We had a very good experience with the whole process and staying the townhome. The view is beautiful. Home is lovely, perfect for a small family. everything provided by benchmark was good.The cleanliness needed to be better - we couldnt use the chairs n table on porch as those were not cleaned properly and had cobwebs. no free attraction tickets were provided.everything else was great. will definitely stay there again. thank you

Our stay at the Palms, unit C4 was very nice. The unit appeared to be recently remodeled, clean and nicely furnished for comfort. Nice view of the ocean and couldn't ask for it to be more convenient to the beach front. Benchmark Management was very responsive to any questions that I had throughout our stay. We had stayed on the top floor of these units back in the Spring and was pleased enough to come back to the area.

We have stayed at Beachcrest for many years and continue to stay because we have such a good experience. The condos are always clean and well equipped. I love sitting in the balcony every morning watching the sun rise over the buildings and watching the beach activity while I read a good book. We will be going back!

10/30/25- Beachwood Villas was just lovely. It is centrally located within walking distance to some restaurants, beach access across the road, and a short drive up to Seaside town center. I especially loved where I stayed Unit 14B - Simply Seagrove! It was decorated so cute, very clean, and had all of the amenities we needed. Highly recommend this property and unit!

Aside from issues with getting internet, we had a great stay. This home is beautiful. Very clean and updated. Lots of stuff within walking distance. Beautiful area

Very clean when we arrived. Direct beach access and views were fantastic. Nice having extra beach chairs and umbrellas. Elevator was nice for anyone that struggles with stairs. Night lights were a nice touch.

My daughter and I had a very good vacation rental experience. The condo was clean and accommodating. Great location on the beach. A little hiccup with the room code upon check-in, but the issue was quickly resolved. We lacked one dishwasher pod in order to run off the dishwasher upon our departure. I understand completely that that was our responsibility, but it would have been a lovely courtesy to be able to get one more pod upon our departure. I suggest everyone staying with Benchmark to make sure to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc if you plan to stay more than a few days. If you will do lots of cooking, which we did, bring extra kitchen cleaning items. Our stay overall was a very good experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The condo was well stocked and had a beautiful view of the gulf. Condo was clean and management was super responsive to any questions that we had. Another plus was it was a short walk to the main area of Seaside. We would 100% stay again!

Our family stayed at cake cottage for 5 nights and had an absolutely wonderful time. I highly recommend cake cottage as being a very large clean and perfectly located home on a cul de sac with other high end properties.
Benchmark does a fine job managing the properties.

Beautiful view and perfect location for us. Unobstructed view of the ocean from sunrise to sunset. We watched the wildlife and enjoyed opportunities to go to and from our condo/beach. Perfect for 2 ppl. The bed was extremely comfortable. Kitchen service also good for 2ppl. No table. You eat at the breakfast bar. Would go back if just us two, not more. Very nicely kept and perfect for a quick deep dive into beach beauty coming from busy city life. Thank you.

Stunning views from our condo! While a little dated, everything was very clean. It was a little sparsely appointed (would have been nice to have some salt and pepper and maybe some coffee filters and plastic wrap lol) but it was bright and open.

Loved the condo, beach/ocean and the view! The decor and furniture were attractive and comfortable. We could tell you took time when choosing how to decorate so couples or families felt at home and had what they needed. The only thing was we wish it had a walk shower in on the master bathroom instead of the tub/shower combo. (Also we could not find oven mitts). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to rent again!

Our stay was amazing! The house is clean and cute and you can see the beach from the balcony. The neighborhood felt safe and the path was perfect for walking the dogs. Would highly recommend this property to friends and family! We had a very relaxing stay and hope to return one day!

We really enjoyed our stay at 184 Cassine Gardens. The townhouse was clean, renovated, quiet and beautiful. We will certainly consider staying there again!

The house was beautiful and well-kept. The pool woukd have been great but the temps got down in the 40 and really cooled the water down. Was hopefull the sun would heat it up but did not happen. I mean we could have toughed it out and jumped in anyway...maybe next visit. Communication was king through out the stay...from the pre stay texts and emails..to.checking up on us through the stay and then the post check out texts and emails as well. Thanks for everything and we are looking forward to our next stay

We had a wonderful time! Just a few things-The pillows on the bed are terrible. Way too flat. Kitchen not stocked with anything-would have been nice to have basics like salt and pepper and spray oil for the egg pan. Not real close to many family restaurants. If you don’t have a car, definitely rent a bike! Overall it was great and we would stay here again!

Very nice condo in a great location and close to beach and Topsail State Park. There were bikes available, although we never got around to using them. Maybe next time. The pool was lovely and we were able to make use of the exercise room. There's a Publix grocery store nearby as well. We called on a Sunday to find out how to watch an important football game on the TV and they helped us out. Communication was excellent. Everything was great!
