As with any vacation home, problems will come up during a stay. Benchmark team always responds rapidly and communicates until the issue is resolved. Fantastic customer service.

Perfect space for my family of three with direct access to the beach via stairway. We were ground level so blocked views of the water but you could still hear it from the condo. The space was clean and bright with everything we needed for a weeks stay. The managers were responsive with any questions.

The condo was beautiful, very clean and tastefully decorated. Open full view to the gulf and just steps away from the gorgeous beach and crystal clear water. The large sand bars were perfect for little ones to wade in safely. Easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping. I feel that the kitchen could have been better equipped for cooking and needed extra linens to be able to use the pullout sofa bed. Mgmt was very open to suggestions and were extremely easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay there again.

We had an incredible stay! The apartment’s location right by the beach offered breathtaking views and easy access to the water. With all the amenities provided and the quiet surroundings, it was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing coastal getaway.

I can’t say enough about Benchmark Management and this condo! Their communication post stay was awesome. We knew exactly what to do when we got here and the condo was super clean. The views are next level! Especially being on the corner of the building. There is so much to do right here on site with a restaurant, several heated pools and my wife’s favorite…the hot tubs:). Not to mention it’s super close to everything. There’s a Walmart right across the street in case you forgot anything. 100% recommend this unit!!!

The home was gorgeous & had everything we needed. I loved the layout with the Master suite & screened in porch. It rained the entire time we were there so sitting on the porch was perfect for the weather. We were there for a wedding & it worked great for different family members to stay in different places but still be within walking distance from one another. I highly recommend!

Great house, lots of room and bathrooms. So close to all of the places we love, easy access to walk on the beach and enjoy the fine restaurants close at hand. Took all of the in-laws who haven’t been before, they loved the house! Definitely returning here next time.

Our stay was amazing with the ocean just steps from the condo. The place was spotless, comfortably furnished, and perfect for our three night stay. The management was incredibly receptive and even let us check a few hours early. The sunsets were spectacular and we enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evening. We highly recommend this condo.

We had a fantastic stay at Village of South Walton 314D! The location made everything so easy — shops, dining, and the tram to the beach were all right outside the door. Housekeeping had the condo spotless when we arrived, and PSA quickly brought us a couple of extra towels when we requested them. Mary from guest relations texted to confirm we received the correct arrival instructions and even shared a shortcut to the closest pool. Benchmark30A’s communication and service made our trip completely hassle-free. Mary is so remarkable and we'll surely recommend this place to everyone!
