The beach access from the house is awesome!! We also made several meals and the kitchen is well equipped for that! It was very spacious for a group of 12!

Great location and nice accommodations directly on the beach. Conveniently located in the central part of 30A with several small towns just to the East and West. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience staying at Coastal Condos in Seagrove. The rooms were as described and clean. The pool was great, very clean. Also convenient to local eating places and beach access. I wold stay there again.

The condominium we reserved was changed at the last moment due to a plumbing issue. The TV remote batteries were all dead. Had issues with the access code to get inside the property. Benchmark left me a voice mail saying we woud be charged for a broken a pool fob and lost a pool fob which is COMPLETELY not true.

Unit 5B was great for us! We had the best access to the beach and 2 balconies with seating and gorgeous views of the gulf. Nice large kitchen with plenty of plates and utensils to have meals at the condo. The property was clean and there were 6 of us staying there. Our sons are tall, 6'2" and 6'4" but both slept in the xl twin room and had enough space to sleep comfortably. Our bed was very comfortable also, and we had plenty of towels. The amenities exceeded my expectations because there were beach chairs that we hadn't expected! We would recommend this condo.

The property was perfect for our month-long stay. It is a perfect location for everything we wanted to do on 30A. It was very clean and nicely appointed. Benchmark was highly responsive to our questions and requests. We highly recommend the Blue Pineapple!

Benchmark is a bigger local player for renting properties at 30A. Their check-in/out is simple and automated, with digital locks and instructions sent via text. We have rented a 3-bedroom house as well as a studio condo through them. Both properties were well taken care of with quiet, comfortable beds (except for 1 particular noisy bed in the house), plush carpeting, and clean floors. All the appliances and plumbing have been in fine working order. We were happy with the value and management of both properties.

I’m giving 5 stars for this beautiful house! The house and Benchmark were absolutely incredible! My kids were obsessed with the house and the pool, they swam in that pool all 7 days! I had zero issues with the house, had enough dishes, utensils and cooking items in the home. I read description before booking to know to pack our own towels and other bathroom supplies/laundry supplies. I had one issue with the golf cart but Benchmark handled it directly with the golf cart rental company and had the issue fixed the same day! We were less than a mile from the beach so definitely walkable and it wasn’t busy at all! This house and Benchmark made our vacation incredible and I won’t hesitate to book with them again in the future.

Our stay at Leo's Hideaway was so relaxing. We enjoyed the pool and the walk to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. It was nice to bring our fur babies with us and they enjoyed our trip. We will definitely be a return customer.

We enjoyed a three-night stay and especially liked the quietness of the end unit. The back boardwalk was so nice and convenient to access the beach. The condo was nicely decorated and was a pleasant stay for us.

I’m giving 5 stars for this beautiful house (named Sublime on their rental site)! The house and Benchmark were absolutely incredible! My kids were obsessed with the house and the pool, they swam in that pool all 7 days! I had zero issues with the house, had enough dishes, utensils and cooking items in the home. My small family and I enjoyed our stay at this uncluttered and fuss-free studio. We had stayed at both upscale homes and condos before but found this studio to be more freeing. It encouraged us to get out there without feeling claustrophobic. Plus it is across 30A from the beach, has a beach access right there, and there is also a public beach access about a quarter mile west (we actually preferred to drive over to that one as it had a ramp down to the beach vs stairs).

Extremely helpful and very communicative during our stay. We even had early check in access! Great place to stay with ease of worry.
