We had a great time here! The unit was very clean and well appointed. The view was fantastic and the location is great too. It made for a great family vacation.

This condo is spacious, clean, well decorated and had everything we needed. Steps from the beach, first floor unit, pond on site for fishing, close to everything -bike rentals, restaurants, shops, etc. we had an amazing time! Highly recommend this unit for families

This was a great place to stay! We were very impressed with this house! It had plenty of room for everyone. The beds were incredibly comfortable! We loved sitting on the screened porch. The kitchen was well supplied with coffee pots, Keurig, pots, pans, etc. There were plenty of plates, bowls, silverware, etc in the kitchen. It was very clean upon our arrival. It was a short walk, bike ride or drive to so many shops, restaurants and beach access. We will definitely be considering it for our next trip. There was great communication and reminders throughout our stay. Following our stay we thought we left something in the house and we called the company. They very quickly got in touch with housekeeping to check for our item.

What stood out to me most was Benchmark Management’s customer service. Top notch. You truly are their commitment. Quick to respond and will do all they can to problem solve.
The unit is a tad outdated but it did not affect our stay at all. Was clean other than normal wear and tear.
We stayed for spring break during a very peaceful time. The view of the ocean is insanely beautiful and the unit is right above the pool which we enjoyed being able to speak to one another from the balcony and pool. Actually looking to plan a mother/daughter vacation with my mom, aunt, and cousin soon and am hopefully going to be able to stay in the same unit.

Our stay was great! It's on a quiet street, only a short walk to the beach (with kids, maybe 10 minutes). We enjoyed the space and location. The bike rentals are just 2 minutes away, Yolo was also awesome. There is a great coffee shop a walk away, as well as the main biking trail. Thank you!

This place really was awesome! We had plenty of bedrooms and beds for us. The kids loved the pool, but wished it was heated but that didn't stop them from having a great time. The beach was awesome along with the weather. It was a short walk to the beach and we made the walk several times in the day. We loved the back porch where we could sit and watch the kids play and where we could play games. Hopefully we can come back again!

This was the perfect spring break for my family. It was our first time at Panama beach and with this experience we would definitely stay here again and again! Clean, big space, and communication with the property was fast and accurate !

We would definitely come back! Our condo was well decorated, spacious, clean and had a great location. It was quiet when we were there and very family friendly. They did have an elevator, which was awesome! We did use a golf cart to go back and forth to Seaside for food otherwise you could bike there but it would be quite a long walk. I am glad I saw on here bring extra toilet paper. Last we just went to the beach right at the end of the street. One day we went to another one but the one closest to the condo was less crowded. Overall I would highly recommend.

We loved our stay here and would absolutely return. Great location, walkable to so many coffee shops in the morning and lunch/dinner spots. Beach access is a little bit of a walk but not bad. Just be sure you go to the access that's across from the tall beach chair on the main road! The two Keurigs in the home didn't turn on, but the regular coffee pot did (and Benchmark offered to come replace the Keurigs, but we didn't need that). Make sure to pack your own beach towels. We packed lightweight packable ones from Amazon. The home is just beautiful and we felt like it was a great value. Absolutely loved it!

We love staying at Sandestin. This place does not disappoint. We feel so much more secure with our grand children in this quiet gated community. We can ride bikes while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo. Great view. Furniture is practical. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything was clean. Deck furniture consist of two sets of bar height tables and chairs—a very good thing.

We had 5 families rent units for spring break. Our experience was very pleasant. The unit was very clean and well stocked. The pool was warm with plenty of seating. It wasn’t far to walk to the beach, and the beach area was not crowded at all. Management was very easy to work with. It was a nice experience and I would rent the same place again.
