I git exactly what I was told I'd get and enjoyed staying with family while on vacation.

Heating the pool allowed us to use it every day and the screened-in porch was a great place to hang out. The property was very clean, beds were comfy, and Benchmark Mgt was extremely responsive to any inquiries. The house is within walking/biking distance to Seaside which has some great dining options.

Fell in love with the house due to the "beachy" vibe. Very comfortable and warm accommodation. The large porch area provided plenty of room to relax with friends. It's so close to the beach access I didn't need to wear my flops. It has the best equipped kitchen I have ever experienced with a rental. Everything about this place screams "Relax, you're at the beach!" I liked it so much I went ahead and put down a deposit for next year.

The property was very clean and quiet. We were able to ride bikes to Rosemary Beach so the location was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Bella Vista was an AMAZING location, right across from the beach! The house was perfect for our family and met the description! We loved the deck box (it was a surprise) filled with all the necessities needed for a great beach day! The management company was easy to work with and very responsive, we'd use them again! Our trip was perfect!

Very well maintained property. Stayed for about a week. The only negative of our particular unit is it was on the third floor. A five minute walk to the beach. The pier/downtown area was within a 10 minute drive. Benchmark was very responsive.

We came for Spring Break even though being warned away due to curfews and restricted beach access. We never had any issue and our group of boys found places to go after curfew to hang out. Our home was amazing and exactly as described. Communication from Benchmark was amazing.

Everything about this villa was just perfect from the location, to the spacious bedroom the large kitchen . this villa was perfect for a family trip of 8. I would definitely stay again

Overall great stay. Beautiful place! Comes with adequate towels. Beach is directly accross the street with a private entry. Lots of walkable places around. Responses via Airbnb app are a little slow but they do text you directly on your cell.

I recently stayed at this condo in Panama City Beach, FL and had a great overall experience. The location is ideal—close to grocery stores, gas stations, and convenience shops, but still away from the heavy traffic, which made coming and going a breeze.
The condo was clean, cozy, and stocked with all the basic necessities you'd need for a comfortable stay. It felt very homey and well-maintained.
There were just a couple of hiccups to note: I wasn’t provided with the gate code to enter the complex at check-in, so I had to contact the after-hours staff for help. Also, I wasn’t informed ahead of time about the daily parking fee, which would’ve been helpful to know in advance.
Despite those minor issues, the stay was still very enjoyable, and I’d definitely recommend this property to others visiting Panama City Beach.

Great deal, awesome just! We could not check in until 4 , however they let us park and go to beach and have access to pool and bathroom until we could check in! Great place I would do it all over again.
