We came for a girls weekend and the house was perfect. The location to everything was amazing. We walked to Alys Beach and downtown Rosemary with no problems. The only issue we had was lack of supplies. Coming for a weekend we didn’t want to have to buy extra toilet paper and garbage bags. We’ve never experienced that before. There were also no beach/pool towels and we were forced to use our bathroom towels. We didn’t go to the beach but we could only imagine how gross they would get.

My wife and I had a great experience at Beachcrest on 30A in Seagrove! The condo was perfect for our weekend getaway with incredible beach views. The chairs and umbrella that came with the rental were easy to access and made it much more relaxing not having to carry our own back and forth. We would rate 10/10 and will certainly rent through benchmark again. Nathan

Benchmark Management was very proactive in communicating with us from booking to check out. Very responsive if I had questions and accommodated us when we arrived a little earlier than check in. Place was pristine and exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and “beachy” with an amazing view of the beach. Complimentary umbrella and chairs were much appreciated. Information provided at booking was also very helpful when we were looking for restaurants. We would definitely stay there again! HIGHLY recommend Benchmark Management.

The stay was great, everything was clean. Had everything we needed to cook. It was not crowed during our stay, we were able to find parking and the elevators did not take long.
The hosts communication was great. The walk to the beach was short and easy. I would definitely stay again.

This home was a great place for our family vacation. It was spacious and had everything that we needed for our meals, game time and other fun activities.They also have beach chairs and some sand toys in the garage. This was also super helpful.We had a great time!

We loved our stay. The home was well stocked, very clean, and felt “new”. Every kitchen item you would every need, and more plates, cups, and utensils than anyone is like to use. The backyard was wonderful. It was shaded most of the day and a great place to cook and hangout. The pool was bigger and deeper than it appears in the pictures. The house is a a two minute walk from the beach access, and the beach of gorgeous. It’s also conveniently situated not only the The Big Chill entertainment area, but to Seaside and Rosemary Beach. We highly recommend.

Beautiful home with all the amenities you need. Location is situated very close to beach. It is about a 4min walk to beach and less than a minute drive on golf cart. There is no parking permitted for the public beach access so you can only take golf cart to haul and drop off/pick up. The kids loved the pool in the backyard. Overall very happy with our stay!

This was our first time staying in Seagrove, as we usually stay in Destin and I think we have found our new favorite spot! The property was clean and well maintained and in a great location. The beach was not crowded and the management team was very attentive and helpful. We had such a lovely, relaxing vacation!

Rental company was very responsive when contacted . Pool was terrific . House was very beautiful , although several updates require attention . Carpet in first floor bedroom was frayed, stained. Outdoor refrigerator, behind bar is rusted and need replaced, outdoor cabinets need painted . Outdoor gas fire pit does not work, garbage disposals are burdensome to operate and the house has a cockroach issue . Our guests had cockroaches crawl on them while sleeping and cockroaches found in bathrooms . I would suggest these issues be addressed

This unit comes with plenty of seating along with extra folding chairs and a table in a closet which was helpful when we had friends over for a game night and dinner. The kitchen has every possible cooking utensil and pan you’ll need as well as every kind of drinking glass under the sun! The beach is super close (one street away and a small walk through the complex) however the complex golf cart service is extremely quick and gets you and your things there in no time. There is no beach gear for use in this unit besides some baby beach toys in an outside storage bin so be prepared with your own. Lots of closet space in each bedroom. Also a nice feature is a bathroom for each bedroom (a shower is shared between 2&3). Well priced for what you get.

My family and I vacationed at a fabulous beach condo on 30A strip (Rosemary beach/Seaside). Benchmark Management ensured a hassle free check-in and in advance gave us useful info about restaurants, etc. Complimentary beach chair/umbrellas were also much appreciated. Home was immaculately kept and communication via text was timely and perfect! HIGHLY recommended.

Great place! Everything was very clean. There’s a broom and vacuum available for all the sand that comes with being on the beach. Our only complaints, and they’re not really complaints, more like something I would like others to know is:
1. The coffee pot is little and only makes 2 cups ☕️
2. No line to hang wet swimsuits 🩱
3. I wish we could have lowered the air below 70 at night, but that’s alright! We bought a couple of fans and it was fine! Also, just fyi to future guests- there’s no ceiling fan in the master, so if you’re a hot sleeper bring a fan!
4. When they say to provide your own toilet paper and paper towels they definitely mean it! The only toilet paper is what is on the rolls.
5. Also, I would suggest to bring some hangers because there are only three in the closet.
Other than that, there were no issues. They checked in on us often, which was very nice! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Much cleaner than our place last year. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for an effortless beach vacation! Steps from the beautiful ocean. Loved the porch with porch swing. Everything we needed in the condo and super comfy beds and blankets provided.

This was absolutely perfect for a week on 30A! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Public beach access is across the street and you can see the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony. Lots of great restaurants downstairs and across the street.

Check in was very easy. The house was perfect for our family of 8. The kitchen was very well appointed. The bedrooms were all comfortable, and the views from the decks were spectacular. The location was ideal. We were close to great restaurants and the Publix was only a few minutes away. The beach was not crowded and having the chair service was a real bonus. The management company was very responsive when we had an issue with the air conditioner and sent someone right away. The only negative would be the number is stairs to the beach for anyone with mobility issues. The walking/biking path is directly in front of the house. A great place!

We absolutely loved our stay at Brezza Marina! We have stayed at many places over the years and this was our favorite. Short walk to the beach. Centrally located to all the happenings. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. Pantry/cabinet space is more than enough for weeks worth of groceries. Bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and lots of extra blankets and pillows. Bathrooms for everyone! So much space for gathering. If I HAD to suggest anything, it would be add some hooks for hanging towels. Other than that, everything was amazing. Our family of 6 had the best week and can't wait to come back!

This condo was amazing. The whole process was very easy. I was very pleased with the fact that after we got checked in I received a message to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. This condo is in a great location. We rented bikes and rode to Seaside daily. Highly recommended.

Great house, great neighborhood and close proximity to the water and lots to do. Easy communication with property managers, as well as prompt response to any issues to be fixed during the stay. 7 adults stayed with plenty of room. Highly recommend this property!
