PERFECT for our family! The home was so cozy, clean and comfortable. Nice little cul-de-sac street. Very short and easy walk to pool and beach. We were not missing a single thing that we needed and I have no complaints at all. Hosts were very communicative, and I appreciate that. Looking forward to staying here again!

My mom and I took teenagers (my daughter and nephews) who wanted to stay near Seaside. They had bikes, fishing poles, and surfboards so they could ride around and they always had something to do. There is a fun little pizza place right around the corner that has live music in the evening. The pizzas are huge! 🍕
We cooked one night and the kitchen had the very basic essentials. It was missing hot pads which was inconvenient but we made due.
We used the xplorie coupon to get free bikes. The bike rental company was incredibly kind and I 100% recommend them.
The road ran beside our unit so we could pick my mom up who has limited mobility at the front door almost. This was a plus for us!
The only fish we caught the entire trip despite trying were from the water behind the unit. Catch and release!

We loved our unit - clean and beautiful. Benchmark was very responsive. Microwave stopped working 1 night but we notified benchmark and it was resolved next morning. Would highly recommend Pinewood and would stay there again. Only 1 negative which was an email I received 4 days prior to trip from a woman who stated she was from Benchmark stating the unit was no longer available due to an error and they would need to put us in an alternate place. She suggested several others encouraging me to cancel with Airbnb and book directly with Benchmark. I eventually realized I should call Airbnb to report and question this. Airbnb assured me my original reservation was in place with no changes and advised me to call asap if there were any problems at check in. Shortly after I spoke to Airbnb I received an email from that supposed Benchmark woman stating everything was fine now with the original booking!

This studio was perfect for our party of 2. Clean, well-stocked, nicely decorated, looked just like the pictures and best-of-all was only a 2 minute walk from the studio to the beach via a private gate & boardwalk. The complex is small and safe and was an easy walk to shops & restaurants along 30-A. Benchmark was timely, thorough, and friendly in their communication throughout the process. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

This home was perfect for our girlfriend get together. We have previously stayed in this lovely quiet neighborhood but this home had been our favorite so far. Close and easy access to the beach, bike rentals and fabulous resteraunts. We love the option of 2 pools and hiking on the forest trails. The home was comfortable, clean and very well kept.

Great location! Quieter part of 30A but easy to get to other popular spots. The beach was just a block away and my husband loved that the stay included a free daily pass to Xploria so he took advantage of free golf.

The condo was decorated tastefully and very clean with newer updates. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need and the very best part was it was steps away from your private beach access. Benchmark Management stayed in contact to make sure we didn’t have any issues. We would certainly book again!

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was amazing to be right on the beach and so convenient! The apartment was also incredibly clean and had everything we needed. Loved that there were beach chairs if you needed them! Great location to other towns and lots of restaurants. We will definitely be staying here again! Only tiny complaint is that the chairs by the pool are in desperate need of an upgrade. Not a big deal at all especially if you don’t plan on using the pool!

Such a clean, updated, and full of amenities condo! The unit was perfect for me and my two children. It had everything we needed! The actual complex is also very well maintained with a heated pool and the beach chairs that made vacationing so much easier and hassle free! As for location...it’s great! We loved being right on 30A and spent our time driving through all the lovely and quaint beach towns. We would definitely stay here again!

We just checked out today and absolutely loved staying here. The location was amazing to visit all towns nearby and you can’t beat being right on the beach. We never had to carry a million things bc we could just go back and forth. The condo had everything we may need and was clean, modern and updated, we felt like we were at a resort. Communication was also amazing and always just a text away. Will definitely look to stay here again when coming back to 30A.

Absolutely adored our stay at this beach condo—everything was perfect from start to finish. The place was spotless and steps from the sand. We used the commentary bikes the entire time- this was a huge hit with us. This is the PERFECT location! Honestly, I wish I could gatekeep it because it was that good… but I’ll be nice this time. Already dreaming about coming back!

If I could give 10 stars I would. We can’t wait to go back. Walk right out to the private community beach. It’s a dream. Everything you need in the unit. A quick 5 min drive to rosemary beach, Alys beach, big chill and seaside but not with all the crowds. This quiet gem was a perfect fit for our vacation.

30a Beach Paradise at 305 Beachcrest. Lovely updated condo with AMAZING views from living room, primary bedroom and balcony. Well appointed and we enjoyed the included beach service every day. Easy parking and located very close to Seaside. Bring your own beach towels. Great communication with management. 100% recommend & hope to stay here again.

we truly loved our place!! description was very accurate! close to the beach! we walked there every day! we didn't spend much time in the house other than eating and getting ready but it was truly beautiful and clean! my daughter and I wil be back!

Communication was prompt and comprehensive. Wife relaxed, I did some surf fishing in the mornings. Property was clean and updated with no unpleasant surprises. Near to everything you need. This one is on our short list for next year!
