over some reviews, I was a little worried about the elevators being slow, but that was not the case at all. We were close to everything that PCB had to offer and the Benchmark Management team was super helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommended!!
