We had a wonderful stay at Sea Treat! The property was exactly as described. Communication was quick and friendly. Great location, easily walkable to the beach and to local restaurants/businesses. We loved the outdoor shower. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the Blue Pineapple! The saltwater pool was perfect for our little ones—safe, clean, and so refreshing. The house was beautifully appointed with everything we needed and more. Its location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and great restaurants. The host was incredibly responsive and made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend the Blue Pineapple for families with young kids!

Based on a previous post, we were concerned about master bedroom mattress, but were pleased to report a nice sleeping mattress by Beautyrest. Beautifully maintained home, open concept with lots of space for family gatherings. Well-stocked kitchen with high end appliances, lovely spacious bathrooms. There are multiple security codes to keep handy at all times - tennis and pickleball, beach, house, pool, gate - all have different codes and they change.

A Perfect Beachfront GetawayOur stay at this beachfront condo was absolutely incredible. The location couldn’t have been better — just steps from the sand and surf, with sweeping ocean views right from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying coffee while watching the sunrise over the water was a daily highlight.The condo itself was spotless, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From kitchen essentials to beach gear, every detail was thoughtfully provided. The beds were very comfortable! The professional management was great, communication was clear and timely from the start, check-in was seamless, and any small questions we had were addressed quickly and kindly.Whether you’re looking to relax by the ocean, a perfect location, or just relax, this place is a gem.

Great overall experience. Friendly and responsive staff. The unit looked like the photos. Large backyard with plenty of seating and a grill. Location was great especially with the included bikes.

Great place to stay with a great location between rosemary and Destin. Host is responsive. Place is very clean and super close to the beach.

Rosemary Beach is a beautiful area, family friendly, safe and clean. The area is designed for bike riding. We enjoyed numerous 30A outdoor entertainment performances.
Within the Seacrest community the tram service was very convenient. Our young grandchildren had so much fun in the children's pool. Private beach was easy to access but very crowded.
Maison de Joie was a perfect fit for our large group. Beautifully decorated home with large rooms and high ceilings, porches and decks provided additional areas for family fun. Kitchen is well stocked with all the items required to create family meals.

This is 1 of the nicest condos I've stayed in Tideawater. My family and I jave stayed her for 20 in different Condos and this was by far the nicest. Nice big screen tv in the livingroom and 1 in the master bedroom. Great view of the ocean and beach.

The first floor unit is as close to the beach entrance as you can get. We loved being able to walk right into the back sliding door and enjoy the grass area in the evenings. Short bike ride into Seaside. We were very pleased at the cleanliness of the entire property. Thanks for the great vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at Leo's Hideaway! We spent a lot of time in that amazing pool and our pups Buddy and Taffy loved the huge yard. The screened in porch was a great spot to get out of the sun for a bit and I even set up my laptop to get some work done out there. The house had everything we needed for a great week! Can't wait to stay there again!

Condo was clean and appealing. Why for a weeks stay at $5000 do you give only 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels and 1 laundry detergent and 1 dishwasher soap. It seems like you could perhaps give 2.

Everything was perfect! Access to the pool, and beach was the best part about staying there. It is centrally located and an easy walk or bike ride away to some great restaurants. We definitely will be back in the fall.

We stayed in the preserve at Grayton Beach and loved our Rental! The kids really loved the house and we were all sad to leave. I wish we could have stayed longer. Hoping we can afford to go again. This is something we have never done before and I loved being with my grand babies!!

Cute condo overlooking pool with 10-minute walk to beach entrance. Quiet condo complex. 2-mile walk to seaside center and fast bike ride. Comfortable bed. Close to state park trails. Note the bedroom is not completely dark at night because of a parking lot light so if you are sensitive to that bring sleep mask or black garbage bags. Benchmark is great — we have rented from them several times and they have better customer service than other rental companies we have used so I always check their site first. For example one time the rental’s blender broke and they brought us a new one a few hours later. At this rental, we showed up and there were no hangers at all so they brought us some. They really care about you having a great experience.

Everything was great except the furniture is old and probably should be updated. The TV picture and sound was off, it was unclear how to get it to work properly but other than that minor issue this was a comfortable stay with a good location.

We loved our stay here over spring break this April! The building is in a perfect location that is walking and biking distance to lots of shops and restaurants while also having the benefit of a private beach and gated community on 30A. The unit itself was exactly as pictured and described and was extremely clean upon arriv. We will definitely be back!
