Property is located perfectly on the beach. The decor is up to date and modern as described and cozy n comfy with an amazing view of the ocean. It provides great access to area restaurants and shops. Having the accessibility to your room throughout the day made going back n forth easy and with absolutely no hassle. Def recommend this amazing spot.

my daughter and her friends of course wanted to stay in seaside for easter break because like every 15/16 year old would say "everyone will be there"I am not a fan of crowds or of booking a beach vacation with no beachthis spot was perfect for both of us - it checked my box and hers the management staff was absolutely terrific I did not really need them but they checked on us daily I do not have one negative thing to say about this rental it was exactly how it was presented and I would stay there again in a secondfrom the cleanliness to the ample parking and beach set up - everything was just perfect thank you

Not our first time in this building, but our first time in this condo. Benchmark was easy to work with when issues arose. Pictures are accurate. We requested mattress topper for the master bed that made our stay much more enjoyable.

We love Pinewood the most for our stay in Santa Rosa! The pool is amazing and location is peaceful yet super close to everything!

Our family of four stayed at this house for our first time on 30A. It was great for what we needed. It has a nice backyard area with a small private pool with plenty of chairs and loungers and a big umbrella. The house itself was clean and well represented on the website. It had everything we needed for our stay with the exception of beach towels. Just remember to bring your own! It was also just a short walk to the beach.
Of note, as others have said, it is right next to a restaurant which has live music at times. The noise level itself is really not an issue throughout the day and evening, but the live music does tend to be louder. The only time we noticed it in the evening was on a Saturday and it ended by 10. It was loudest in the front part of the house where the bunk room is, which, luckily we were not using for our kids. Otherwise, we found it very convenient to be next to the restaurant for a quick access to food and drinks as well as coffee and breakfast in the morning.
Of note, as others have said, it is right next to a restaurant which has live music at times. Our stay was perfect! Great place for a family or just a couple. Pool was amazing with complete privacy. Walk to the beach is about 7 minutes. Great restaurants close by on 30A. Would definitely recommend everyone stay here. We will stay again!

Perfect oceanfront spot to relax and savor the Easter weekend holiday . We especially enjoyed the views, relaxed atmosphere , daily beach chair & umbrella service , ease of getting to great restaurants, and a residence where everything worked !!!! Thank you!!!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay. The team was very responsive any time we reached out, and the location was amazing. We took advantage of the extra activities through Explorie like free bike rentals and discounted paddleboard rentals, which really added to our stay. We were only about a five minute drive both ways to Seaside and Alys beach. Everything was very clean and cozy. The only thing I had noticed was that they didn’t offer certain kitchen items like most other Airbnbs I have stayed at offered. For ex: there is a coffee machine, but no coffee packets. There was no salt or pepper or other basic things such as this. Not a complaint!! Just something I wish we would have had included. Overall though we had a FIVE star stay and would absolutely stay again.

100% recommend this condo. Nice decor, clean and AMAZING view of the beach from the living room, primary bedroom & balcony. Well appointed and loved the beach chair service included during our April stay. Beach towels were not provided, so we will bring our own next time. Very close proximity to Seaside.

Stayed at Blue Nine unit 2. Since minor details need touching up but overall we were extremely pleased with our stay. Nothing tops the affordable location right on the beach. Felt like our own private beach. Everything was clean. Management was very responsive. Perfect for our family of 3 adults and 3 kids!

We had a wonderful experience at Laketown Wharf 1031.
Everything is very close to the condo, and the unit itself is very nice—clean and spacious.
One note (and it's not really a negative, just something to be aware of): they offer a $217 daily activity credit, but it's a bit of a process to use it. You have to connect through a link they send via email or text, then select your activity, and wait for a confirmation email. Long story short, it’s a few too many steps to schedule anything easily.
BUT LIKE I SAID, it wasn’t an issue for us—we didn’t rent the unit for that particular offer anyway.
In short, it’s a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend! Five stars!!

PROs: Sqeaky clean... quiet development on a quiet section of 30A... only a block from the beach... good floorplan... well equipped kitchen... a broken toaster was replaced very quickly... wonderful pool... lots of hangers (Hey, that's important to us!) and large closet... TVs in living room and bedroom...
CONs: Could have used a bit more drawer space for clothing... shower head was a little weak... Roku remotes were a little balky (could have been a reception issue)... bathroom sink stopper was slow to drain... BUT, none of these were deal breakers.
We would stay there again.

We loved the apartment and it was right on the beach! Every morning we had breakfast right on the balcony overlooking the Gulf. Could not be a better spot. There are restaurants within walking distance, nice swimming pool. Parking very easy. The condo is clean, kept up very well, furniture is in great shape. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Benchmark did a good job keeping in touch with us and was very responsive with any questions. They also provided a starter pack with dish soap, shampoo, etc. Did find a few questionable items like some pots and pans with food still stuck on the but no big deal.
Also, two chairs and an umbrella are provided at the beach, but many of the guests go down at 8 am to "save" seats which we found rude. Also even though the sun didn't go down until after 7 pm the chairs and umbrellas are put away at 5 pm so if you like to stay later on the beach you're out of luck there.
All in all a great place, we would stay there again for sure!

The property is excellent. House and pool are beautiful. Kids had a great time riding the included bikes. It's a wonderful neighborhood. This was our 3rd time staying in this neighborhood and it never disappoints.

This was my first time renting with this company and visiting Seacrest Beach and it was truly a perfect getaway. I found this place last minute and to have beachfront property steps away from the ocean shore was perfect! The space was clean and with ample room to accommodate 5 adults and 1 child. The kitchen had everything you need to whip up a nice dinner and really enjoy family time. The rental company was extremely helpful and provided EXCELLENT communication. Top tier service and all my needs were met quickly. The only thing I regret is not booking a longer stay. We will definitely be back.

Our vacation rental met all our expectations just like the many times we have stayed at Beach Crest. My husband and I normally come twice a year to Seagrove and always stay at Beach Crest. We try to make our reservations early enough to get a condo on the 12th floor. The view from being up high is gorgeous! We stayed in 1201, as we have several times and every time we have all we need and the decor is quite nice. I want to thank Benchmark Management for the messages sent prior, during, and after our stay for the friendly and informative texts. The office personnel could not have been nicer. We will continue telling our friends to stay at Beach Crest!!

We spent one week with two families in this wonderful and well equipped house. Lots of space to sit inside and on the porches. Cute little pool invited to sit and sip. We went every day to the beach, only a minute walk away. There are four sun benches on the beach with umbrellas which belong to the house. We had a blast together and enjoyed a perfect week! The communication with the vacation manager went very well.

Responsive but could have eliminated additional communication just by having WiFi info listed on welcome packet. Also, the resort is confusing and getting from parking space to unit was a hike so a map of the resort in the welcome packet would also be helpful.

Everything was great! My only advice would be if you all could provide pool/beach towels. Being on the beach and no beach towels, was a little difficult. I didn’t know I’d need to bring some beach towels or go buy some then travel back home with a larger luggage load with added towels. Other than that, everything was really great! Great house, great location! Host was very responsive.
