The golf cart shuttle (9am - 4pm) to and from the San Roy beach was so helpful! The owners at Benchmark 30A are very understanding and considerate in their communication. It was a great stay.

Very nice rental property with gorgeous oceanfront view. Extremely clean & well equipped. Older property but well maintained. Great location being less than a mile from Seaside. Benchmark Property Management were great to work with. I’ll book with them again.

Just wow! This is the perfect getaway spot. Right on the water, private beach access, and beautiful ocean views from the porch. It is a corner unit flooded with bright natural light and has a secluded feel. The inside is clean, pristine, and feels like you are in a model home (the decor is stunning).. my husband and I had a very hard time leaving.
Benchmark was extremely kind, flexible, and responsive, not to mention the price of our stay for what we experienced was 100/10.
This location is 5-10 minutes from all the great spots in seaside, seacrest, and seagrove 💛
We enjoyed every second of our trip in this beautiful spot and will go out of our way to book with Benchmark 30a in the future. Thank you for everything!!

Great spot for a quick getaway to 30A. I traveled solo for a “working vacation” and this was the perfect spot. Plenty of space for a solo traveler, with close access to the beach. The only downside was the internet was very slow, and some of my devices wouldn’t connect for security reasons. Other than that, this is a great location on 30A.

Perfect for a quiet weekend getaway! I have stayed twice and both times were wonderful. Sadly both times the beach shuttle were not available, but there is public beach access less than 5 minutes away. The pool was great. We will be back again!!

We have vacationed the 30a area for many years, and recently stayed at Tranquillity. It was our first time visiting, and it exceeded all our expectations. The attention to detail in the well-appointed kitchen, the comfort of the beds, and the spacious layout for the six of us made our vacation truly enjoyable. The proximity to the beach and the breathtaking views from the deck were simply unbeatable. The addition of an elevator helps, though you do need to be able to climb down the stairs to access the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and can't wait to return for another stay. Thank you for providing such a wonderful getaway destination!

We loved our stay in Inlet Beach. The house was very well appointed as well as very clean. It looked exactly like the pictures . The pool and hot tub were clean and always fun to jump into after being on the beach. The only recommendation that i would have would be to leave a broom to sweep up the sand.

This is our 2nd time staying here. It is in a wonderful location and has a beautiful view of the ocean. There are many units from this location listed, but not all will have this view!!! Getting to the beach is fairly easy (and much easier if there are no tenants in the beach front houses), even with small children, the walk was very doable.

Everything about our week was amazing…the view from the lanai for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails!! We have beautiful lakes and rivers in the Midwest but nothing trumps the beach. Condo was exactly as described and immaculate. Close to Publix grocery store and Seaside shopping. If you want a delicious dining option try Surfing Deer just a mile away…you won’t be disappointed but you’ll need reservations. Have a great time😊

We usually stay at a hotel but with our two toddlers and two dogs we decided to get a house! It was absolutely beautiful and felt just like home. It’s very private and close to the beach! The home was very clean and had everything that we needed. Added bonus was the started kits that you get for the kitchen and each bathroom. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen had everything that we needed. I had two issues while we were there. My two year old broke a lamp shade.. I alerted them right away. I felt horrible about it. They were super nice and super understanding. Also we were about an hour away and the camera I brought to watch my dogs stopped working. I called benchmark and they understood my concern because my dogs were by themselves and they offered someone to come out and check on them for me. ( the internet stopped working) two really nice men came out and everything was resolved super fast! We are already planning another trip in a couple of months! This is a wonderful company

We had a wonderful 5 night stay. The condo was very clean and had a well equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable.The pools were lovely and not crowded. The tennis courts are nice. The only negative was the tennis courts are advertised as "lighted tennis courts", but the lights are no longer there. Hopefully this is just temporary. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo area is center to Alys Beach area and Seaside which makes it the perfect location to stay. Check in and out was super easy! The private beach with chair service is hands down the way to go. No fuss especially with a toddler! We had a great time hanging out on the beach or in the pool, which was still heated and I was so thankful for that! The view from the balcony was perfect for morning coffee and dolphin watching. It wasn’t good for sunrise/sunset for the time of year we came but wasn’t disappointed in that at all it was still beautiful. The management group was so quick to respond to questions and to let me know when our room was ready for check in. We will definitely be back again!

The property lived up to the listing. We loved having the private pool and the abundance of space in the house. Public beach access was just up the street. We would definitely stay here again.

After arriving during a terrible thunderstorm we were greeted by this bright and welcoming condo! We have stayed in several units at Beachcrest and this is one of the best. We love being right on the beach and enjoy the balcony as well as the included chairs on the beach.This condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay. The place is convenient to the beach which is a plus and centrally located for biking to Seaside and local restaurants and shops. Benchmark was responsive to questions and was quick to provide assistance. The condo was spacious and comfortable for the two of us to have our separate spaces. Also, I highly recommend the Perfect Pig restaurant below. Their food is wonderful! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Fairly easy access to the beach. Everything was as described and like the photos. Only negative was some wear and tear around the condo. Could’ve been a little cleaner but for a place right by the beach it was as expected.
